Third Person's P.O.V

Lucy and Natsu were astonished. Astonished by the castle. Astonished by the detail within the castle. Astonished the sense of magical power that was in it.

When they reached the great hall, they walked down towards the front, where a teacher with pink hair awaited them. She seemed old, and presented herself as the schools nurse, Miss Porlyuscia. Then,she told the children to come up to the front onde their names had been called, so that they  could be placed into their houses.

Lucy's P.O.V

My name was called first. I walked up to the front, sat on the stool, and let the hat be placed on my head. I took a few seconds, but the hat cried out a name.
"Griffindor"
I was so pleased. I knew that Natsu was pleased too, as when I started walking back, he gave me a hug and congratulated me. I just hope that Natsu gets into the same house as me.

Natsu's name was the last to be called out. Lots of other people got put into various houses. This is who got into whisg house:
•Erza Scarlet got into Griffindor. So did a boy called Jellal Fernandes who seemed to be Erza's friend.
•Both Juvia and Gray got into Ravenclaw.
•A girl called Lisanna who was Professor Mira's sister got into Hufflepuff
•A girl called Levy Mcgarden was also put into Hufflepuff
•A guy called Gajeel Redfox was the first to go into Slytherin.

Now, it was Natsu's turn. I just hope that we are in the same house.

Natsu's P.O.V

Finally. It is finally my turn. I stepped up, being the last one, and allowed the hat to sit upon my spiky hair. Then, unlike the others, the hat began to talk.
"Oh my. You are a tuff one, Mr Dragneel. You want to be in Griffindor, so you can be with your loved one, but your mind belonge to another house. I have to go with my instincts and put you in......Slytherin!!!"

Lucy's P.O.V

"WHAT!!!!" I yelled as the hat announced Slytherin. I stood up, and banged my fist against the tabel.
"This is outragous. Natsu is a Griffindor, like I am. We are best friends. We stick together." I shouted across the room.
"Miss Heartfelia. Settle down right now." Called Preofessor Mira
"NO!" Iboomed angrily"I WILL NOT!! THIS IS NOT FAIR. NATSU IS THE ONLY PERSON I KNOW, AND I AM PROHIBITED TO SEE HIM EXCEPT FROM IN THIS HALL. WHICH, WE ARE SAT FURTHEST AWAY FROM. SO....NO PROFESSOR. I WILL NOT CAL-"
I was stopped when I felt Natsu wrapping his arms around me. I couldn't help but crying.
"Shhhh. Its okay Luce. I'll be fine. Anyway...."
Then he whispered something in my ear that made me feel alot better. I wiped away my tears, and sat back down in my seat.
This, was going to be the worst time of my life.
