There has been a rivalry between humans and the unknown for a while. Especially in the old western village of Geochang.
Everything seemed to be loose going around that side of the small village. But that never changed the strict rule of having a full inspection when you came in.
That full inspection usually existed of taking out all your stuff, checking for fangs, poison, ears or a tail, strange accessories, and much more.
The one in charge of that was simply a town's man who was up for the job. It helped him get money and was easy to do.
Yes, sometimes he got one intruder who tried to fight its way in, but Seokjin knew how to stop them.
He's seen many creatures by now. An elf who was trying to sell medicine, a vampire who claimed to be a scientist, even a pixie who tried to sneak inside by tying its wings to prevent them from twinkling.
The poor thing isn't able to fly ever since.
Now you may ask yourself, why would they go through such trouble for such a small place?
Because it's far from society on its own, no one will be able to really help when they scream.
Seokjin knows. They all have the same reason. To expand their race.
Another day and another time to be the bouncer.
Seokjin stood at one side of the entrance, the Northside, and Namjoon stood on the Southern entrance to town.
Both of them were pretty muscular and tall, so they both would come over much more intimidating than most of the others in town.
With crossed arms, Seokjin does his job thoroughly. That is, until he sees something coming through the desert.
It's big and panting, running on all fours.
Seokjin squints his eyes when it comes closer, seeing it's a wolf. A greyish-black mixed wolf.
It stops right in front of him and it growls.
Seokjin just stares at it.
With a chuckle, the large wolf twists into a human body, hands on his hips. Two black wolf ears sprout proudly from his black fluffy hair, grey highlights at the tips. His eyes are a pretty amber, glowing like a gemstone.
Behind him sways a big bushy wolf tail, clearly his, as it's matching his ears and hair.
His skin is milky pale, lips a glossy pink as his black lashes blink innocently, creating an eye-shadow-like illusion above his eyes.
"Get out." Seokjin snarls, avoiding eye contact with the creature.
"What fun would it have if I tried to hide what I am? You'd find out anyway, so let me just explain why I'm here." The wolf says, his smirk disappearing into a serious frown.
Seokjin raises an eyebrow. "You do realize that your kind is not allowed inside?"
The wolf nods and crosses his arms, mimicking Seokjin's posture. "Yes. But I don't mean any harm. I'm actually on my way to my hunting spot and the fastest way to it is through your village. I don't want to go around all the way because then I'd just waste my time."
Seokjin frowns. "Is it the truth?"
The wolf sighs deeply and rolls his eyes. "Yes. It is. Why else would I go through here and show myself to you right in front of you? Just be honest, your town is way too nervous about us."
"Our town is fine as it is."
"Your town," The wolf growls, "underestimates us. Not all of us want to cause harm, you know?"
Seokjin doesn't change his expression. "I'll escort you to the other side of town. Let me ask someone to fall in for me."
The wolf nods. "I'll wait."
Seokjin glares at him. "You better be."
As the human walks away, the wolf smirks, he ruffles his fluffy hair for a bit and purrs just a little. The smell of this human was just... delicious.
Soon enough, Seokjin returns with a smaller male, nodding at everything Seokjin says.
"No one goes in without being inspected. You touch everything to make sure that they are fully human and not lying or making any excuses."
The boy nods again.
"You got all that?"
"Yes hyung!"
"Good. Now stay at your post."
Seokjin scowls at the wolf, who shrugs, and nudges him to come.
Waving at the newcomer, the wolf flashes his fangs and runs after Seokjin, who then grabs his wrist roughly.
"You will go straight to your hunting spot after we get to the other side." Seokjin snarls. "You will take the long turn around and will not come back. This was a one-time exception."
The wolf smiles and nods. "Of course. But you really created a stereotype under us." He says, waving at a woman who dropped her vase at the sight of him.
"How so? You are all thieves and vandalists."
"Some of us are just trying to survive." The wolf growls. "Not ever werewolf is bad. Not every vampire is out for blood. Not every pixie needs human bones."
Seokjin scoffs. "Of course. You manipulative animal."
"Werewolves are manipulative by nature, but some of us don't embrace it. I'm simply trying to tell you the truth."
"What truth is there other than the one we have?" Seokjin snarls. "We don't like your kind. That is that."
The wolf scowls at him. "Fine. Can you at least hold my hand? I don't like being held by my wrist."
Seokjin mutters a curse under his breath before lowering his hand, wincing when he feels sharp nails in his skin.
"Oh! Sorry! Instinct." The wolf smirks. "Watch your words next time, pup."
Seokjin pinches him back. "Don't call me pup, dog. I can beat you with ease so be glad that I'm helping you through."
"I am thankful." The wolf says. "But you just aren't."
"What should I be thankful for?"
"For being able to hold me without killing me."
Seokjin stays quiet. He's just a bouncer. He isn't made to kill, just to throw people out.
The wolf cocks his head. Something's off. The human smells troubled, as if he's worrying too much.
"Who's that?" The wolf asks, pointing at the arms-crossed male who glares daggers at Seokjin.
"Namjoon, he makes sure the other ends also stay are from creatures like you." Seokjin spits, pushing the wolf out in front of him.
The wolf growls at him, rubbing his wrist before glaring at the both of them. He's barely outside of the sign, still outside of it.
He then smiles. "Thank you for the shortcut! I'll leave you all be then."
Namjoon nods, not saying a word to him and turns to the older male next to him. "Why did you do this?"
"He kept bothering me and said he was only going hunting. I figured with my supervision it couldn't hurt. Everything went fine."
Namjoon shrugs as the wolf transforms and sprints away, leaving a trail of sandy clouds. "I don't like them."
Seokjin hesitates before talking. "Neither do I." Does he really though?
He returns through the village to his own post, looking at the marks in the palm of his hand.
They hurt, but weren't visible from any angle unless he showed it. He could keep it a secret.
He sends Jimin back to home and takes back over his job. That night, when he sees Taehyung run to take over his day shift into the night shift, he goes home himself.
He wastes no time into going to bed, knowing he needs his sleep. But something's wrong...
He usually falls asleep right away, but now he lays awake. Turning and tossing in bed, his body itches.
He shifts again, turning in his bed and yelping when something sharp brushes his arm.
He sits up, but sees nothing. Except for the tiny, sharp, clean nail sticking out from the blanket, just a little over the tip of his finger.
He slowly lifts his hand, frowning and turning on the light. He carefully inspects the five sharp, claw-like nails that have grown off his fingernails.
He slowly caresses his fingertip over the edge, staying quiet, yet frowns at the drop of blood that begins to well.
He gasps when it slowly begins to fall, but the wound heals immediately. A small prick of the nail leaving only one drop, then closing as if nothing ever happened.
He clenches his hands to tight fists, slicing into the palm of his hand as the marks of the wolf also fade away. He's certain it's his fault.
This was his meaning. Of course it was.
He should have never held that beast's hand.
He gasps when his chest cavity tightens. His breathing begins to quicken, becoming heavier and much faster as he clutches his chest, feeling and hearing his bones crack and snap.
He screams out in pain, his ears pulling at their skin until they've pulled up completely and cut in thinner until taken the shape of a wolf's, still naked with skin.
Shutting his eyes tightly, Seokjin feels his throat boil, his teeth clenching as his body and bones begin to stretch and snap, his legs ripping through his pants as they suddenly reach an impossible state of pain.
His cries never stop, his arms reforming and his fingers and toes melting together into paws, the skin on his palm and bottom pulsing as they thicken.
A loud growl erupts from his throat as he turns and howls in pain. His hair thickens out, his eyes connecting and becoming bigger and rounder as they begin to morph into the shape of his outstretched mouth and nose, forming a snout.
Thick fur grows on his skin, fully covering his entire body, causing his cold body to stir into warmth. His cries stop after a few minutes, loud panting and growling filling the room.
Seokjin's clothes are scattered and shredded on his bed, his mattress, pillow, and blanket all ripped to pieces.
And where Seokjin once used to sleep, lays now a large, brown, wolf.
Almost immediately, Seokjin's big eyes roam over the room, growling as he drops his head again. He looks down at himself, turning his entire body to lay on his back and looks down.
His eyes grow wide and he screams in fear of himself, watching the tail between his legs immediately hide up against his lower region.
He quickly turns and rolls until he manages to fall off the bed, looking himself up and down in the mirror.
He's scared. His ears press against his skull and he backs away against the wall with whiny dog-noises.
His ears perk up however, when he hears a howl.
A husky, raspy howl.
"Come to me"
His ears twitch and he quickly peeks his head outside. Nothing. No one except for Taehyung at his watching position.
He can sneak out if he's quiet enough and find that cursed wolf who did this to him.
He hops up onto the balcony and then jumps down, letting out a whine when he lands face-flat on the sandy gravel.
Immediately Taehyung turns around and frowns. Seokjin's eyes widen and immediately he moves his legs, struggling to get up, but when he does, Taehyung is already towering over him.
"Transform," Taehyung demands. "What were you doing in Seokjin hyung's room?! Did you eat him?!"
Pressing his ears against his scalp, Seokjin backs away, shuffling himself on the ground in fear.
"I... I..."
"I said transform."
"I can't!"
"Transform!"
"I don't know how!"
Taehyung grabs a harsh handful of his fur and pulls at it, making Seokjin cry out in pain, a sharp howl erupting from his throat at the cry.
"I can't make any sense of your growling and whining. I told you to transform. If you can't do that, than I will personally kill you if you did anything to Seokjin hyung!"
Seokjin starts to whine, crying out another howl.
"Help me"
"I'm scared"
"Not much of a talker, huh?" Taehyung snarls. "Let's see if you talk better amongst silver."
Seokjin shakes his head violently, desperately trying to get away, but Taehyung pulls him with him harshly.
"Don't worry, pup"
Seokjin's ears perk up and he looks around desperately for the sound. For the voice.
A deep growl comes from one of the small alleyways, and Taehyung turns slowly, gasping when a familiar black-greyish wolf comes out from the shadows.
Every growl seems to be called louder, more threatening.
Taehyung isn't fazed, however.
It isn't until he crosses his arms that the wolf takes his chance. He lunges forward and sinks his sharp canines into the human's leg, who screams in pain and immediately lets go of the brown wolf.
"Time to get going, pup." The wolf growls amused, helping him up as he stares with wide eyes and tilted back ears at his bleeding friend.
"B-but... But I-I--"
"The whole village is awake by now. You better follow if you want to live."
Seokjin slowly nods, quickly hopping onto his paws and running after the familiar wolf.
Once out of the village. The grey wolf smiles at a panting Seokjin.
"Well, pup, were you okay?"
"No!" Seokjin growls angrily. "No! I wasn't okay! This - whatever happened to me - hurt! I'm hungry and scared! Why did they treat me that way?! Why did you make me this?!!"
"Sometimes you must learn to teach a lesson. Since you humans won't do that, I had to make you experience it."
Seokjin growls a bit before lunging at the other wolf. "How dare you?! I was happy! I had everything!" He cries. "You made me go through so much pain... Just for this?"
The wolf isn't surprised he reacts this way. He just licks the side of his head, fur stroking back.
Seokjin immediately pulls away, stumbling off of him. "W-what do you think you're doing?!"
"You're so cute, pup." Yoongi chuckles. "But so naive. This world isn't all sunshine and rainbows. Now that you know how we are treated, you'd best give your own species a different eye, shouldn't you?"
Seokjin gulps shaking his head. "I'm still scared and angry at you. I don't even know you!"
The wolf bursts into laughter. "Right! Because humans don't take the time to know someone." He growls. "My name is Yoongi. And the reason why you are so afraid, pup, is because I am higher ranked than you. My scent is stronger, sharper, and much more dominating than your cute little ocean scented self."
Seokjin scowls up at him. "This ocean is salty, pinecone."
"This pine has a tough head."
"This ocean drowns people."
"You're just a mere puppy."
"You're a selfish dog."
The two growl at each other, ears completely laid back until they both burst into laughter.
Seokjin shakes his body, his fur standing up much wilder as he smiles. His wolf.
He pants lightly, tongue exposed for Yoongi to see his excitement.
He smiles as he purrs when Seokjin rubs his head against his. "Look at who's adapted so fast." He chuckles.
Seokjin looks up at him. This is clearly still new to him. Forgotten how to talk and just be able to be a full wolf for a while.
He's accepted the wolf within him.
Yoongi smirks, the wolf inside him begging to take over. And for a moment, for tonight, he lets it happen.
Yoongi also begins to pant, stroking his tongue over Seokjin's fur as the newly turned enjoys the soft feeling.
Perhaps those critters are not so bad after all.
Nudging at Seokjin's side, Yoongi urges him to follow, and gladly Seokjin does.
His wolf is jumping with excitement and his heart is pounding in his chest as he follows the other wolf, who's eyes have become big and happy instead of their usual cold amused tone.
Yoongi stomps his front paws into the sand, a little dust forming off of it.
Seokjin tilts his head ever so slightly but lays down as is demanded of him before rolled around by Yoongi's snout.
He giggles a bit when Yoongi's tongue licks over the soft thin patches of fur on his tummy, his paws pressing against the other's chest.
Yoongi grins and starts tapping his chest with his paws, the pillowy pinks tickling Seokjin's fur.
"Young wolf love is just disgusting."
Seokjin jumps out of his skin at the voice, accidentally giving Yoongi a harsh kick to look and see.
An elder wolf stands there, fur a bit more messy and longer. Not as full as theirs.
Yoongi blinks a few times before the cold eyes return and he gets off of Seokjin.
"Father, this has nothing to do with love." He says, nudging towards Seokjin. "He needs to learn the positives of being a werewolf."
"Are you telling me that you came home through that dammed village?!" The elder wolf snaps. "You could've gotten killed!"
Shaking his head, Yoongi puts his paw on Seokjin's. "He helped me to the other side. I took my chance while I had it. I even bit someone else at his same position. With both of them getting another look at us, soon everyone else there will too."
"How many times do I have to tell you?" The elder wolf growls, slowly taking steps towards him. "No matter how many you turn or save, they will never look at us the same. A few humans here and there will simply turn into that same disgusted look once they find out what we are."
Yoongi sighs, his ears dropping. "I know, but it's worth a try. And... I kinda like him... He's very cute and incredibly sensitive. I just wanna... pet him and lick him all over." He says, sitting down sadly. "But this is just his wolf. It's not him."
"Reality hurts, son."
"I know all too well."
The elder wolf sighs. "Well, just come home for a while. Let's get this human to learn who we are."
Yoongi nods and nudges Seokjin's confused nose, who quickly rolls around and gets up, following them again.
Seokjin has no idea what is going on. He just feels so bubbly and giggly and playful. He just wants to play!
His tail hangs low, his nervousness increasing with every second. What does Yoongi want to do?
He hops behind them, tilting his head when he sees the start of a small bit of forest. He can smell the trees and their fruits.
And meat.
His mouth begins to water, panting heavily as he shakes his body, his fur sticking up wild.
Yoongi chuckles at the fur in front of his eyes and licks it away before running after his father, Seokjin following closely.
The scent of the forest makes Seokjin aware of himself. It pounces the hard fact through his head when he looks at the other two wolves.
He blinks a few times, shaking his head as he gets control of his body once more. His wolf still panting from being licked.
"Where are we going?"
The elder wolf looks back at him. "Ah, you pushes him back. Very good." He grumbles.
"What happened?"
"You know what happened, you can still see, hear, and feel everything." Yoongi says. "Your wolf just jumped out. It's the literal thing that makes you a werewolf, apart from a regular one."
The elder nods. "Werewolves, wolves. They're all the same to me. The real deal are those... what'd you call them?"
"Slicers?"
"Those."
Seokjin tilts his head. "What are slicers?"
Yoongi sighs deeply, waiting for Seokjin to come next to him. "Slicers are the werewolves you all think we are. They didn't accept their wolf and their hatred for themselves mixed with the wolf trying to push. This mingles their consciousness and created a dangerous werewolf, made of hatred and bloodthirst."
Seokjin gulps nervously. If he didn't see the brighter side so quickly, he could have been one of those.
The thought makes him shiver.
"So where are we going?"
"To my brother. We're going hunting." Yoongi grins.
Seokjin whines when his tail wags slightly, trying to hold it down, making the two others chuckle.
Yoongi licks the side of his fur. "Don't try. Let go."
With a sigh, Seokjin smiles at him, tail wagging. "Thank you, Yoongi."
"What for?"
"Showing me this." Seokjin says shyly. "Showing me the world of being one of your kind."
"I'm glad. This will be happening a lot. Eventually you'll be able to control it and it won't hurt anymore."
"So it'll come at random moments?! But what if I'm at my post?!"
"Are you really thinking about going back there?" The elder wolf growls. "You'll only make life harder for yourself."
"But now they think I got eaten! I at least have to go back to grab my stuff or they'll see a murder with no blood! That'll only make things worse!"
Yoongi sighs. "Fine. When it's early morning, I'll take you back. The transformation back is less painful. Try to stay quiet and hide your ears and tail when you're grabbing your stuff. Tell them you're going to be away for a while."
Seokjin nods. "I will. After that, I'll meet you at the edge of the forest."
Yoongi nods. "Then that's a deal."
The elder wolf chuckles. "Well, you're not going until you've hunted with us. It's family tradition for a mate to join in the hunting."
"Father!"
"I'm just saying!" The elder wolf laughs as Yoongi shyly looks away.
Seokjin curiously hops behind them, the scent of lemon breaking through him.
"Jungkook!" Yoongi yells. "Get out here! It's time to hunt!"
Immediately a younger black wolf jumps from the bushes, tail wagging as he jumps onto Yoongi.
"Hyung! You're back!"
"Yeah, yeah. Get off me, punk." Yoongi chuckles, pushing the black wolf off of him.
Jungkook suddenly glares at Seokjin, the newly turned's ears dropping at the cold sharp glare.
Yoongi quickly breaks contact between them by blocking view, growling at his brother.
"Let him be." He growls, stomping his paw into the dirt, as if to make a point.
His brother scoffs, turning his head away, but he doesn't miss the glare from Seokjin when he turns around.
"Little mutt's got to watch his words." He snarls.
"I didn't say anything!" Seokjin growls angrily, pushing past Yoongi. "I don't even know you! Besides, how do you know if I'm not older than you?!"
"I doubt that a scared puppy like you can stand up against a wolf like me." Jungkook smirks.
Seokjin growls deeply, taking a deep breath. His fur stands up as his chest puffs out, digging his claws into the dirt. He bares his canines, ears tilted back in anger. His tail flicks in annoyance and he makes himself seem taller, standing stronger than before.
Jungkook scoffs. The wolf is taller than him, but that doesn't stop Jungkook from growling.
"Guys, stop it!" Yoongi growls angrily, stepping in between them.
"Your brother is being disrespectful!"
"This wolf is not in his right mind!"
Yoongi growls loudly, ears tilted back, baring his sharp canines at his brother, much stronger and snappier than he should have done. He takes slow steps towards his brother, who's tail slowly starts to hang loose.
He knows that look.
He messed up big time.
Before Jungkook can turn to run away, Yoongi pounces on him, aggressively biting into his fur and skin.
Jungkook yelps in pain, the sound coming from his mouth being like a dog when it's hurt.
Seokjin's ears tilt to the side, afraid of this side of Yoongi. He finds comfort with the elder werewolf, who comfortingly licks over his ears, wrapping his old paws around Seokjin's thick fur.
The elder wolf lets out a grumble, telling the new werewolf he's too cute for his own good.
Seokjin doesn't pay any mind to it, simply burying his nose under his paws.
"Hyung! You're hurting me!" Jungkook cries out, ears falling in pain as Yoongi keeps biting him.
But then he notices the look within Yoongi's eyes.
It's violent. Hostile. Dangerous, glinstering with a hint of red through his amber.
"H-hyung!"
"Mine." Yoongi growls deeply. "That werewolf. is mine."
"Yours! He's all yours! I was just trying to tease him!"
"Bad choice, little brother." Yoongi growls angrily, smirking as he sinks his teeth again into his skin.
"FATHER!!"
The elder wolf sighs deeply and nudges at Seokjin's side, who gets up, shaking in fear.
"Get off him, you immature dog." Their father mutters. "Look at him."
Yoongi growls at his father, glancing at Seokjin. The sight, however, makes his ears drop.
The wolf is shaking, whimpering and hiding from the sight, not used to these pheromones that surround him.
Immediately Yoongi begins to calm down. He shakes his head and turns, sprinting away with tears in his eyes and a sting in his heart.
He just proved to Seokjin that he is the monster he thought they were. After trying to prove they were normal, he just had to lose it...
"Yoongi...?"
"Shouldn't you be scared of me? Hate me? Tell me I told you so?" Yoongi whimpers, avoiding any contact with the brown wolf approaching him.
Seokjin shakes his head. "No... Your father just told me to run after you. So I did..."
"Why?"
"This... This little voice inside told me." Seokjin mumbles. "It wants you by my side."
"Mate instinct." Yoongi mutters. "I did exactly what you're afraid about of us."
"But... what point is it to be afraid of my own kind?"
Yoongi turns to look at him, Seokjin's golden eyes sparkling.
"I like you, Yoongi. I like you for being a grumpy wolf who is embarrassed about their dad teasing them, for your kind and caring wolf, for your gorgeous human form, and for showing me this life. I don't regret it. It hurt at first, but if I can be with you every day if I leave my hometown. Than I will." Seokjin says, purring his head against Yoongi's own fur.
"You're... You don't mean all of that."
"I do! I mean every word and I... I like it. I like being a werewolf and I like being with you! This voice is right. You're perfect..."
Tears well in Seokjin's eyes, gulping down a lump of nervousness.
The next thing Yoongi knows is Seokjin's nose touching his, their foreheads touching as the brown wolf then licks his nose with a smile.
"I want to mate you, Yoongi."
"You don't know what that means." Yoongi says, voice restraining and wolf pushing to kiss him back.
"I do..." Seokjin smiles. "I don't care if I've only been a wolf for one day. I want you. I need you."
Yoongi looks at him, big eyes staring back at him. "Than... Let me mate you."
"I thought you'd never ask."
Yoongi bares his canines, sinking them into his fur, gently pushing through to draw just a drop of blood. He then rubs their noses together, sniffing him all over to get to know his mate's scent from the top of his head.
Seokjin follows a similar routine. Instead of taking the lead to scent his partner, he lets Yoongi scent him first before he lays his, much gentler than Yoongi did.
Licking over the tip of his ear, Yoongi finishes scenting his mate, purring as he touches snouts with him.
"Mine..." He whispers.
"Yours." Seokjin smiles.
Seokjin hums a little when he notices the soft red over the dark horizon. The sun is coming up.
"Go home, Seokjin. Gather your stuff and say you have to go on a trip far away. Then come to the forest edge, where we promised. We'll start all over, right here."
Seokjin nods. "I will. Wish me luck."
"You won't need it. I know you'll succeed."
With a smile, the brown wolf sprints off back to home, just in time jumping back up through his window. He watches the sun rise, and just as it's about to reveal itself, he feels the same sting as before.
The night is where they live, so it's only obvious that until he learns to control it he only turns at night.
What he did not expect though, was for the ears and tail to stay.
They're impossible to hide! Unless...
As promised, Seokjin packs his stuff, his thick fluffy ears hidden under the cowboy hat he got from his grandfather, and his tail hidden under a coat, the same color as his fur.
He rushes outside and gasps, flinches and yells in shock when he sees Taehyung standing in front of him, scowling.
With ears and a tail.
"If you think you're going anywhere, think twice." Taehyung growls at him. "You dirty werewolf."
Seokjin gulps nervously. "T-Tae, I can explain--"
"You don't explain anything. Because of you and your lies I have become a mutt like you! You just pretended to hate werewolves! You're one of them!"
"Tae, keep your voice down, please--"
"NO! Let the whole town know!" Taehyung laughs darkly. "Let them know that one of the most trustworthy men of town, who is supposed to keep the creatures out, is one himself!"
"Taehyung--!"
"I will not let you leave. Wherever you're going, you will stay, and be punished."
Seokjin frowns, releasing a deep growl that makes Taehyung flinch. "Have you accepted your wolf?" He asks.
"No! I don't want to be a dog like you!"
Seokjin looks at him. "You're the werewolf people should fear. Slicers. The werewolves who refuse to accept what they are and push their wolf to madness. If you don't accept it, you will soon hunt on all of them."
"Lies!" Taehyung snaps. "I care for these townsfolk! You're a filthy lying mutt!"
Seokjin scowls. "Let them see." He growls, throwing his hat off and ripping the coat from his waist, revealing his very own werewolf ears and tail.
He frowns, grinning at Taehyung's shocked face as the village starts to liven up.
The first to notice them is one of their own. Namjoon, who's pulling a yawning Jimin with him.
"Hey, what's the fuzz about...?"
Taehyung's ears twitch, his chest heaving as he growls at the older male. "Seokjin is a werewolf."
"And I'm proud of it!" Seokjin growls, a howl leaving his lips, powerfully roaring through the village.
It's full of pride.
Taehyung bares his teeth. "Why you--"
Namjoon sighs deeply. "I knew something was wrong when you helped that wolf over."
"That has nothing to do with it."
"Look hyung! Taehyung too!" Jimin suddenly exclaims.
Namjoon's frown grows and he crosses his arms. "According to my job, I have to throw you both out."
"But Namjoon, werewolves aren't as bad as you think!"
"THAT GREY ONE BIT ME!!"
"He was protecting me!"
"So that was you." Taehyung growls. "I wondered why there was no blood dripping from your disgusting canines."
With a wrinkled nose and bared teeth, Seokjin releases another loud howl, one much more threatening and angry.
One that catches Yoongi's attention.
"I'm going to kill you"
