Lucy's P.O.V

"OMG.OMG.OMG. I AM SOOOOOOOO HAPPY RIGHT NOW. I CAN'T BELIEVE I HAVE BEEN ACCEPTED. MUM AND DAD WILL BE SO PROUD OF ME.!!!!"  I screamed as i opened a letter that had just arrived. I had been waiting for this day ever since I found out about this school. After my big, loud scream, I ran upstairs and straight to my mother and fathers room. They were sound asleep, but not for long(devil grin).
"Mother!Father! I did it!"
"Did what Lucy, my dear" asked my mother, in a sleepily and confused voice.
"I got accepted into Hogwarts!!! We need to go shopping right away!!!" I yelled in excitement. Although for some reason, I felt like I was forgetting something, until my father reminded me.
"Aren't you going to tell Natsu first. You said last night that if you got accepted, you would rush over and tell him, and ask if he got in. Please tell me you didn't forget Lucy. Your memory is as bad as his."  Father laughed at that part, knowing that I had forgotten.
"Ohhh.... I GOTTA GO TELL NATSU!!!" I screamed as I left their room, got dressed and headed for Natsu's house, which was next to mine. Instead of using the gate, I jumped over the little wall that seperated our gardens, and knocked on the door like a maniack.
"Natsu! Open this door! I got big news!"
Suddenly, the door opened, revealing the boy which I had knew for a long time. He had emerald green eyes, smooth skin, and pink, spickey hair. He was the same age as me(10 if you wanted to know).
"Let me guess......You got accepted" said Natsu with a frown on his face.
Oh no.
"Yh I did. What about you?"
"Well... you see Luce.....I didn't get accepted."
"What!?!?!?!" I yelled.
Suddenly, a smerk appeared on his face, which made me confused.
"Just kidding. Of course I did. I couldn't let my best friend leave me now could I ?"
"No...No you couldn't." I said softly, with a tear of happiness rolling down my cheeck because of the words that he said.
"Oh Luce?"
"Yeah Natsu?"
"You don't mind if me and my dad come with you th Diagon Alley, do you?"
"Of course not. What are friends for?"
"Thanks" said Natsu.
Then, he kissed me on the cheek, making my face turn into a tomato.
"N-now go h-hurry up. W-we are g-going soon" i said, while blushing like hell.
"Ok" said Natsu, and with that, he left to go get ready.
"Ohhh Natsu..." I whispered to myself softly
"If only you knew how I really felt"
