Sages POV

"YOU FOOL! I TOLD YOU TO WATCH OVER HIM AND NOW LOOK... HE'S DEAD" I let out a threatening snarl as I look at my dead brother. His wounded body bloody and half torn. My twin brother Teague does nothing but run a hand through his bright red hair.

"We need to get his body off the road. Before someone sees him" I snap as we each grab a part of his lifeless body. We bring him deeper into the forest and I hear the rest of my siblings howl to the moon.

They mourn our brothers death. I wanted revenge. I would avenge my dead brother and make them pay. "I'm really sorry Sage... I didn't kno-"

I silence him with a punch to the face. "You are nothing but a fucking idiot! You are useless I should kill you but I won't for now! You knew he was hungry yet you did nothing! You are not worthy of your title". I strip him of his high title in the pack and his body immediately racks in pain.

"You are one pathetic wolf. Next time I won't hesitate to kill you" I smirk kicking him in the side. His body still racking with intense pain. He knew I called all the shots yet he continued to test me.

He would soon learn. That when you messed up in my pack there was hell to pay. I transformed into magnificent wolf my fur was a dirty grey color. My claws grew and my canines grew longer and sharper. I ran off deep into the forest on the hunt for some food.

I immediately spot two rabbits as my red eyes focus on them. Sniffing the air they smelt absolutely divine and my canines ached to sink into them. Stepping closer I pounced on them immediately gobbling them whole. My hunger was satisfied for now but my body would soon crave for more.

I needed human blood. The girl I had earlier wasn't enough. After doing some more hunting I transformed back into my human form. I despised being human if I could I would run wild in my wolf form all day long.

The sun was coming up and I knew I needed to be in my dorm room before my stupid roommate would grow suspicious. I make my way back to the academy jumping right in the window of my dorm room.

My roommate snored loudly and I snarled. Stupid bitch slept like a pig and her snoring pissed me off. I lay in my bed wide awake with a hand behind my head. I stood awake for two hours when my pip squeak of a roommate finally woke up.

"Hey your already awake" she says with a loud yawn. I hold back a smart remark.

"Yeah I didn't get much sleep last night" I say sitting up in my bed. I watch as she grabs a towel and some clothes.

"I'm gonna head in the shower". She says before walking into the bathroom. With an irritated sigh I look out at my window to the sun already up. A limping Teague walks through the bushes and I grit my teeth.

He was such a fucking idiot. Why did he think it was a good idea to walk all bruised up in the middle of daylight. I made a mental note to speak with him later before I see one of the popular royals enter through the academy gates with a suit on.

He was handsome and he must be the Oskar that Ina and Nadine were talking about. I licked my lips when I sniff the air craving blood. When my roommate finally comes out the shower I go in and do my normal hygiene.

After dressing in the school uniform I leave the dorm without waiting for my roommate. Making my way into the cafeteria I put on a fake smile when I spot Nadine and Ina at a table already eating.

"Hey guys what's up" I say plopping down next to Ina who is stuffing her face with food. Nadine gives me a strange look as if not expecting me to sit with them.

"Hey where were you yesterday something totally crazy happened to- Ouch" Ina says glaring at Nadine. I arch an eyebrow at

"What happened yesterday? I went to the post office and then I couldn't find you guys" I say acting confused.

"Well after we went shopping we went to some cafe. Nadine thought she saw you" Ina says taking a bite of her sandwich. I feel my heart panic if they saw yesterday I was some deep shit.

"Uhh I went to do a bit of my own exploring. You know around the town" I say trying to sound convincing. My eyes drift toward Nadine who was being unusually quiet. I had my eye on her as she was the one who had found her dead friend after one of my siblings killed her.

"Well I'm gonna go and get some lunch. I'll catch up with you guys later" I say before waving goodbye. Immediately I send a message to the rest of my siblings through our mindlink.

Listen up I need all eyes and ears on someone and I expect everyone to follow exactly what I say. We might have someone who is suspicious of us. So I need all eyes on a certain girl...
