"You smell quite pleasant."
[\|<>|/]
Hoseok frowned sadly, staring at the TV. His eyes were locked on the handsome host, one of the judges of a talent show. He could never stand there. He didn't have a talent.
He couldn't sing like them, dance like them...
He wasn't special...
He lived in a small apartment, had barely enough to pay for it. He had a crappy job at a second-hand store no one really went to. The lady seemed eager to sell the place, but that would leave Hoseok without work.
Life was cruel for those with dreams, and hopeful for those who execute their dreams, and luxurious for those who make those dreams come true.
It's painful to think about. Hoseok barely paid the bills and rent, then only had a few bucks left to buy three small packages of instant noodles and ramyeon.
His cheeks puffed as he chewed on the warm noodles, slurping them up with a sad frown as the voice of his crush blasted through the speakers.
"Your performance strikes my handsome heart!" Seokjin exclaimed dramatically, his hands clutching his suit. "You!" He yelled, pointing at the woman in stage, staring at him with hopeful eyes. "Passed!" Seokjin yelled, smiling widely, throwing her one f his famous hand-kisses.
Hoseok sighed deeply. He liked Seokjin's dreamy eyes and plump lips. He liked his broad shoulders and fluffy hair. He was perfect.
Unlike him... He was slightly chubby. No belly or anything... Just a small bit of fat. He was always on the couch, swooning over Seokjin whilst eating a can of noodles. If he wasn't doing that he was at work, cleaning the building and dancing with the mop and broom, hoping it to turn into Seokjin's strong arms that he's dance with.
With a sigh, he turned on the couch, hoping to dream about Seokjin once he fell asleep...
"Yoongi." Seokjin growled. "Yes Seokjin?" His assistant said lowly, looking up at his boss. "What are the ratings?" Seokjin asked, tapping his fingers impatiently on his desk. Yoongi reached into the files of Seokjin's desk drawer and pulled out a small piece of paper.
"It's been late. Not many people watch at that time." Yoongi replied. "We still had two thousand viewers, but it's smaller than our day ratings." Seokjin hissed lowly. "What show is before us?" "A cooking show, sir." Yoongi replied. "No wonder that our ratings are so low!" Seokjin yelled, slamming his fist on his desk. "No one wants to stay and watch that..."
"Do you want me to kill them?" Yoongi asked. "Yes- Aish! No!" Seokjin growled quickly. "Try to get our programs turned. Mine first, then the cooking thing." He sighed. Yoongi nodded and bowed, leaving the room.
Seokjin growled annoyed, twisting one of the rings around his fingers. "We need more contestants..." He mumbled. His right fingers thrummed on the desk as he leaned his head on his hand. "I'm getting bored."
"Well, then do something." Jimin shrugged, opening the door with little to no respect. "Pig." Seokjin spat. "Knock next time or you'll be bacon." Jimin shivered slightly and nodded. "Sorry sir, but if you're bored then just... go out! It can't be that bad right!"
Seokjin thought about it. It would give him time and am excuse to invite people to his show. He gave Jimin a brief nod. "Watch my office for me, piggy." He grinned. Jimin frowned. "I'm not that dog assistant of yours!"
"Yoongi was a wolf!" Seokjin yelled at him before he closed the door. His entire company existed of vampires or reincarnated animals. Still vampires. Jimin and Yoongi were good examples.
Jimin was one of the star singers owned by Seokjin's company. He would earn money, and Jimin earned love and affection. He used to be a pig before reincarnated into a beautiful human body with fangs.
Yoongi was a wolf before he died. Seokjin showed him his dominance like in a pack. Ever since then, Yoongi listened to his commands. He didn't like Jimin. He was sad that he hadn't been cooked already.
Seokjin left the building, taking a deep breath of fresh air. Something he didn't need, but did enjoy from time to time.
His hair moved slightly in the wind, his skin embracing the warmth of the day. Usually it'd be bad for him, but who cared if he got a tan? It'd be gone in two days anyway.
It was a simple, weekly routine that his employees recommended for him. Go out, enjoy himself for a little while to relieve stress, them come back to work, repeat.
Normally he would relieve himself with a small drink or a fancy dinner, but today was different. He hadn't actually been out to buy himself anything in months, having had it all ordered and delivered or picked up by other people.
He wanted to go out, explore the local malls a bit, buy a thing or two maybe more. No matter what he bought, it was his day to enjoy, and he planned on doing just that.
Money was no problem for him. But for Hoseok it was.
The young man sighed deeply as he shoved his hands in his pockets. "Another twenty bucks to spend..." He mumbled to himself. He looked down at his shoes as he stumbled his way through the mall. He wasn't really going for anything fancy or clothes. He just wanted something nice every once in a while.
He huffed and grunted when he bumped against someone. He mumbled an apology and looked up. His eyes widened to the size of plates his hands almost shaking. Broken words spilled from his mouth as the broad-shouldered man smiled at him.
"My apologies." He chuckled. "You- But- Y-you're Kim Seokjin!" Hoseok yelled, drawing attention from a few people. Seokjin chuckled again. "Indeed I am. I'm taking a day off."
Hoseok gulped nervously. "C-can I take a picture?!" He squeaked. Seokjin smiled, nodding. "Of course. Hand me your phone and then we can get us both on it." Hoseok's eyes widened. "You'd want to take a picture with me?!" "It's your phone isn't it?" Seokjin asked, smiling kindly.
Hoseok hesitantly reached into his pocket and got his phone out. "H-here..." Seokjin frowned slightly at the model. "What is this?" Hoseok nervously rubbed his arm. "My phone..." "But it's such an old model? Can this thing even handle a photo?" Seokjin asked.
Hoseok sighed softly. "I-if you don't want to... It's fine..." He mumbled. Seokjin shook his head and smiled. "It's fine. I guess from how cute you are I'd assume you have it good." Hoseok felt his cheeks heat up. "H-hyuuung!" He whined. "I'm not cute..." "Yes you are." Seokjin chuckled.
He hooked his arm around Hoseok's waist and leaned his head in the crook of his neck, smiling cutely. He took a few pictures when a strong scent of blood struck him.
His eyes widened ever so slightly, feeling his fangs throb to emerge. "Are you okay?" Hoseok asked softly. "Y-yeah. Sorry." Seokjin smiled. "Here you go... Take care." He ruffled Hoseok's hair and waved him a small goodbye.
Hoseok smiled widely. "I will, hyung! Thank you!" It seems like something that day went good. He met his idol... Just like that!
Hoseok skipped home after getting his daily noodles and got his phone, staring at the picture. He sighed dreamily. "Hyungie..."
Seokjin bit his lip with a frown, slamming the door shut with a loud bang. "Yoongi!" "Yes, sir?" Yoongi tilted his head. "I took a picture with a fan, and my eyes showed..." Seokjin growled. Yoongi's eyebrows furrowed slightly. "Do you want me to kill them?" "It's a him, and, no!" Seokjin hissed.
Yoongi tilted his head with a soft pout. "Than what do you want me to do about it?" "Try to delete the picture... And invite him to the company. He's very handsome and cute. He could be a model." Seokjin shrugged. "And... maybe my assistant..."
"But I'm your assistant!" Yoongi whine in a dog-like whimper. "You are. This male will just be a second assistant. You'll always be first place. You're a good boy, Yoongi." Seokjin chuckled, petting Yoongi's hair.
Without meaning to, two little wolf ears popped from Yoongi's hair, his soft purrs rumbling in his throat. Seokjin chuckled. "Your ears, Yoongi." Yoongi gulped and ran a hand through his hair, pushing his ears down. "My apologies, sir." He mumbled. "No worries." Seokjin smiled. "Just go find this man. He looks poor so... try looking for that. His scent must be hanging on my body."
Yoongi nodded. "May I?" Seokjin gave him an approving nod, holding out his arm for Yoongi to sniff. "He is poor..." Yoongi whined. "But also desperate. Are you sure that he is the right man?" "Did I stutter?" Seokjin growled. "No, sir." "Than fetch that man for me!"
Hoseok watched the show, again and again, smiling dreamily. "Hyungie..." "I don't know who this hyung is of yours, but my boss asked me to bring you." Hoseok yelped at the voice and fell off the couch. "Who are you?!"
"My name is Yoongi." The white haired-man leaned over the couch to look at him. "Kim Seokjin asked for you. And your phone." Hoseok widened his eyes. "Kim Seokjin asked for me?!" "And your phone." "Take me!" Hoseok yelled, practically begged.
Yoongi rolled his eyes. "Your phone first." "But it has a picture of him on it, me and him to be exact," Hoseok whined, looked at his phone once again.
"Its the phone or you don't go," Yoongi said, staring boredly at the other.
Hoseok ran the situation through his head. It was either keep the phone and only have a picture, or give the phone to the strange man and get to meet THE Kim Seokjin again. His brain seemed to go blank as he handed his phone over, unlocked and free for the unknown man, being wholly focused on his want to meet the man of his dreams.
Yoongi snatched the phone from the giving hand and immediately deleted the photos that he recognized his boss' face on, smiling to himself in pride.
"Now that that's fixed. Come with me." Hoseok practically hopped towards Yoongi, trying his best not to squeal. "What's your name?" Yoongi asked. "Hoseok, Jung Hoseok." He answered smiling. "Well, Hoseok, from what I know Seokjin hyung is planning on giving you a job at Lucifer Entertainment. He said something about a model..."
Hoseok tilted his head. He did hear Seokjin call him cute... "Why would he want me as a model?" "Perhaps he took interest in your... little meeting." Yoongi replied, leaving the crappy apartment.
Yoongi barked and growled in his own mind of disgust at the strong scent of unwashed dishes.
The ride to Lucifer Entertainment wasn't long. Hoseok tapped his foot on the floor of nervousness, biting his lip. Did he look good?
He took another look at himself...
Yeah, no.
He wore an oversized t-shirt that looked as if it melted off his body and baggy sports jeans with flip flops to be quick over the streets. His hair was a mess and he was pretty sure he stank.
Yoongi couldn't agree more. He almost burned his sensitive nose off.
"Here it is." He spoke, opening the door. "Please know that what Seokjin might tell you, can change your whole life." "I'm aware..." Hoseok mumbled, staring with wide eyes at the expensive shining room, with its most cherished piece sitting at the long table.
The door closed as Hoseok flinched of the sound. Seokjin eyed him up and down. "Interesting... outfit." He chuckled. "Take a seat." Hoseok was trembling on his feet. The happy kind.
He sat down, almost not daring to look him in the eyes. "Do you know why I had my assistant pick you up?" Seokjin asked. Hoseok shook his head. "Why, hyung?" "Because I think you'd be a perfect model." Seokjin said lowly.
His three fingers turned Hoseok's head so they made eye contact, and Seokjin swore that hope was shining through them. "Perfectly smooth skin, beautiful eyes, attractive lips, fluffy hair." Seokjin chuckled as he ran his hand through Hoseok's locks. "I don't see anything wrong with your face. Your body shape looks good, even in this."
"Do you really think I'm the one you want to hire? Just... think about it hyung. I'm poor, and I'm not that-" "Hush." Seokjin smiled. "You're the one. What is your name?" Hoseok felt his cheeks heat up. "J-Jung Hoseok... hyungie..."
"Hyungie?" Seokjin raised an eyebrow. He wanted to think it was weird. But somewhere... He liked it. But it was only him who could call him that. Only Hoseok.
Hoseok widened his eyes. "I'm sorry! I didn't mean to! Really!" "It's fine, baby, I like it." Seokjin smiled. Hoseok's face just became cherry red. "B-baby?" "Do you not like my nickname for you?" Seokjin asked. "N-no! I love it! B-but it's so sudden..." Hoseok said softly.
Seokjin chuckled and pulled Hoseok's chair closer to his. "Than I'll call you baby from now on. But only if you call me hyungie." He purred, rubbing his hand over Hoseok's thigh and waist.
It wasn't meant to be like this... Seokjin smelled the overwhelming scent of Hoseok's blood. It was attractive. To have it, he needed Hoseok's full trust. It didn't need a lot of work.
Hoseok's cheeks burned up, nodding slightly. "Okay hyungie..." "There. Now, you said you were poor." Seokjin said, not moving his hand. Hoseok nodded. "I am..." "Than you can live with me for the first few months until you've earned enough to buy a house of your own and live healthy." Seokjin smiled.
Hoseok's eyes widened. "Live with you?! But I'd only be a burden. I'm clean and stuff, I like it when things are clean, and I can cook but-" "Than there is nothing to worry about." Seokjin said softly. "I can cook, if you help me clean, everything will be fine. Jungkook is on a vacation for a few weeks, so your timing is perfect."
Hoseok gulped nervously. "Do you live... big?" "I have a mansion, but I prefer to live in my normal house. It's luxurious nonetheless, but less noticeable for criminals. Yoongi stays in the mansion for some time. He is the guard-dog after all." Seokjin chuckled.
"Guard-dog?" Hoseok asked. Seokjin raised his eyebrow. "Hasn't he told you yet? He was reincarnated from a wolf." "Reincarnated?!" Hoseok yelled. "He didn't tell you anything. Did he?" Seokjin growled annoyed. Hoseok shook his head. "Not about him or you... Or anything at all. Just that I'd have to come with him to meet you again."
Seokjin rubbed his temple in annoyance. "Right. This will be very, very weird and annoying to explain." He sighed and grabbed his coat. "Did you come here like this?" Hoseok nodded. "Than come with me."
Hoseok's mind blacked out. "D-do you want me... living with you?" "I don't see why not." Seokjin chuckled. "It will leave us alone to let me explain my company's secret to you." Hoseok widened his eyes. "Secret?!"
Jin hummed and nodded before repeating himself, "secret."
It was a quick drive to Seokjin's "normal" house. When they arrived, Hoseok quickly learned that normal meant very fancy, and he was sure that the mansion would be ten times more extravagant. They made there way inside and entered a nice open area, most likely the living room. A junction couch provided lots of space to sit, three or four chairs adding to that count. Two small very modern styled lamps added a soft glow to the room, and a series of hanging lights could be turned on to add more light.
Hoseok's eyes couldn't be wider. "This is where I'm going to live?!" Seokjin hummed. "Indeed. Now." He let himself fall onto the couch. "Sit down and take a few breaths. Know that I am not a joker. What I am about to tell you is a dangerous secret that you can't tell anybody. If you do... I don't know what the consequences will be."
Hoseok nodded as he sat down. "I won't tell a soul." Seokjin nodded slightly. "Do you believe in supernatural creatures? Or things that... humans think don't exist?" He asked, his voice dropping a few octaves, making a shiver crawl on Hoseok's spine.
"I... if they say they aren't real than they aren't real, right?" Hoseok shrugged. "I just believe what I see." Seokjin nodded again. "What do you think about me when you see me, and be honest, because it might change at any moment."
Hoseok gulped. "I... I think you're handsome, cute, kind... My type in general. You're the sweetest I've ever seen and sometimes with the way you just stare into the camera makes me felt into a puddle of goo-y love!" He sighed dreamily.
Seokjin chuckled. "Thank you, but behind the cameras, I'm a monster." Hoseok tilted his head. "There are two sides to that sentence." He replied. "Indeed. But I don't mean it mentally." Seokjin said, shaking his head. "I am a monster. My whole company exists of them."
Hoseok gulped. "How so?" "I'm not human. In fact, I'm undead. I'm a vampire, Hoseok." Seokjin said lowly. Hoseok tilted his head slightly. "Are you... joking with me?" "I'm very serious, and I want to show you, but only if you feel comfortable with me being a little... closer." Seokjin mumbled.
"If... if it makes my job more comfortable... and you." Hoseok bit his lip nervously. Seokjin nodded. "As a vampire, I'm bloodthirsty. I haven't had human blood in a while. I might be trying to... seduce you... to get your blood." He mumbled, rubbing the back of his head. "So my sincere apologies for any misunderstandings..."
Hoseok nodded. "It's fine. Just... if it's really what you say it is, then I'll have to get used to what you are." Seokjin smiled. "I'm glad you understand."
Hoseok took a deep breath, watching as Seokjin inhaled sharply, a red glow falling over his eyes and flicking his tongue across his sharp fangs. A low hiss erupted from his throat, his eyes slowly shifting to Hoseok, who sat in his place, only slightly terrified.
Seokjin inhaled sharply, taking a whiff of the strong scent of Hoseok's blood. "You smell quite pleasant." He grinned. "I... I guess I'll take it as a compliment." He gulped. "You should." Seokjin chuckled. "Last time I smelled something this good was fifty years ago."
"Fifty?!" Hoseok yelled. "How old are you?!" "Almost three-hundred years old. And still handsome, am I not, Hoseok?" Seokjin smirked. Hoseok hesitantly nodded. "Y-yeah..." "I'm glad you agree." Seokjin said lowly, licking his lips. "If I could just take a bite out of your delicious veins..."
Hoseok gulped nervously. "I-is this what I have to deal with if I live here?" He asked softly. Seokjin tilted his head back slightly. "Only every morning and evening. If I didn't drink." He chuckled. "Will it help if you drink from me?"
Hoseok should have shut his mouth. Seokjin's hungry gaze became more amused at his question, flashing his sharp fangs at him. "A self-offering meal?" He growled lowly, crawling closer to Hoseok's slowly trembling body. "What a surprise."
Hoseok gulped. "S-sorry..." "No, no." Seokjin chuckled. "You're not backing out of your offer. I'm a businessman, Hoseok. An offer with me means keeping it." He growled, his red eyes glowing with hunger.
Hoseok shook his head. "It was an accident..." "Accident? Too bad you tempted me, sweetheart." Seokjin purred. He slowly tilted Hoseok's neck, licking his lips. "So relax, then it won't hurt."
Hoseok whined, trying to push him away when sharp fangs penetrated his skin, a loud scream erupted from his throat, his hands clawing at Seokjin's suit. "H-hyung! Stop! Stop!" He cried.
Seokjin looked up at him, wiping Hoseok's tears away with his thumb. He slid his fangs out of his veins. "Don't cry. You're too beautiful to cry." He said softly. "B-but it hurts!" Hoseok sniffled. "Shh..." Seokjin whispered. "I don't want to hurt you... I never meant to. I'm a monster, Hoseok, I told you."
Hoseok shook his head. "You're not a monster..." He mumbled. "You're... just a vampire... A famous businessman who is a vampire..." He wiped his tears, feeling his neck.
There were two holes like piercings, fresh blood still leaking out of it. "What happens when a vampire drinks?" He asks. "It stills our thirst." Seokjin replied. "No, no. It should do something... Right?" Hoseok asked.
Seokjin tilted his head slightly. "We have little to no blood in us. Blood fills it by for a bit and keeps our head clear. Because the blood doesn't go to our brains we... kind of lose it. Even a little bit can be a huge difference."
Hoseok nodded. "So... you really didn't try to hurt me?" "Why would I ever try to do that?" Seokjin asked softly. "I'm a vampire, and it may be tough, but I'm still a living being. Sort of, at least. I would never hurt someone as sweet as you on purpose. But... you being human may cause some troubles in my company."
"How so?" Hoseok asked. "Most of them are creatures who live off human flesh, blood, or bones. As the only human, especially a model who will be around cameras and light a lot, it attracts us. Even me." Seokjin replied.
"Is that a bad thing?" Hoseok asked. "I am not easily attracted to blood." Seokjin replied. "Yours is just... so rich of flavor and it just smells so good..." Hoseok looked down shyly. "So... am I your type?"
Seokjin tilted his head slightly. "What do you mean?" "I told you that you were my type." Hoseok said softly. "Am I yours?" Seokjin sighed softly. "I don't know. I haven't known you for long. All I know is you're poor and cute and you have delicious blood. I'll have to answer your question properly in a few months."
With the anticipation on his mind, Hoseok actually got used to how Seokjin acted around him. He got used to the cameras and instructions. He even got to know Yoongi a little.
He became rather popular around the company. He wasn't ashamed to admit he learned some tips from the other models and stars.
"Morning Hobi hyung!" Taehyung smiled. "Morning Tae! Ready for another collab with Jimin?" Hoseok smiled. "Of course! That man is one hot piece of candy for all the eyes..." Taehyung growled. "Right. Not like I heard." Hoseok chuckled. "Go easy on him. If anything you should be his prey." "But I'm not a pig." Taehyung pouted.
Hoseok giggled and waved him goodbye, onto the studio. He closed the door behind him, smiling and waving at the familiar pair of yellow eyes. "Morning Jungkookie!"
Jungkook growled in response. "I didn't sleep." "I can see. You have bags!" Hoseok chuckled. "I recommend a glass of milk before you go to bed." Jungkook growled again. "I don't drink milk like a cat." "Now that's just rude to Taehyung." Hoseok pouted.
Jungkook sighed. "I'm not ready for today. All I want is to roll myself up into a ball on my blanket and go to sleep." "You can do that all you want after today." Hoseok smiled. "First modeling!"
"Like you enjoy it." Jungkook growled. "I do!" Hoseok protested. "I actually enjoy it!" Jungkook rolled his eyes. "Alright. Your time spend."
"Hoseok?"
Hoseok turned his head, smiling widely. "Hyungie!" "I would like to see you in my office." Seokjin said softly. "Did I do something wrong?" Hoseok asked worriedly. "Not at all." Seokjin chuckled.
Hoseok quickly hopped after him into his office, gently closing the door behind him. "What'd you want to see me for?" Hoseok asked. Seokjin smiled slightly. "You asked me if I was your type a few months ago." He said. "I did." Hoseok nodded. "I have my answer."
Hoseok gulped nervously. The day was finally there. He was going to find out if his crush liked him...
Seokjin grabbed Hoseok's waist gently, taking a quick whiff of his scent. "Hoseok, I know it doesn't sound like much. But I want you to be my partner. Not as my business partner. But my relation partner..." Seokjin mumbled. "I'm asking you to be my boyfriend, Hoseok."
Hoseok widened his eyes, his mouth agape and his heart thumping in his chest. He nodded. "Yes..." Seokjin smiled widely. "Are you saying this because I'm famous or because you love me?"
"Because I love you, Hyungie!" Hoseok yelled. "Because I love you!" Seokjin gently placed their lips together. It felt like heaven for Hoseok to finally feel his crush's lips on his own. It made him yearn for more when they parted.
"Will you give me the honor of turning you?" Seokjin asked softly. Hoseok widened his eyes. "Turn me?!" "If you don't want me to, it's fine." Seokjin said quickly. Hoseok shook his head. "I... I honestly waited for you to ask..."
Seokjin smiled, gently tilting Hoseok's head. "If it hurts, tell me. You can cry. It's alright." "Right. As if I'm going to- Oh my GOD!" Hoseok yelled, immediately pulling at Seokjin's hair once he felt his fangs inside his neck.
"HYUNGIE!" Hoseok cried. "Hurts! Hurts!" Tears ran down his cheeks, his body beginning to shake and tremble as Seokjin drank his blood, taking it as gentle and soft as possible.
He slowly slid his fangs out, wiping Hoseok's tears away. "I'm sorry, sweetheart. I know you feel weak and tired right now. Please drink my blood, Hoseok." Seokjin mumbled.
Hoseok gulped his saliva down his throat, watching ad Seokjin bit his wrist, catching the drops of falling blood. "Tilt your head a little." Hoseok tilted his head backwards slightly, licking the blood off Seokjin's wrist.
A tired groan left his lips, his shaking body clamping onto Seokjin's. His heart pumped in his chest, faster than it ever had. His sight blurred, his gums hurting as the sound of heartbeats became louder to him. A strong scent filled his nose, only becoming stronger with the second.
Low raspy hisses left his lips, his fangs pushing into his bottom lip as his sight cleared. More growls and hissed erupted from his throat, feeling it become dryer.
"Do you feel okay?" Seokjin asked softly. "I'm... thirsty." Hoseok hissed. "I know you are." Seokjin chuckled. "Do you want to get hospital blood, or do you want to hunt on animals?" "Humans." Hoseok hissed lowly. "I want human blood."
Seokjin chuckled, placing a gentle kiss on Hoseok's lips. "Than hospital blood it is."
[|\THE END/|]
