Afternoon classes are about to end, we are just waiting for the lecturer to hand over the reviewers for the upcoming final examination.

I was trying to scan through some of my notes on the other lectures. I noticed that I failed to take down notes in one of the subjects. I thought Pia could have written it down, so I decided to borrow her notes. When I looked for her, who was supposed to be sitting beside me, she wasn't there.

I looked for her around, I even saw Nathan seriously reading his book. I scanned the inside of the classroom more. Then there was Pia. She's giggling with her girl friends. I did not wonder what their topic was, but when one of her friends noticed that I was looking at them, they stopped talking. Pia looked at me and smiled. She bade goodbye to her friends and I heard her say, "See you later." She walks towards me.

"So, what are you looking at us, huh?" she asked. "Or you might have been staring at one of us," she added teasing me. She grabbed my arm and said, "Now tell me. Who is the lucky girl, huh?" Her eyes were glittering, and she seemed having fun doing this. She said a lot more to tease me.

"I just need to borrow your notes on Geometry." I said to make stop. "There is nothing more and nothing less to it." I looked at her calmly. "And I don't care to whatever the pretty girls in class are talking about." I smiled and reached for Pia's notebook.

"Here." She smiled.

I was busy copying her notes when she grabbed my arm again.

"U-huh?" I murmured.

"Do you want to go out after classes?" she invited. "It's been so long since we last had an after-class session."

I was still copying her notes, and without looking a glance at her, I responded, "No. I need to read some stiff I haven't looked into yet."

"Oh, come on. We still have two weeks before the hell days." She said. She clears her throat and she said excitedly, "Maybe we can hang out ~"

I interrupted her saying, "I can't."

She clears her throat again and said, "Okay. Maybe I'll just bury myself in the library this afternoon after class, until it closes," she sighed. "Anyway, I have nothing else to do." She sighed again, looking at me with her kitty eyes.

I had this plan of going to the library after classes. I need to get reference materials I need for the school projects. I just thought that since Pia has the plan of going to the library, I responded to her sighs affirmatively, "I can go with you."

"Really?" her mood brightened.

"In the library," I said, with no intention of disappointing her. "In the library," I repeated to give her emphasis.

She smiled, not what I was expecting. "Hm. That's alright. As long I have your company, anywhere I go will be fine," she grinned.
