Few days later, Arjun was traveling to Ayodhya. He hadn't been able to talk to Uloopi in these days.

The woman was a snake after all, cunning and sly, calculative at max. He only saw in the presence of many people and could never meet her in privacy.

"Maharaj, we are ready to leave," Came a voice from a soldier, Arjun absent mindedly nodded, he then turned to Satyaki and said, "Satyaki, take care," of the kingdom, our people, and my wife was left unsaid, but understood.

Satyaki nodded solemnly, he would kill for the sake of Indraprasth and die for the sake of Indraprasth.

Arjun gave him a letter, "For the Queen." he said and walked towards his chariot. "Umm okay." Satyaki replied being confused, why would Arjun want to write to his wife who lived in the same house as his?

Needless to say, Satyaki did as he was told. He ran towards the Queen's palace, and gave the letter to Uloopi. The said woman was standing in the balcony, staring at her husband, carefully playing with the letter. She did not open it, but her hand clutched it hard. 

Uloopi,

Some say I am the greatest archer in the three worlds, but I do not believe it. Otherwise wouldn't my archer eyes find it's aim? 

I really hate this distance between us.
I miss those times when we used to talk carefree, like kids under moon. 

I know that my feelings for Nayantara was hard for you, but does that change my feelings for you?
I did not know it would take a cold war for me to realise that. 

Remember when you said, 'Love doesn't get less, it only multiplies when shared.'

Uloopi stared at the letter, and read it again.

Uloopi shook her head, he couldn't love her. He loves Nayantara, the greatest warrior princess of Aryavart, the descendant of Ram, the friend of Vasudev.

And why would he love her?
She lost her duel, she wasn't from a great lineage, hell she was not even a complete human.

She bought him no allies, no army, but Nayantara, she would bring with her everything.

So what if she was beautiful, more beautiful than Nayantara, the beauty would fade away after few years; and all that would matter would be his love for her, and nothing else.

'Maybe, just maybe, he loves me too?" Uloopi thought, for a second, dripping in her dreamland.

"No no no," She said again, it was wrong for her to dream about something that was never going to happen.

Her trail of thoughts was broken by Vrinda, who entered, quite dramatically. "Bhabhi," She called out sweetly.

Vrinda knew that Arjun had for Ayodhya. She wasn't blind to notice that Uloopi had been avoiding Arjun.

She knew about Nayantara, but what could she do?

A part of her brain wanted to stop Arjun, but her heart didn't allow her.
She cared for Uloopi's feelings, but also about her brother's love.

Torn between her brother and sister in law, she did what was best- stayed put of their drama.
Because she couldn't sides, and it was inappropriate to jump in between couples.

The two were adults, and old enough to solve their own problems by themselves.

"Yes Vrinda," Uloopi plastered a fake smile and greeted her.

"What are you thinking about?" Vrinda asked curiously, her Bhabhi was in deep thoughts when she entered.

"Nothing. Just random thoughts," Uloopi replied, neither lying not disclosing the truth.

But Vrinda was the Queen of such tactics, and could anyone use them against her and win?

"what random thoughts Bhabhi? Share it with me. I'm bored so maybe those thoughts will keep me occupied?" She asked.

Uloopi stared at her sister, she was mischievous, agile, cranky, but utterly ridiculously smart for her age.

"That's adult's talk. So why don't we end our boredom by reading some books?" Uloopi changed the subject.

Vrinda nodded and plucked out a random book from Uloopi's collection, and opened a random page, "This might not be as random as your thoughts I suppose," She said looking at Uloopi.

Before Uloopi could reply, Vrinda started reading, "Heart of Gold." The younger girl looked up smiling, "Heart as pure as gold, as delicate as gold, heart as precious as gold!" She read.

Uloopi looked in the opposite direction, "But just gold is robbed, people try to rob you of your hearts, just like gold is beaten and molten to take the shape people want, they break your hearts in their twisted shapes."

Vrinda looked up calmly, "Not in Maharaj Arjun's reign. He is the protector of the gold, and the caretaker of the heart."

Uloopi stood confused, but soon realised that Vrinda wws never reading from the book, and their conversation was never about the book.

Vrinda knew everything and all she said was about her and Arjun.
And she just confirmed that he loves her too.
"Caretaker of heart"

Words may be different than usual, but the emotion behind them was the same.

"I'm hungry Bhabhi, come on, let's eat something." Vrinda added innocently. Uloopi nodded and followed her.
