(Lucy's P.O.V)

It starts like any normal day, the sky was beautiful and blue, with no clouds in the sky. The crowd cheers as our team runs into the field. I wave to my parents, who are sitting on the bleachers.

"Are you ready?" My best friend, Levy asks, while we stretch for a few minutes.

"Ready as I'll ever be." I say, I pull my blonde hair into a pony tail and we both walk to our team. As the captain of the team, I make sure that everyone is ready. Our opponents from Raven Tail High glare at us from across the field. A girl with reddish orange hair in a high pony tail, gives me a look, that makes my skin crawl. I take a few steps back, a little taken aback. Everyone on our team look at me, a bit worried.

"Is everything okay, Lu~chan?" Levy asks me.

"Yeah..." I nod. "Lets just begin to play. We can do this guys!"

"Remember, what I told you." Coach tells us. "Remember to do your best!"

We put our hands together, as we cluster around each other. "1...2...3...Go...team!" We yell together and our school cheer around us. I look at my team. "Lets do this guys! Last game of the season!" We all go and stand in our positions on the field.

When the game begins, the crowd cheers when the whistle blows. I'm able to get to the ball right away and end up with the red haired girl following me. Sweat rolls down my face as I sprint away and she comes running behind, and almost catches up to me. I kick the black and white ball as I run towards the goal.

After a while, the red head catches up to me, and takes the ball. I run after her, but she manages to kick the ball to another team mate of hers. But as luck would have it, Levy manages to steal the ball and runs towards the goal. But then another opponent blocks her before she can kick a goal.

"Levy! Over here!" I yell, as I wave my arms. She grins and kicks the ball to me. "It's up to you now, Lucy. Get a goal for us!"

My teammates cheer me on as I race towards the goal. After a few obstacles, I kick the ball and it flies across the grass and into the lower right corner of the net. The crowed that belongs to my school, cheers as they call my name. The referee blows the whistle, and we wait for the goalie to throw the ball into the field. My team mates smile at me, and I grin. This is what soccer is all about, team work.

I've never been happier, we were able to shoot the first goal. But after a few goals from our team and the other team, the red haired girl made such a kick, that made the ball fly directly over a few of my teammates heads, and it shot into our net with an incredible force, my smile slowly fades.

In the corner of my eye, I see my teammates shake their heads in disappointment and fear. Our opponents are ahead of us now, and it seems like all will be lost.

"It's okay, guys." I tell them. "We still have about ten more minutes, we can do this!" My team nods and we go into our position and wait for the referee's signal. We continue to play and end up tying, only two minutes away from the game ending.

As the ball comes towards me, I make a kick that is so hard right towards the net, and the goalie dives, but she is too late. The ball is in the back of the net, and we have done it! We won the game! All because of our hard work!

The crowd cheers, and our opponents walk out of the field, very angry looking. Later I learned, that the red head, was named Flare, and that it won't be the last time I play against her.

"Good job, guys." Our coach says. "You all played amazingly well, with a very good ending to the season." We all hug, as we congratulate one another for our hard work all season.

"Wonderful job, Lucy." Mom says to me, as she hugs me. "All those goals, you scored, were amazing!"

"I agree." Dad says, and he kisses my forehead."You are an amazing soccer player, honey."

"Thanks, mom and dad." I tell them, as I hug them back. "I gotta go, we need to change and then there is the end of the season party at Yukino's house."

"A party?" Dad says, raising his eyebrows. "You've never liked going to those."

"I know, but my friends practically begged me to join them." I shrug. "I couldn't let them down, especially since it's to celebrate our victory." Mom and dad look at one another.

"Alright, if that's what you want. Call us when you want to leave." Mom finally says."Have fun, but don't drink too much." Mom and dad remind me sternly.

"Me, drink?" I laugh. "Don't worry, I won't." I promised. After giving them a quick kiss on the cheek, I run to the locker room, where my teammates are waiting for me.

Levy and I arrive to the party, with the surprise of finding the house full. It seems like the whole school decided to come. Music blasts throughout the house, as people dance all over the living room. I wonder, what Yukino's parents think about this. But they were always the laid back type.

"What do you want to do?" Levy asks me.

"Lets try to find Yukino and the others." I suggest to her.

"Sounds good to me." She answers.

We walk outside to the pool area, knowing that's probably where she and our other friends will be. I can still hear the music blast through the walls, I kinda feel bad for the neighbors. Levy and I push our way through the crowd, as we look for our friends.

"Yay! You guys finally made it!" Yukino says happily and motions us over. "We thought you would never show up." She looks at me. "Well I'm surprised Lucy did, but at least you kept your promise."

I give a half of a smile. "Wouldn't miss it for the world." Yukino offers Levy and I drink, which she takes, but I decline. I've never been much of a drinker. Just then, Cana comes from behind me and puts her arm around my shoulders.

"Hey, Lucy, why aren't you drinking?" She slurs, drunkenly. "Come on, have fun and drink with me." She sways from side to side, and almost falls, but I catch her.

"Eh, not tonight, Cana." I say and help her to sit down. "Why don't you sit for a bit." She nods and sits down. Our Cana, was always one to drink a lot more than any of could even dare to try. Her alcohol tolerance is very high.

"Lucy, have you seen, Sting?" Yukino asks me. I shake my head. "No, sorry Yukino."

After an hour of chatting, I decide to leave my friends, to take a walk for a bit.

"Woooooooo...hoooo!" I hear Cana yell behind me. I giggle, always the life of the party, that Cana.

I slip through the crowd, trying not to bump into people, as much as I can. As I walk, I receive many hellos and compliments for my play today.

"Nice play, Lucy!" Someone says to me, as I walk by.

"Thanks!" I smile.

"Nice outfit, your wearing." Some guy looks me up and down. " Wanna hang?" The way he said it, made it seem like it would be more than 'hanging out'.

"No thanks." I turn the other way and walk towards a tree near the fence. A few guys whistle behind me. The nerves of these guys, if I wasn't so tired, I would have Lucy-kicked them right about now.

As I walk towards the tree, I bump into someone. "Eep!" I screech, and almost fall down, but a steady arm catches me.

"Are you okay, Lucy?" Sting asks. "You almost fell down there." This is Sting, he is one of the most popular guys in the school and Yukino's boyfriend.

"Yeah, I'm fine." I say. "Also, Yukino was looking for you."

"I'll go to her soon." He sighs, and runs his left hand through his hair. "Do you wanna go walk for a little bit?"

"What about Yukino?" I ask, a bit uncomfortable.

"She can wait, please?" He says, looking desperate. I nod, still a bit unsure, but follow him. We end up going to the back of the house, away from everyone else. I felt very uneasy for some reason.

"Um...Sting? What are we doing he-." Before I can say anything else, he pins me to the wall, and smacks his lips on mine. I try to pull away, but he pins me even harder and then without any warning, his kisses become rougher and more desperate.

I push him away and kick him really hard, which causes him to fall to the ground. "What the hell are you doing?" I yell. "What made you think I was into you? Your with Yukino, remember?"

He looks down. "Yes, but she won't give me what I want, and I tho-."

I smack him hard across the face and look at him angrily. "You thought what? That I will be the one to go too?" I clench my fist. "Tell me one reason, why I shouldn't tell Yukino about this right now?!"

"Do you think she'll believe you?" He laughs. "She adores me, so how do you think that will work?"

I sigh, it is true...Yukino does adore Sting, more than anyone can imagine and to be honest, she might not believe me. "I'm not going to let you threaten me, so I will be telling Yukino, because you don't deserve a girl like her. Also, never talk or come close to me again!" But he just smirks at me. What an asshole, and perverted jerk!

"Goodbye, Sting." I walk away from him. I can tell he looks really pissed and I hear him punch the wall behind me.

After a few minutes of sitting and cooling down. I make my way back to my friends and Levy instantly starts asking questions. "Lu-chan, where on Mavis' sake, where you? Are you okay? You've been gone for almost an hour!"

"I'm fine, Lev~chan." I say, after giving her a hug. "I just needed some air, you know how these parties get to me."

"Yeah, your right..." She laughs. "Are you sure your okay, though? You look a bit pale."

"I'm just tired, that's all." I lie and grab a water bottle form one of the coolers. "But if it makes you feel better, I'll tell you later." Hopefully water will wash down everything that just happened. Yukino comes over and hugs me too, with Cana coming from behind.

"Why don't we go play a game or something." Cana suggests, and then laughs when she sees my face. "Don't worry, nothing with drinking. Well, maybe with a little, but only me." I raise my eyebrows. "Okay, maybe a lot for me." She grins and takes a huge gulp of her beer. I just roll my eyes and exchange looks with the others.

"I think I might just go home." I say and hug my friends goodbye. Tonight was just too much for me and besides, I need to get some sleep. I have lots of studying to do for school.

"Alright, the rest of us are sleeping over." Levy says, as she sips her drink. "Are you sure you don't want to stay?"

"Nah...I'll just go home tonight." I say. "I need to study for class and the finals, you guys better do that too."

"Don't worry, we will." They all promise. We say our goodbyes, and I leave when my dad arrives.

"Did you have fun, honey?" He asks me. I nod, too tired to talk and fall asleep the instant I get home.

(Third Person / Normal P.O.V)

Sting slammed his fist against the wall. He almost had her, but she decided to reject him. Sure, he had Yukino, but the urge Lucy gave him, every time he saw her, was just too much.

He wanted her, from the first moment they met. The way her body moved and oh Mavis, those hips and that long blonde hair, she was just too hot. But when he asked her out before he dated Yukino, she rejected him right away, saying that he wasn't her type.

Ugh, the nerve of that girl, if only she would have let him continue earlier. She better not tell Yukino, or else there will be hell to pay. I'll make you mine. He thought to himself. No doubt about it, even if I have to be with the both of you.

"Sting, there you are!" Rogue came to him, holding a jug of bear, and swinging back and forth. "Come on inside, the parties starting to get more entertaining!"He claps Stings back with his right hand and the two go inside.

"What were you doing back there, anyways?" Rogue asked him, when they entered the living room. "You were outside for about an hour."

"Just cooling off." Sting replied, and then spotted Yukino, who waved at him. He grinned and walked over to his girlfriend.

(Lucy's P.O.V)

The next few days passed, I barely had time to hang out with friends during the last few weeks of school, as I was studying for the finals. The only time, we were all able to talk and hang out, was during lunch, because we were all mostly studying during our free periods. I haven't even had enough time to tell Yukino or Levy about what happened with Sting.

"So, what's everyone's plans for this summer?" Levy asks, as she sets her tray on the table and sits next to me. Everyone tells their plans, which all sound amazing. Yukino is going to Tenrou Island, one of the most tropical places and fanciest resort in the country, with her family, and Sting will be going with them too. Cana is going on a cruise with her boyfriend, Baccus, for three weeks and then they will be joining her family at their beach house.

Levy, the luckiest person in the world, will be attending Fairy Sports, one of the most prestigious soccer camps in the country. It is said to have been the camp that had the most famous soccer players in the world. It has always been my dream to go, but it was too expensive for my family to afford it. As for me, I will be spending the summer, working in my parent's cafe, so I can earn money so I can get a car.

On the second to last day of school, after coming home from taking many finals. I come home to a very good surprise.

"Lucy, we have good news to tell you." Dad says, when I walk through the door.

"What is it?" I ask, while sitting down at the table. Mom smiles and takes out a piece of paper from the envelope in front of her. "Here, read it." She says and pushes it towards me . I take the paper and open it. I gasp when I read the letter that seems to be inside.

"Dear, Lucy. It is a pleasure to inform you, that you have been accepted as a full scholarship student in the summer soccer camp, Fairy Sports. From your application, we saw the hard work you put into this sport, and how talented you are, and from seeing the way you play in the videos you sent us. Congratulations on being accepted, and we look foreword to seeing you on June 20th, during the Introductory week."

"Sincerely,

Camp Director,

Makarov Dreyer.

I look up. "How? When?"

"We applied for you in secret." Mom explains. "We didn't know if you would get the scholarship. So we didn't want to tell you, unless you received a good one."

"When did the letter come?" I ask, still a bit in shock.

"This morning." Dad answers. "We were both so excited when we opened it. We know how much it's your dream to go." My parents looked at me. "We're sorry that we kept it from you, we didn't want you to get your hopes up. In case it wouldn't have worked."

"Are you kidding?" I laugh and hug them both, which surprises them. "You are the best parents in the world! Thank you so much for making my dream come true." They both laugh too and for the rest of the evening, we celebrate the good news.

Two weeks later, Levy and I were dropped off at the bus station, excited for our new adventure. My parents made sure I was ready and prepared, making me promise to be safe and to be careful while I'm there.

Cana and Yukino came to see us off, both crying as they hugged us both. "It looks like we all will have the time of our lives, this summer." We all say to each other and hug one last time. When the bus comes, I hope onto the bus with Levy, as our dads help us with our luggage. We wave to our family and friends one last time, and the bus drives off.

"WHAT?!!!" Levy yells so loud almost waking up the sleeping passengers on the bus, when i tell her what happened at the party a few weeks ago. "Sting forced himself on you, and you didn't say anything?"

"I wanted to say something, but every time I was alone with Yukino and almost had a chance..." I explain. "He would come out of nowhere and give me a look, like...don't you even dare." I sigh. "That jerk, if I see him again by himself, I will give him the most biggest Lucy kick, he'll never forget." I look at my best friend. "What do you think I should do?"

Levy thought for a moment. "When we get to camp, and after we settle down, we'll call Yukino and tell her. Don't worry, I'm sure she'll understand."

"Yeah, I think that's a good idea..." I yawn and fall asleep on Levy's shoulder.

I just hope she'll believe me.

We reached the camp, ten hours later, with only three stops in the middle. Levy and I pay the bus driver, and we both grab our luggage, and hop off the bus. An old man, with a wrinkled yellow shirt that says Fairy Sports in the front, is standing at the entrance, as if he's waiting for us.

"Ah, you must be Lucy and Levy." He says, shaking our hands. "It's a pleasure to have you here, my name is Mr. Dreyer. I'm the director of this camp, but you may just call me, Makarov."

I shake his hand back. "Thanks for having us here, Makarov." I look around. "It's even more amazing then I thought it would be." I could tell Levy thought so too, her eyes widen as she scans the entrance and looks inside the camp.

"I'm glad you think so, now come, I'll show you to your bunk." Makarov begins to walk into the camp, and we follow him. As we walk around, I scan the campus and see many people out in the field playing soccer together. This place is just spectacular, it still amazes me that I will be spending a whole summer here, playing soccer.

We finally arrive to our bunk, luckily Levy and I are roommates. As well as three other girls, that seem to have arrived a few hours before we did, and were already unpacked. They look up when we arrive and jump up to greet us.

"Hello, you must be Lucy and Levy." A long white haired girl says. "I'm Mirajane, but you can call me Mira." She gives us both a hug, which we both return.

"I'm Erza." A girl with long straight red hair introduces herself. "It's great to finally meet you."

"Juvia is excited to meet you both." A girl with curly blue hair says. "Juvia has been dying to go to this camp, and now she is here, with new friends!"

"We are both very delighted to meet you guys too." Levy and I say at the same time.

Everyone begins to talk and tells each other where they come from. Erza and Mira are both from the Eastern side of Magnolia, and grew up as best friends. Mira has a little sister, Lisanna, who is here too, but is bunked with someone else. Juvia is also from Magnolia and went to the same school as Erza and Mira.

An hour later, we all go to dinner in the cafeteria and Makarov makes announcement to welcome everyone.

When everyone is eating, I excuse myself and walk to the bathroom. While I walk, I look around, amazed at everything I see, but not looking at where I'm going. Without any warning, I step over something and trip, almost falling on my face. But luckily, a steady arm catches me before I do."Woah, you okay?" A male voice asks.

I look up and find myself staring into warm black onyx eyes, and a handsome tanned face, with  a cute lopsided smile and....wait...spiky...pink...hair?
