What the hell?!?!

I wheeled out of the tent, and saw a giant snake hovering over us.

Emiko: "WHAT THE HELL!!!!!"

Himari looked back at me.

Himari: "Relax, it's just my brother"

I looked at her in disbelief.

Emiko: "How is that thing your brother??!"

Kaito: "That's Jormungandr, the world serpent"

Emiko: "Isn't that the thing who kills Thor?! Why is he here!!!"

Himari: "Good question..."

Himari looked up at Jormungandr. She then leaped into the air and landed on his head. She then started to rub the snake's head.

Himari: "It's been a while! How have you been?"

Jormungandr let out a couple mumbles and growls, almost like it's own language.

Himari: "That's good to hear! How's Hel?"

Connor: "Hel?"

Himari: "Oh, she's my older sister. She's the queen of Helheim, realm of the dishonorable dead"

Emiko: "Your brother is a snake the size of the planet and your sister is a death queen, what next? A dog?"

Himari: "Well, I have another brother named Fenrir, and he's a giant wolf"

Emiko: "I was being sarcastic... but okay"

Jormungandr started speaking to Himari again.

Himari: "What?! Already?! Happy birthday!!"

Himari started rubbing Jormungandr's head more.

Himari: "I'll get you something nice if Ragnarok doesn't happen"

Angel called up to Himari

Angel: "Himari, can you please ask Mr. Jormungandr why he's here?"

Himari: "Oh! Right!"

Himari looked down at Jormungandr.

Himari: "Why are you here? Ragnarok isn't for another couple days"

Jormungandr spoke.

Himari: "W-What? You have something for me?"

Jormungandr opened it's mouth, revealing a pendant made of some type of green metal. Himari climbed down Jormungandr, and retrieved the pendant. She jumped back down to us, and I saw the design up close.

The pendant had a bunch of symbols carved into it. The main one being in the center. However the center also looked like one big eye.

Jormungandr spoke down to us, which was the most terrifying thing in the world.

Himari: "H-He did?"

Jormungandr spoke more quietly. Himari wiped a tear from her eye.

Himari: "Tell him I said thank you. I'll prove his innocence"

Jormungandr let out a growl before descending back into the earth. We all stood there in silence.

Emiko: "What did he say?"

Himari: "He said this is a gift from dad. The symbols in the center spell out Loki"

Connor: "What is it for?"

Himari: "Jormungandr said it can make the wearer, and anyone they're touching, turn invisible. He said father knew we would need this"

Loki sounded like a really cool dad! He gave her daughter something to turn invisible. Ah, the pranks I would've committed.

Emiko: "I so wanna meet your dad"

Himari: "If we live through the week, I'll introduce you to him. He'll be glad I'm not bringing a boy home"

Angel interrupted.

Angel: "Can't we use that to get into the pyramid?"

Himari: "Yep! We can go now if we want!"

Connor: "I'm kinda tired. You all fell asleep. Me and Kaito haven't slept at all"

Angel: "I'm sure Heka will allow us to spend the night. Especially if you're his children"

Emiko: "Yeah, let's go now. I can't stand being in this wheelchair"

Connor: "Fine... Let's pack up"

The 5 of us, or 4 since I couldn't do anything, managed to get everything packed away inside the backpack.

Himari slipped the pendant around her neck. I was expecting something out of Lord of the Rings. You know, when Frodo puts on the ring and he turns invisible. But nothing happened.

Emiko: "How do you turn it on?"

Himari: "No clue"

Himari tapped the center of the pendant, and she suddenly vanished. Not a single trace of her.

Kaito: "Himari?"

No response.

Angel: "Himari? Are you okay?"

Still nothing. I was getting seriously worried. So much so, that I managed to actually stand up. I got out of the wheelchair and stood up straight.

Emiko: "Himari! Please be okay...!"

Suddenly, I felt something grab the back of my skirt and lift it up.

Emiko: "AHHH!!!!"

I quickly put it back down, and heard giggling from behind me. I tuned around and saw Himari standing there, laughing her ass off.

Emiko: "Y-You are so stupid!!"

Angel: "But you stood up to see if she was okay"

Himari: "Awwwww, you do care!"

I could feel my face start to burn red.

Emiko: "S-Shut up! I-I wasn't worried!"

I sat back down in the wheelchair.

Himari: "Those were some cute pan—"

I grabbed her by her ear and tugged on it.

Emiko: "Say another word and you'll regret it"

Himari: "Y-Yes Ma'am"

With that craziness out of the way, we all made our way down to the pyramid. There was significantly less people here than there was last time. However there were still cameras we had to worry about.

Himari: "Alright, everyone line up behind me. Except Emiko"

Everyone lined up behind Himari, meanwhile she went up behind me.

Himari: "Okay, hold onto each other's shoulders and don't let go. This will keep all of us invisible"

The lineup was this. I was in the front with Himari behind me. She would be pushing my wheelchair. Holding onto her shoulders was Kaito, followed by Angel, and finally Connor in the back. When I looked back, I could see Angel was blushing a little. Probably because Connor was holding her shoulders.

I am so exposing her crush later.

Himari tapped her pendant, and the 5 of us vanished. I looked around, but I couldn't see anyone. Suddenly, I felt my wheelchair start moving. Himari spoke in a whisper.

Himari: "Don't make a sound and don't let go"

We slowly made our way to the entrance, where there was 2 guards, each with pistols in their holsters. Quietly, we managed to sneak passed them. We walked around the pyramid a little bit, however we were clearly lost. Kaito was our navigator, and he said we were on the right path. But I seriously doubted that. We eventually came up to a wall, a complete dead end.

I spoke in a whisper.

Emiko: "There's nothing here"

Kaito: "There is, but I need to be in front"

Kaito brought Angel's hands up to Himari's shoulders, however he kept his hands on us as he moved closer.

Emiko: "Watch where you're touching"

Kaito: "I can't see anything, so don't go telling me that crap"

Finally, he was in front of me, with one hand touching my knee. The second he was there, I realized something. I could see him. I looked back, and I saw everyone else.

Emiko: "O-Oh crap, I think the spell is down"

Himari: "What are you talking about? We're still invisible"

Emiko: "I can see everyone"

Angel: "You may be tapping into your powers again, like with your fight with Siyuka"

Emiko: "I guess that means we're close"

Kaito: "You could say that. But I say we're right at his front door"

Kaito held his hand out, and his ring started to glow. Suddenly, the wall started to part down the middle, like doors sliding into the walls. We then walked inside, where we were greeted by a giant garden.

Angel: "These are all medicinal plants"

On the other side of the garden, a figure stood. It was a tall man with dark skin. His hair was chocolate brown and his eyes were a light blue, almost like mine. He wore a dark blue cloak, with a few scrolls handing out of the cloak's pocket. It was Heka.

Heka: "No need to hide yourselves, I've been expecting you"

The 5 of us let go of each other. However Connor was left in a kind of daze. I saw dad before back when I had that vision. But him, this was his first time seeing him. Even though I tried, I couldn't hold myself back. I pushed myself out of the wheelchair and stumbled over to Heka. Meanwhile Connor ran over to him. We both hugged him tightly, and... maybe started crying.

Heka welcomed us with a warm embrace. It was so nostalgic, it was like something I'd been missing for years, I'd finally found.

Suddenly, Connor slammed his fist into the side of Heka's face.

Emiko: "C-CONNOR!!"

Connor looked up at Heka, with nothing but pure rage in his eyes. However tears started dripping down his face.

Connor: "Why the hell did you leave us?!?! You left us all alone!!!"

I understood where he was coming from, a part of me was also upset at dad. But he's still a god, and punching him would be a death sentence. However Heka didn't seem the littlest bit phased. Instead, he looked really sympathetic.

Heka: "I never wanted to leave you two, I never did. But I spent almost all my magic to stay with you that long. Even now, I haven't fully recovered. And no magic, means no contact with the outside world. I haven't even in contact with the other gods"

Connor: "B-But... W-Why did you have to make it look like you died?! You could've just told us!! Hell, you could've just brought us with you!!"

Heka's face was finally started to break. He was hiding his emotions before, now they were showing.

Heka: "You two weren't ready. I made a promise to your mother that I would keep you two safe as long as possible. You were so young, you wouldn't have lasted long with me"

Connor was having a complete mental breakdown.

Connor: "You still left us... all alone!!"

Heka: "You were not alone, you had each other. And that is much more important than having me"

Connor wanted to keep arguing, but instead, he fell over and passed out, probably from exhaustion. He hadn't slept.

Emiko: "Connor!"

I knelt down to help him, but my legs gave out and I also fell. Himari and Angel ran over to us. Himari helped me back into my wheelchair while Angel helped Connor stand and wake up.

Emiko: "Dad... I need a little help..."

Heka smiled.

Heka: "Of course, come with me. All of you"

He brought us through his giant home, which resembled our old house. Aside from the huge garden, it was almost identical. He then brought us over to a doorway. There was a gold plate above it. Healing Pool was written into it.

Heka: "This pool has healing properties. It can heal almost any injury. It can even cure tiredness and exhaustion. So I want all 5 of you to go in there for a bit. I'll come get you when we need to talk more"

Heka disappeared in a flash of light.

Emiko: "I'm getting tired of seeing that..."

Angel: "The gods love teleporting"

Kaito: "Anyways, it looks like the pools are separated by gender. Me and Connor will go over to the boys side. Angel, Himari, help Emiko into the water"

Angel: "Of course"

Connor and Kaito walked over to the boys side, which was divided by a giant wall. Meanwhile, the 3 of us went over into the changing room. We all stripped completely and went over to the water. I needed a little help from Angel and Himari, but the second I got into the water, my body felt warm and calm. I felt more relaxed than I'd ever felt in my entire life.

The water itself was nice and warm, almost like a hot spring. Himari and Angel got into the water with me.

Angel: "Ah~ This water feels so nice"

Himari: "Yeah, this is amazing"

I noticed Himari was slowly swimming over to me. She then stopped right in front of me. I was a little embarrassed, since my naked body was being exposed to them, but we were all girls, so I guess it was okay.

Himari: "I never asked about how you're feeling"

Emiko: "Huh?"

Himari: "After fighting Siyuka. This pool can heal physical wounds, but not emotional ones"

Emiko: "I... let her scare me. If I'm being honest, I'm still a little shaky just thinking about it"

Himari: "Well, she can be seriously intimidating, that's one of her biggest strengths"

Emiko: "But, if I ever fight her again, I won't let my fear get the best of me"

Himari swam up behind me and rubbed my shoulders and back. I accidentally let out a quiet moan, not a lewd one!! But just from how good it felt. I'd never had a massage before.

Himari: "Oh my god! That was adorable!!"

I blushed wildly and moved away from her.

Emiko: "Y-You dumbass!"

Himari: "You're even cuter when you're embarrassed!"

Emiko: "Y-You're so going to get it!!!"

Himari: "I'm so scared~"

Himari stuck her tongue out.

Emiko: "You asked for it!!"

I was about to charge at Himari, when I saw Angel was out of the water.

The wall dividing the two sides was made of a bunch of planks of wood. And there were a few places to peak through.

Surprise, surprise, Angel was peaking through, probably trying to see Connor on the other side.

Himari slowly and quietly swam over to Angel. She then grabbed Angel and pulled her back into the water.

Angel: "WAAAA"

The two of them splashed into the water.

Angel: "H-Himari?!"

Himari: "Sneaking a little peak at Connor, huh~?"

Angel's face grew tomato red.

Angel: "N-Not so loud..."

Emiko: "I knew it! You so have a thing for my brother"

Himari: "What do you even see in him?"

Angel: "He's kind and caring, he even stood up to Siyuka for me, even though he didn't know me for a day. H-He just really cares about people, a-and... I really like that"

I could tell Angel was swaying underneath the water.

Emiko: "Don't let him fool you, he goes into things without thinking them through first. He's extremely reckless, and always speaks his mind"

Himari giggled.

Himari: "Like brother like sister"

Emiko: "What's that supposed to mean?!"

Suddenly, I heard Connor yell from the other side.

Connor: "Hey, can you try and be a little more quiet please? We're supposed to be resting"

Angel smiled and giggled a little, with her cheeks a bright pink.

Angel: "And he's polite"

Emiko: "What about that was polite?"

Angel: "He said please"

Himari: "The magic word~"

As I looked at Angel, I noticed something right on the back of her neck. It was usually covered by her hair, but it was now visible.

Emiko: "Hey Angel, what's that?"

Angel realized I was talking about the symbol. Her face suddenly grew large amounts of fear. She quickly covered it with her hair and jumped out of the pool. She ran into the changing room, and came back out in her normal clothes.

Angel: "I-I'm gonna go walk around a little. See you later"

Angel quickly left the room, leaving me with more questions than I had previously. I mumbled to myself in a whisper.

Emiko: "I wonder what's up with that symbol..."
