Background info:
Fairy Tail is throwing a small party in welcome of Jellal and his friends in his nomadic guild.

"Are you sure? Not even a tiny sip?" Erza frowned as she looked over at MiraJane who was busy giving drinks to everyone else.

"I'm afraid not." Mira smiled. "I've received some complaints about your drunken state."

"Oh please. That's nonsense." The scarlet haired woman pouted and rested her head in the palm of her hand.

"Oh believe me, it's not just you." Gray said as he avoided eye contact with Erza. "It's Lucy, Juvia, Levy... All you girls..."

Natsu nodded with agreement.

"It's not like you guys are any better." Erza snapped.

Lucy blinked and looked up from the book she was reading. "Are they weird drunks or something?"

"Gray and Natsu are... I don't know about Gajeel or anyone else." Erza smiled with amusement and nodded over to Mira. "How about we see it in action?"

Natsu snorted and slammed his hand on the table in challenge. "Bring it on! I'll prove that I'm totally normal."

Gray shrugged as he already began to drink. "Fine by me."

Lucy watched as everything went south in only a couple minutes. Gajeel was off following Levy with a certain flirtatious glow surrounding him, Gray was crying about avenging his teacher's death. Jellal was laughing hysterically to himself as Meredy was trying to calm him down but to no prevail. And Natsu? He was super clingy and well... Cute.

"Hey shrimp." Gajeel hiccuped as he wrapped arm around the small girl. "Im pretty sure shrimp isn't a very attractive name to say so how 'bout I find a more suitable one for you."

"Huh?" Levy shivers as she looked up at him. "What do you mean?"

"I think I need a better name to call you in bed." He smirked, causing him to get hit on the head with a purse. "MY LOVE NO!"

Lucy gulped and looked down at Natsu who was clinging onto her waist, not saying a thing but watched everyone walk around with a dazed look in his eyes.

Lucy smiled slightly and looked up over at Gray and Juvia. Gray was sniffling like crazy as he held a glass of wine in his hands.

"Gray-Sama..." Juvia tried speaking to him.

"Nobody understands the pain." Gray complained as a tear rolled down his cheek.

"Gray-sama... You only dropped a pretzel on the ground."

"I know..." Gray said with a trembling lip as he drank his sadness away.

Lucy half expected Natsu to make fun of his rival but he only hugged her tighter with a small smile on his face. She wouldn't say it out loud, but he was very adorable when he was drunk.

"AHAHAHA YOUR LAST NAME!!!" Lucy flinched at the sound of Jellal's laughter filling the already rowdy enough guild. "WOULDNT IT—HAHA—WOULDNT IT BE FUNNY IF I CALLED YOU ERZA RED?"

"Uhm..." Erza raised her index finger as she tried to think of a way to calm him.

"ERZA CRIMSON. ERZA MAROON? NAH NAH THATS STUPID. ERZA BOOK I JUST READ? AHA GET IT?"

Meredy blinked questionably as she watched the two.

"ERZA DORITO BAG" Jellal snickered. "NO THATS NOT A COLOR IM JUST HUNGRY. ERZA RED POWER RANGER HAAAHHH NO."

Erza sighed and covered her ears.

Natsu looked up at Lucy as she was busy watching everyone in their drunk state. To be honest, he wasn't even all that drunk. In fact he was kind of sober. Only Erza, whom was too busy to notice him, knew that when he was drunk, he was even more rowdy and violent then usual.

He smiled to himself as he pushed himself up to Lucy's face, flashing his white teeth smugly. "Lucy."

The girl looked back down at him. "Hm?"

"See? I'm not a bad drunk at all." He smirked, watching as Lucy examined him carefully.

Natsu noticed as she furrowed her eyebrows, and began to sniff the air around him. "I don't... Hey! I don't smell any alcohol on you!" She exclaimed, pressing her fingers on the crook of his neck to feel his heartbeat. "You're heart rate is completely normal. You aren't even drunk."

"Ah poo. I was hoping that I would have a cover up for what I'm about to do."

Lucy shivered and covered her face. "If it's anything that means invading my bubble, you can count me out of it."

Natsu shook his head and gently pulled down her hands. "Well I was going to see if you would approve if I acted all cute and stuff." He grinned.

Slowly, he inched closer to Lucy on the bench, but she suddenly yelped and fell down onto her back. "Ugh..."

"Ah! Lucy I'm sorry!" Natsu flinched and quickly got up to help her off the ground. "I'm not good at this kind of thing."

"What kind of thing exactly?"

Natsu blushed and stared at her with wide eyes. "Pardon?"

"What were you trying to get my approval for?"

The pinkette hesitated before laughing it off nervously. "Huh? Nooo no no I never said that... Whaaat?"

Lucy put her hands on her hips and gave him a sharp look. "Tell the truth."

Natsu blinked at her for a moment before sighing. "Fine. Mira didn't give me enough to drink for me to get drunk so I could be myself when I.... Errr..." He avoided eye contact as he tapped his index fingers together bashfully. "I was trying to flirt with you..."

Lucy blushed and looked at him with surprise.

"It's not like I thought of the plan! Mira did so don't hurt me.... Then again I did agree to it but... That's not important I just—mmf!"

Lucy quickly gave him a light peck on the lips before backing off and placing a jug of beer in his hands. "There... Just... Get on with the deal already."

Natsu bit his lip as he glanced down between her and the beer in his hands. "Fine but... After this... Take me home, yeah?" He said with a smirk.

Lucy smiled with a small blush before nodding shyly. "Sure... I'd be happy to."

Natsu caressed her cheek before turning away to go deal with his alcohol.

"It's just so beautiful~" Gray cried as he blew into a tissue like an elephant.

Gajeel joined in by nudging Levy's arms saying, "will you take me home as well?" He was rewarded with another book to the face.

Jellal rolled around with laughter. "THE BLONDIE FELL!!! AHAHAHA!!!" He yelled, completely ignoring everything else that happened between the couple.

Jellal's nicknames for erza comes from a video on YouTube called "Its JellALL Over Now"
I couldn't find it for the media but it IS on YouTube. It's hilarious. Just saying
