Based on my first impressions,

I have to say,

I HATE YOU!

But just look at you all now!

So grown up!,

So impressively strong!

Time has passed so quickly,

I can't believe we're already here!

I used to amaze you

With some of my most simplest tricks,

Now you are more powerful than the strongest,

And amaze me continuously!

All together as a three,

You work and you fight to win;

Just like I first thought

You never really would be able to!

It started almost five years ago,

And look where you all are now!

You make a smile pass under the mask,

I couldn't be happier!

As I look up at all of you,

I have to say,

...I like you.

A/N: So I had another idea for a Kakashi-point-of-view poem, but I used this one instead: his happiness and pride when seeing his Team 7 all big, strong and grown up! In Naruto, he says "I like you" to himself about the three guys, and I think Kishimoto was making reference to when Kakashi said "I hate you"  when he first met the team. So, there you go!
