I litterally just forgot how to breathe in a few minutes ago...

Like I was trying to try to find my mindscape, then I got distracted bc I realized that after I breathed out I stopped breathing and for a few seconds I forgot how to breathe again lol... Like I litterally just layer here trying to think of how to breathe...

Like idk breathing feels different now like like idk lol

Btw I figured out how to breathe again lol and now i just can't breathe bc I'm laughing at how I forgot how to breathe lol

Also according to my Fitbit, my heartrate just went from about 56 to about 70 to about 60 something and then back to like 54, like, idk why lol, I don't think that's normal though? Lol

I am started to listen to my subliminals (I am rn but I started like 2 hours ago and took a break and this is my second time listening to them

And I also wrote down affirmations of what I wanna do and stuff, not just with what I'm listening to subliminals for though, so like I added stuff like not procrastinating, but I included everything from the subliminals like being a vampire... I did one page of starting by saying "I will" and stuff and then said "I am" and basically got more positive ig and copied them 4 times and the fourth time I got a separate page and instead of writing affirmations at the top I wrote "truth" lol, idk, I thought to do it bc of a subliminal booster says that writing affirmations and stuff is also like idk how to exaplin it, but it's in the link ✓✓✓ (there's no down arrows lol)

410 words in 12 minutes yet in 7th grade I wrote a 100-1000 word essay (for fun, as the teacher meant it as a joke, but ofc I did it, as the teachers pet and nerd, and it made people very surprised that I could do it.) But I wrote an essay about the topic, I forgot the topic now bc that was like 3 years ago I think, idk how long ago it was lol
