(Lucy's P.O.V)

Today is family day and I'm super excited! I'm going to meet up with my family around 12:00 which is the time they'll arrive. I wish I could introduce Natsu to them as my boyfriend, but of course no.

Levy's mom and dad are coming too and she's spending the day showing them around town. Her date with Gajeel went really well and she even told me he kissed her by the lake after they came back from the movie.

The girls and I teased her when she came back. It's been a week since their date and the two our inseparable. Seeing them together, makes me a little jealous. Sometimes I wish Natsu and I could show everyone how much we love each other. It does tend to get a little tiring sneaking around, but I'm glad that we can still be together—even in secret.

"Lucy! Oh how we missed you, sweetheart." Mom engulfs me in a hug the moment she and dad arrive.

"Hey mom." I accept her hug. I was so busy this summer, I forgot how much I missed both of them. "How was the drive?"

"Long, but worth it." Dad grins and hugs me, which I accept. Feeling his warm hug, makes me miss being his little girl. I feel so much relief and happiness knowing they drove all this way just to see me. "Are you enjoying your time here?"

"Yeah." I smile, wishing I could tell them about Natsu. "I made a few friends. I'll introduce them to you."

"That's great, sweetheart." Dad seems proud and happy that I found my place here. Of course they know Levy is here too, but I can tell they're relieved that I made new friends.

"Any hot boys?" Mom chirps up. I roll my eyes, knowing she was going to ask that. Dad chuckles lightly.

"Nope, not yet at least." I cringe inside, hating that I have to lie to them. If they knew Lucy, it would be bad. I remind myself.

"Well if you do, let me know right away." Mom winks.

"I promise I will." There you go lying again.

"Lucy, why don't you show us around." Dad offers, eager to see the inside of the camp.

"Ok!" I say cheerfully, glad for the change of subject.

We walk around the camp, as I show them all the fun spots and hangs outs. Mom and dad are amazed how big the fields are. We chat as we walk and I tell them all about my friends. They ask about Levy and I tell them we'll meet her and her parents for lunch later today.

Our conversation about my friends makes me ache for Yukino, wishing she was still my friend.

At least I still have Levy, right? And Cana, who I miss too. My new friends here are amazing too and I'm glad that I met them.

"Ah, Lucy, these must be your parents." My parents smile as Mr. Dreyer comes into view and introduces himself. "I'm the director of the camp, you can call me Makarov." He gives them a welcoming smile and shakes their hands.

"It's nice to meet you." Dad accepts the hand shake.

"You have a fine place here." Mom motions across the camp.

The three of them begin to talk. I join the conversation, but when I see a silhouette with pink hair coming towards us, my focus lands on him. Our eyes meet and he gives me his wry smile and I smile back, but then look away. My face tinted with red. Luckily my parents are too focused on a conversation with Mr. Dreyer too notice.

"Ah, Natsu." He calls and motions him to come.

"Are you a camper?" Mom asks, while her eyes widen in amazement once she sees his pink hair.

"No, mom." I answer for him. "He's my coach."

"Oh." She looks surprised. I guess I don't blame her, Natsu is young compared to the other coaches.

"It's a pleasure to meet you." He says politely and smiles.

"You too." My dad says. "I hope our Lucy isn't too much for you." He laughs jokingly.

"Not at all, actually she's one of my best players." Natsu responds.

"I'm very glad to hear that." Mom sounds relieved and proud at the same time. "So any family coming to visit today?"

"Nope, just me." Natsu answers. "I actually must go, but it was nice to meet you all." He smiles warmly at us. They both nod and tell him the same. "I'll see you at practice tomorrow, Lucy." He waves and gives me a quick wink that luckily no one sees, before heading to what seems like his cabin.

"Well he seemed nice." Mom nudges my shoulder once Mr. Dreyer leaves too. "Too bad he's a councilor, huh?"

"Mom!" I roll my eyes, tying to sound annoyed. Yes, too bad he's my coach or else things would be a lot easier. "Anyway, we can walk a little more before we meet Levy and her parents."

The rest of the day, my parents and I enjoy our time together. I take them to lunch with Levy's parents and we end up meeting Juvia's family too. All the parents chat, while us girls gossip in excitement about the upcoming game.

Mira's and Erza's family meet us all at the lake and the girls and I go canoeing together, while our parents sit and talk. It was a wonderful day and I enjoyed every moment of it.

Around 6:00 o'clock, my parents leave. They have a three hour drive and it's supposed to rain soon.

"We'll see you in a month, honey." Dad embraces me in a hug. "Take care of yourself, ok?"

"I will, dad."

"Love you, sweetheart." Mom kisses my cheek and hugs me too.

"Drive safely!" I wave once they turn on the car and drive away. Sighing, I look at the back of my parents' car as they drive out of sight. They were only here for even less than a day and it was hard to watch them go.

I walk over to the lake and sit down, watching the view.

Having nothing to do, I decide to go back to my cabin and rest for a couple of hours, before going to meet up with Natsu.

But before I can do anything, I feel a pair of arms snake around my waist and cuff my mouth.

"Hello, Lucy. It's been a while..." Recognizing that voice, I scream although it's muffled from his hand and try to fight him off. But being too strong for me, he pulls me away from the lake and into the woods.

After moments of struggling his firm grip and trying to call out Natsu's name, we end up in a clearing thousands of feet from the camp. The stranger releases my mouth, but still keeps a firm grip on my waist.

"Miss me?" Sting said.
