In 20xx, an event occurs in which every undertale fan is transported to their own and most recent timeline of undertale (essentially where ever they left off), all of them taking the place of frisk.The disappearance of all these people caused a mass chaos. After the discovery that all those that disappeared were fans of undertale, many people quickly flocked to the creator seeking an explanation. However, almost all traces of him seemed to have disappeared, all that was left was a message on his social media account saying "this is the true sequel" and nothing more.

This is the true sequel, and you are one of the rare fans who have never played the first game. So congrats on being one of the people who will start this with a clean slate. You have the luxury of having any possibility at your fingertips.
But in this game there are no resets, there is no going back, thats life. You are in their world now, anything you do can affect them, but not control them. This is what makes it new and the same. We may see each other soon, and I hope you enjoy the sequel.

You fall into the world you love with a smile across your face. You really cant contain your excitement. You finally get to meet him, and its in person. Though you have to get through the ruins first, and survive. You happily make your way towards the doorway to the ruins, but pause before entering. You wonder how your going to deal with flowey, an idea strikes. You quickly run back to the flowers you fell onto. "Chara!" You call out, without any reply. You look around before deciding its best to just scream help for awhile till someone shows up.
"someone help me! someone anyone help me please!"you start screaming, in the best 'just broke a rib' impression possible. Eventually an oh so recognizable goat lady pokes thier head around the corner of the door way. "Toriel!" You call out, then realise you just called toriel by her name before she could introduce herself. "Child? Have we met?" She asks very confused. "No, but ive heard alot about you!" You say, to cover up the knowing her name thing. "Who have you heard about me from?" She asks. "People. I need your help tho." You say, changing the subject. "What do you need help with?" She asks, seemingly unhappy about the sudden topic change. "I need to walk through that area over there with you because a flower is waiting in there to kill me." You say. She shoots you a look of concern. "Ok." She agrees. You both walk through the area without encountering the flower.
