Deku's Point of View
Cold air pinched my face and I buried my nose into the thin jacket I was sporting. The darkness of the night consumed the atmosphere and the light rain made everything seem desolate and abandoned. My hands were shaking and I let out a small shiver, clutching onto the luggage in my left hand. Who knew waiting for a ride could be so draining? A cough formed in my throat and I let it out, scaring myself by how loud it was.
"Hey, babe are you okay?" Warm and strong arms wrapped around my waist as Kacchan pulled me closer from behind, resting his chin on my shoulder.
I let myself take in the embrace for a moment before answering, "I'm fine, just a bit cold."
"You smell so good right now," Kacchan whispered this in my ear, causing a deep blush to sprawl itself onto my face.
"Oh, did I flatter you?" Kacchan teased, I then nudged his shoulder with my elbow in defense.
"I can do a lot more than just flatter Deku~," If it was possible, my blush turned darker and I just nuzzled myself in the embrace to try and ignore the comment.
Kacchan just chuckled at my comment and I took in a breath to try and calm myself down. The past few weeks at the cabin with Kacchan were amazing, but the honeymoon had to end eventually. The memories I made up there with my husband will forever be burned in my mind. Just like a tattoo, they may fade, but they are always there. Some people chase after some fantasy of finding the right person, with all the right qualities. That's who you are meant to be with, right? You need someone to be perfect in every way possible, emotionally, hygiene, comfort, and you are the only person in their life. Wrong. So, so, so wrong! If I waited my whole life for the perfect guy to come along and sweep me off my feet, always focused on that perfection, I would die alone. Here's the thing, we don't need perfect, hell we can't even get close to perfect.
This little fantasy in our heads for perfect beats down the eligible people who just want to be apart of your life, love you and make memories. Kacchan is far from perfect, he's stubborn, loud, hot-headed, and has a horrible habit of swearing in front of children. But regardless, I love him with my whole heart. You learn to ignore the flaws when you fall for someone. All you manage to see, what you manage to hold onto is the good in the person you love. Sure, we all make mistakes, and we have to get over it or we will make no progress. For every flaw I can gather about Kacchan, at least twelve pros come into my mind. Katsuki Bakugo, hot-headed, sweet, loud, romantic, stubborn, handsome, competitive, amazing cook, good dancer, beautiful body, intelligent, protective, and in my eyes, the only guy for me.
"Babe, your mumbling again," When Kacchan whispered this in my ear, I yelped and turned beet red.
"D-Did you hear all of that?" Stuttering over my words only made me more embarrassed, and I could feel Kacchan smirking at me.
"Every word," Kacchan kissed my cheek and I just took the sweet moment in.
Kacchan then ruffled my messy green curls, and I pecked his cheek. "To save me from any trouble later, you're the closest to the perfect guy in my eyes."
"Nah babe, that's you and you know it," Kacchan responded and pulled me even closer. At this point, I was no longer cold and just wanted to stick my tongue down his mouth.
"You're too good for me Katsuki," Once I uttered this sentence, it was dead quiet. I didn't say anything and Kacchan seemed to freeze up, as if in pure shock.
"Nerd, I love you and I just pray to God I can one day be as good of a person as you," Kacchan swung me around so I could face him. The whole time he talked he made sure we made eye contact because he was cupping my cheek with a calloused hand.
We stood there in silence once Kacchan was done talking. He was holding my face, I hand my arms around his neck, and we stood a good three centimeters apart, staring into each other's eyes. It's times like this that make the world stop, and I melt into Kacchan's touch. Never wanting to let go, and knowing I made the best decision of my life when I accepted his proposal on the boardwalk.
"You promise to remember this moment, even when we're fighting, the stove is burning something, our kids are running around with toys cluttered everywhere, and we're driving each other crazy?" Kacchan asked me and I just gave a nod in response before our lips crashed together.
Before we could pull away for air, headlights came into view and the click of a car door being opened was heard.
"HEY! WE GET IT, YOU TWO ARE LIKE IN A COMPELLING FANFIC AND SHIT, BUT LET'S GO!" That voice was immediately recognized. Kaminari.
"THE WALL JEN!" @MissGalaxyGirl_ hurriedly builds back the forth wall before smacking the author upside the head.
"WE'RE HAVING A MOMENT PIKACHU!" Kacchan shouted back before flashing his middle finger.
"Bakubro, let me help you with your bags," Kirishima ran over to us and took our luggage, placing them in the back of the black suburban he was driving only moments before.
"Thanks, Deku get inside," Kacchan instructed and I made my way towards the vehicle. Jumping in and putting on my seatbelt.
"So, how was the honeymoon?" Kaminari turned around and raised a brow when he asked this.
"Kami, they might hear you!" I responded in a hushed tone as a blush took place on my cheeks.
"Answer the question Midoriya," Kaminari pushed and I just rolled my eyes. He did not like this, because he then poked my arm and continued to do so until I gave in.
"Alright, it was amazing, happy?" I was barely able to say this without giggling and Kaminari seemed satisfied with the answer because he retreated his finger.
"Good, now for details," Immediately backing away to avoid being poked and tickled again, Kaminari glared at my actions, I returned the favor with my pink tongue sticking out.
"Okay, be that way Mido, but I'm going to give you five seconds before I climb back there and get myself my answers," Kaminari threatened, and I just sighed in response.
"Fine, but when they come back I'm done talking," Kaminari just nodded and turned towards me, like a small child listening to a story,
"So, Kacchan took me to a private cabin, which was gorgeous and huge. Then we did so many amazing things," I began and Kaminari seemed almost entranced with my trip. I knew he wanted to see the world, and I was the only one in our friend group that had left the country. Kaminari once told me that my stories were so interesting that he felt he had been there himself. It made me a bit sad, knowing that my friend yearned for something so much, and here I was, living the life.
"Wow, that sounds amazing Midoriya," Kaminari smiled and we hugged each other. I had missed everyone a little bit, but I was glad that I had such great friends who supported my decisions.
"What happened after the wedding?" It was now my turn for questioning, and Kaminari had a look of confusion on his face.
"You know after Kirishima ran away when you caught the bouquet?" Kaminari's face immediately went pale when he finally understood as to what I was getting at.
"We talked about it, and he said he wasn't ready now, but will be soon," Kaminari seemed saddened with this news and I just pulled him in for another embrace. I know that feeling of your boyfriend acting afraid of commitment when you're ready. Kacchan and I went through the same thing years ago.
Kacchan's Point of View
I was helping Kirishima put away my luggage, and Kaminari was chatting with Deku up front.
"How was the honeymoon?" Kirishima broke the comforting silence with this question, causing me to take it in.
"Great, I just wish to return one day," Kirishima only nodded to show he understood.
"So, about the text you sent me last night," Kirishima immediately froze when I brought this up.
"W-what about it?" I just chuckled at how Kirishima was acting and he smiled nervously.
"I want to help," When the words pressed passed my lips, Kirishima then pulled out a peice of folded paper and handed it to me.
"Take this and show up on Tuesday at 8:40, bring others if they want to join," I only nodded and we shut the back door and jumped in the car.
After an excruciatingly long car ride with Kaminari making Deku and I very uncomfortable with certain questions, we made it to the condo.
"Bye guys, thanks again for the ride," Deku thanked them again and we took our luggage before heading up.
That night when I laid in bed next to Deku, all of the amazing memories made up in the cabin came flooding into my mind.
Flashback
I woke up with the bright sun blinding me, and I sat up in bed. Goosebumps blanketed my chest and shoulder from the previous night's actions. Can't complain though, it felt amazing.
Deku shifted his position and I heard a quiet groan. "Morning beautiful," I whispered into his ear, making him turn over and look at me.
"Good morning Kacchan," Deku had a smile plastered on his face, and he reached his hand up and cupped my cheek.
"Come on, let me show you something," Deku crawled out of bed with me and I took his hand, leading the way. "Kacchan, where are we going?"
"Don't worry about it babe," I kissed his cheek and he nodded.
"Whoa, I didn't even know this was here!" Deku gasped at the sight before us. A room with a window large enough to show the beauty of raw nature and it's seclusion. It consisted of a top of the line jacuzzi that could fit five people, a bar, an indoor swimming pool, and some lawn chairs to lay back and relax.
I snuck up behind Deku as he was staring at everything in awe and I whispered in his ear, "Would you care to join me in the jacuzzi?"
"Gah! Kacchan you scared me!" Deku elbowed me, and I just laughed at his panic-stricken reaction.
While caressing a gentle hand through his hair I whispered "I'm going to take that as a yes."
"Let me change real quick," Deku then went back to the room while I heated up the water in the jacuzzi and poured some champagne for the both of us.
"Kacchan?" When I heard Deku nearby, I turned towards the door and saw Deku leaning on the doorway wearing navy blue swim trunks. God, when he did that you could see how curvy he was, not even Shakira can compete. And don't get me started on his biceps.
"Well doesn't someone look sexy as hell," Deku became flustered, even though we're married, and a blush crept its way onto his face.
"Come here," Deku obeyed my command and I jubilantly kissed him.
"Let's have some fun Kacchan," I smirked at Deku when he took a sip of his champagne and he looked at me seductively.
End of flashback
Turning on my side, my pupils were met with the peaceful image of Deku sleeping, his chest silently rising and falling.
"I may regret this, but remember I love you," I whispered as I took the note Kirishima gave me earlier, running my fingers over the writing.
