She's so perfect, I don't think I have ever met someone who was as kind as her..

as gentle as her..

as sweet as her..

She's the kind of person that would forgive you no matter what you did to run her over,

even if you broke her heart.. she would still forgive you and give you as many chances as you'd want.

That wasn't always a good thing, and she knew it, but she couldn't help herself...

You meet someone like her once in a lifetime and I'm not planning on letting her go any time soon.

I'll treasure her,

I'll keep her safe,

I'll make her feel safe,

I'll make her as happy as she made me.

The pinkette got up from the bar and walked away, pulling raven haired boy with him.

"O-Oi..!" He yelped, and struggled to get free. It took him some time, but he managed.

"What the hell, Flame Brain?!" The Ice Make mage yelled as they got to their destination.

He looked up and saw a jewelry shop right in front of them.

"I think I'm ready.." The Fire mage spoke, making Gray's eyes spread out a bit. He genuinely smiled as they walked into the store.

Two boys looked around the whole store, still not able to find the perfect ring for Natsu's beloved blonde.

He didn't want to take anything less then what she deserved, and she deserved the whole universe.

She made him so happy..

When they walked to the manager for the extra help, he took them to a special corner.

The rings on that part of the store were extra expensive, but worth every jewel.

Natsu carefully glared at every single one, not really satisfied with any of them.

"What about this one?" Gray said in excitement as his finger pointed at the one underneath the glass.

The ring was silver with deep blue diamond in the middle, it looked just like the drop of mysterious ocean.

"No.. that's more Juvia style, look Ice Princess, I didn't come here to propose to your girlfriend, but to mine. So please, I would appreciate some help.." he answered sarcastically which made Gray roll his eyes at him. 

"Geez sorry, Flame Brain."

"I think I found the one!"

"Forget that, too basic.." Natsu complained.

"What about this one?" Gray suggested, but Natsu just shook his head 'no'.

"This is it! It's written Lucy all over it!" Natsu cheered as he called Gray to come and see it.

"Wow, that's the perfect one for Lucy.." he said in awe, looking at the ring.

"How much is it, old man?" Fire mage asked, kind of politely.

"That one would be 500,000 jewels" the man spoke as Natsu's jaw slightly dropped.

"Well.. nothing is too expensive if its for Lucy.." he grinned and paid.

Lucy walked into her apartment, surprised that it was empty.

She noticed a note on the table, she walked closer to it and read it.

Meet me at the park at 6 pm, dress nicely, I have a surprise ;)
- Natsu

Lucy thought nothing of it and began getting ready, since it was 3:30pm already.

She took a quick shower, washed her hair and put her favorite body lotion that smelled like vanilla and strawberries.

She curled her hair into a wavy curls, so it looked natural, but pretty.

She put on a black white dress and light gray jacket that complimented her glittery silver heals.

She walked out of her apartment at 5:40, just enough of time left to make it to the park in time.

"Hey, Natsu!" She waved her hand as he turned around to face her. His eyes widened at her appearance, she looked stunning.

Natsu was wearing a suit, he really wore it rarely but whenever he did, it suited him.

"You look beautiful-"

"You're so handsome-"

They said at the same time. A smile crept on their lips as they pressed their lips together as a hello.

He mentally smiled because the ring he picked went perfectly with her outfit. Today, everything took its place.

"We gotta hurry, our train is leaving soon, c'mon!" He announced and took her hand in his as they ran to the train station.

"N-Natsu, c-can't run, h-heals..!" The blonde winced in pain as Natsu stopped in second.

He pulled her closer and picked her up bridal style. They smiled kindly at each other as Natsu continued running.

"So.. where are we going exactly?" Lucy spoke when trail moved towards their secret location.

"You'll see, just be patient," he smiled.

When they arrived, Natsu wrapped a blindfold around Lucy's head to prevent her from seeing his surprise.

It was already 9pm, the sun set and the stars could be seen clearly.

"You can take the blindfold off now.." he softly said as she did so.

Her eyes widened as she saw the place they were at. It was the exact spot they met in Hargeon.

There were red candles burning, making everything 100 times more romantic, there was light of the candles and the moon. Tears appeared in Lucy's eyes as she jumped into Natsu's arms.

"This is so beautiful, I love you so much, thank you!" She tightened her hug around him as he did the same.

"It's not over yet, hun.." be broke the hug and came down to one knee and pulled out a tiny box.

Lucy put her hands above her mouth as tears streamed down her cheeks from happiness.

"Luce, I've known you for 12 years now, including the seven years on Tenerou.. and we are together for almost 3 years now. The moment I met you, I knew you were the one for me, but it took me a while to realize that, sorry about that by the way.. anyway, I love you with all my heart, and I know for a fact that I'm never stopping, so would you do me the honor and make me the happiest man alive.. will you marry me?" He said with a blush all over his cheeks.

Lucy trembled from so much happening, but she was so, so happy. She dreamed about this moment from the first day they started dating, but she never imagined Natsu to be this romantic.

"Y-Yes, of course.." she whispered as she didn't really believed her voice at the moment, but thanks to Natsu's dragon slayer hearing, he heard it clearly, and it made him smile more then ever.

"Thank you so much, Luce.." he got up and placed the ring on her ring finger, it truly looked gorgeous on her. Lucy smiled and gently stroked it. (pic above)

"I love you" the blonde said and wrapped her one arm around his neck, and the other on his cheek. He placed his around her waist as they closed the space between them. They shared a passionate kiss on the same spot Lucy's charm spell broke when she saw Natsu for the first time.

She wondered what would happen if she found out earlier that only a soulmate could break the love spell..
