In the evening when Nandini went to wake Manik , she saw him holding his stomach and crying . She went near him and asked what happened to him , he showed by action that he wanted to vomit . She took him to the bathroom and he vomited in the washbasin . His energy was drained because of vomiting. She then washed his face and told him to open his mouth then she gave him a toothbrush with toothpaste on it and she was brushing his mouth  for him . After rinsing his mouth properly she found that his t-shirt was wet , so she made him sit on the bed and as she left his hand.
Manik:- Mumma no go.
Nandini:- baby I am just going to the closet to take a t- shirt for you as it is wet. just wait for two minutes baby , he nodded.
She went to the closet and took a new t- shirt for him and went towards Manik and made him wear the t- shirt. She told him to come let's go down.  He nodded his head but when he got up his head was swinging and the very next step he took he fainted but thank god Nandini was near so she saw him faint and she held him in time and made lye down on the bed.
Nandini:- shouted Bhai jaldi ao yaha, Manik behosh ho gaya hai.( means bhai come fast here Manik has fainted.
Writers Pov.
Cabir and Abhi rushed to Manik's room and so Nandini was panicking as Manik was not responding to her.
Writers pov ends
Cabir:- Nandu don't panic , wait let me phone the doctor . He phoned the doctor and told him  to come fast.
Abhi and cabir were making Nandu relax by saying nothing will happen to him , the doctor is on the way. Just then the doctor came.Nandini:- doctor please check him  and see what happened to him , he was holding his stomach as if it was paining when I came to his room then he told me by action he wants to vomit. After that I took him to the bathroom and he vomited what he ate fully. Then I washed his face and changed his t- shirt , then I told him let's go down. As he got up from the bed and took two steps he fainted. Then I lay him down on the bed. And told bhai about Manik and he phoned you.
Doctor :- all  of you  out of the room but as Nandini got up from the bed to go she saw Manik was holding her hand tightly.Doctor saw this and told her to be her. Then the doctor was checking Manik up and asked Nandini who is he to her .Nandini:- he calls me mumma. And he is my bacha.
Doctor:- what happened to him?
Nandini:- I don't know Doctor, my brother found him on a signal on the pavement eating mud and talking to himself seeing up in the sky . But he is speaking like a 5yar old. I have already taken an appointment for tomorrow for his full body check up.
Doctor:- ok for now he vomited because has not eaten for so many days. That is why when he ate something heavy his digestive system couldn't take it . So make sure he eats something when he gets up, and one more thing I can you is he  is very weak. The doctor gave him an injection and prescribed some medicine for Manik .
Nandini:- Doctor, when will he get up?
Doctor :- within half an hour. When he gets up, give him something light  to eat. Like soup or bread with milk.
Nandini:- ok doctor.
Doctor left from  there, then Abhi and Cabir came into the room.
Nandini:- doctor said he hasn't eaten anything for the past few days , because now he ate heavy food that is why he vomited.
Nandini saw Manik getting up, she kissed his forehead .
Nandini:- How is my baby feling now?
Manik:- mumma pa-in.
Nandini:- where is it paining baby?
Manik took her hand and put it on his forehead.
Nandini:- baby the pain will go away in a while it is pain because you vomited na that is why.
Nandini told Abhi to make soup for him as he wouldn't let her go anywhere.
Abhi went to the kitchen and made soup for Manik, and took it to the room and gave it to Nandu. Nandini:- she took a spoon full of soup and blew on it . Manik open your mouth and have this yummy soup baby.
Manik:- no I ha-te so-up. it - is -so yu-cky.
Nandini no baby it has a yummy taste and see if you don't like it I won't feed you. Manik then had a spoon of soup and made a face.
Nandini knew he didn't want to drink the soup so he was making a face, so she somehow fed him with  lots of pampering him, pecking his forehead after each spoonful of soup.  Finally the soup got over then she made him eat the tablet and put him to sleep by singing a song to him and patting his head.

Sorry guys this chapter might be short , because I am having a lot of signal issues due the heavy rains in chennai and today power off issue.
