"Kneel for me."

[\|<>|/]

"JIMIN!" The king roared angrily. It was that time yet again where Jimin had to make a mess of everything. Souls shattered and flew around the castle as Jimin knocked another urn over. The human simply shrugged and ignored the king's roars, continuing to run around the castle and follow the soul orbs, their screams and humming magical as the snow falling.

The human was the one thing the king didn't control. Jimin was a free spirit, and even though he may have been taken, he never obeyed a word the king said. There wasn't anything the king could do to make him obey him.

Yes, Jimin has been hurt a lot of times. Too many. Jimin still didn't listen. The king had bitten him many times, he has been sick and untreated, and yet Jimin felt like the king was only getting more fun to mess with when he was angry.

"JIMIN!" Namjoon roared again, grabbing the human by his collar and dragging him back. "You unresponsible filthy human..." He mumbled angrily. Jimin rolled his eyes and crossed his arms. "Fun police." "You treat your king with respect." Namjoon spat, fire in his eyes of the anger he was holding back.

"That was an urn with souls of over two thousand years old. Do you have any idea how many times I had to kill to get that?!" He yelled. Jimin stuck his tongue out at him and mocked his words. Namjoon's pale skin almost turned red from anger. "You little shit." He spat, and Jimin was pretty sure venom spat from his sharp fangs.

"I don't care about all your expensive stuff. I got dragged here by force! Why should I listen to an egoistic selfish idiot?!" He yelled. Namjoon hissed. "Watch your filthy mouth, Jimin." "Oh, boo-hoo!" Jimin spat, sticking his tongue out at the king.

With a loud roar, Namjoon slammed Jimin against the wall, throwing his body through the room. Jimin didn't scream. It hurt, that was certain. Jimin just smirked, coughing up some blood and looking up at the angry king. "Is that all you've got? What a pathetic leader." He spat.

Namjoon grabbed his collar, hissing at him with, what Jimin thinks, the angriest he's ever seen the king. "You've been a pain ever since you've arrived. All I ask is full obedience from you, and yet you can't seem to find the dominant in the pack." "Because I am the dominant." Jimin smirked.

Namjoon slammed his weak body against the wall again, tightening his grip on Jimin's throat, where multiple bite marks had been starting to heal. Slowly. "Say it again. I fucking dare you.." Namjoon hissed. "I am the dominant." Jimin spat, literally spitting in Namjoon's face.

The king's eyes glew in rage, his anger and hatred visibly showing on his face and body. How his muscles clenched and his grip tightened as he wiped Jimin's spit from his cheek. "I should kill you!" He roared. "Than do it." Jimin snarled. "But I enjoy your suffering." Namjoon chuckled lowly.

Namjoon threw Jimin across the room, hearing his gasp once the sharp edge of the pillars in the throne room scraped along his arm, cheek, and stomach.

A smirk crawled onto Namjoon's lips. "Are you suddenly getting weak?" Jimin looked up at him, weakly crawling back up on his feet. "N-never!" "Than I should tame you a bit more, don't you think?" Namjoon smirked.

"Lock him up in the chambers. Don't let him out until I say so. Don't feed him, don't hydrate him. Nothing." Namjoon hissed.

The guards, who were watching Jimin get thrown around, picked the human boy up. Jimin weakly gave Namjoon the finger and leaned his head on the guard's back, letting his body hang limp.

Namjoon smirked and took his seat on his throne. His stepbrother had been silently watching from the shadows, a smirk on his plump lips. Even though he was older, he gave his throne to Namjoon. It was clear Namjoon was more fit for the throne, and he was right.

Seokjin had a dark heart. No doubt in that. He would have ruled the land in darkness and war, but Namjoon was younger. Seokjin could live freely and do whatever he wanted, while Namjoon was enjoying the power and fear.

They worked it out quite well. Seokjin had a throne, he liked to shout to his own human servant, which he had tamed a long time ago. He got the boy when he was still a child and immediately began to command him around.

Jimin, however, was older. An adult. He had been here for a year and had shown no sign of submission. After tonight, Namjoon might have found a way to finally calm and tame the human male.

"You should have seen his face." Namjoon said smirking, turning his head to his stepbrother. "I did." Seokjin replied. "He feared you. That beautiful glimpse of fear." He chuckled. Namjoon smirked. "He has a sensitive skin. He's like a hellhound."

Seokjin nodded in agreement. "It was smart to have Jungkook and Hoseok take him away. They'll have no effect of the human's persuasion." "I told you Deep-Sea-Sirens were good to keep." Namjoon smirked. Seokjin nodded. "You were right. As usual."

"I can smell his blood from here." Seokjin growled. "Why haven't you killed him yet?" Namjoon chuckled at his question. "I like a challenge. Hurting him amuses me. It's amusement I've missed for a long time." He answered.

Seokjin scoffed. "Last time was when we tried to kill each other with fire and swords." "Those were good times." Namjoon sighed. "The good times." Seokjin smirked, baring his sharp white fangs at his stepbrother. "We can do it again."

Namjoon smirked, revealing his very own. "Do you want to fight your king?" "I want to fight my brother." Seokjin replied, taking off his jacket. "But if you're too scared-" "I am never afraid to battle someone as weak as you." Namjoon smirked, taking his crown and laying it on his throne, taking off his own blazer.

"Bring it on."

Jimin's bottom lip quivered. He was trying not to cry, but his wounds were painful and deep. He knew he'd get hurt once he was let out. What kind of king hurt his servant?

The bad thing was, Jimin didn't know of what Namjoon had power off. He didn't know what kind of king he was.

He didn't know that Namjoon didn't have a black heart to give.

He didn't know Namjoon kills his own kind for entertainment until Jimin came.

He didn't know that Namjoon was evil.

Namjoon lunged at his stepbrother, his fangs cutting through his shoulder when Seokjin avoided his attack and hissed, quickly jumping on the king.

Namjoon hissed and clawed into his skin, letting Seokjin push him against the wall as he bit into his neck. Skin bled, hissed echoed through the throne room.

The brothers playfully fought, laughing loudly when they fell to the ground. Their clothes were ripped from their nails and fangs scraping against them.

"You haven't changed." Seokjin smirked, licking his bloodied fangs clean. "And you taste mature." Namjoon smirked darkly. "I've grown stronger Seokjin hyung. I've grown darker." He hissed.

Namjoon sighed deeply, setting his crown on his head again. "Seokjin, how did you tame your human?" Namjoon asked. Seokjin chuckled, sitting on the throne next to him. It would belong to Namjoon's wife, but he killed his first two and after that, no one wanted it anymore. Namjoon was simply too dark-minded for women.

Vampire women were more soft-hearted. Men were more dominant and aggressive, but those of royal blood...

Royals were worse. Especially males. Namjoon was evil. Truly evil. He had no mercy. He didn't know what sympathy and empathy were. His non-existent heart only lived for blood and torture.

"Hm..." Seokjin hummed. "He was very young. I rewarded him when he did something good, I punished him when he did something bad. When he bowed to me I rewarded him. I fed him food. I bit him and hurt him when he did something bad." He replied. "Now Yoongi's my obedient human pet." He chuckled.

Namjoon frowned. "So if he bows down to me when he greets me I should reward him?" "I'd advise so. He'll start to like you. To obey you, just to eat." Seokjin nodded. "You should try it. Why don't you show me more of your taming skills?"

"You can stay. The throne next to me is yours for the time you stay." Namjoon said lowly. Seokjin smirked. "Do you want me to bow down to you?" He hissed. Namjoon growled lowly, the sound rumbling in his throat. "I don't care who you are. Everyone bows to me." He hissed.

Seokjin tilted his head. "Call your human. Let me observe him." Namjoon snapped his fingers, immediately a younger boy with sharp small fangs, pointy ears, and a boxy smile appeared. A Hyom. "My Lord?" "Bring me Jimin. Be kind and do it quickly, Taehyung."

Taehyung gave him a quick nod and bowed, disappearing with a soft growl. In less than two minutes the injured and bleeding human was carried inside with the servant behind him with a dark insane smirk.

"Jimin." "Just because you locked me up again doesn't mean I'm listening." Jimin spat weakly. "I'm going to embarrass you... The king who has everything can't get a human servant to obey him... He's weak! You're weak!"

Seokjin held Namjoon back, grinning at him. "When was the last time you ate?" "Eight days ago..." Jimin mumbled. "Why do you care?" Jimin huffed. "Listen, Jimin..." Seokjin purred. "Namjoon will give you food. Human food. If you obey him. It's not that difficult."

Jimin growled and spat at him. Seokjin's eyes glew red with anger, his flat hand making contact with Jimin's cheek. "Don't you dare spit on me." He hissed. "I can do so much worse." He growled. "Disrespect me, and I will let Namjoon torture you as much as he can until you shake by even his chuckle like all of his servants do."

Jimin rolled his eyes, rubbing his stinging cheek. Seokjin grabbed his throat, forcing his head back and scraped his fangs over his Adam's apple, almost cutting inside it.

Jimin gasped, screaming in pain. He never felt someone do that. "Do you understand me?" Seokjin snarled. Jimin quickly nodded. "Words when we speak to you." Seokjin spat. "Y-yes!" "Yes who?!" Seokjin yelled, pulling at his hair. "Yes, my king!" Jimin cried, feeling his blood run from his neck. Seokjin chuckled. "Good boy."

Namjoon tilted his head. "Interesting..." Seokjin nodded. "And now that he obeyed me, he can have a small meal. A salad or a bit of meat. See it as a hellhound." Jimin didn't dare to speak. He didn't like Seokjin...

Namjoon smirked. "Jimin, come here." Jimin looked up at him and Seokjin. He could see the deathing glare in the elder's dark red eyes. He quickly stumbled to the king, biting his quivering bottom lip.

He was scared. For the first time in such a long time, he was shaking and quivering in fear of feeling the pain in his vocal cords and the feeling of choking.

"Kneel for me." Namjoon hissed. Jimin looked up at him, recognizing that dangerous glow in his eyes. He didn't think. He was scared of those eyes. He was scared of Seokjin. Of Namjoon...

He kneeled. He bowed his head down, on his knees, bowing his head to the floor like a servant. What he was supposed to be from the start.

"Very good, my pet." Namjoon chuckled. "Let me reward you." Jimin looked up at him with wide eyes. Was he actually going to reward him? "Did I say you could look up?" Namjoon snarled. Jimin immediately bowed his head down. "Apologize." Seokjin growled. "You disobeyed."

Jimin gulped. "I'm sorry..." He mumbled. "Louder." Seokjin snarled, pulling at his hair. "Scream it. Let the castle know you're his pet. That you're his servant. LET THEM KNOW!"

"I'M SORRY!" Jimin cried out, his body shaking on his knees and tears finally flowing from his eyes. "Forgive me... Please..." He begged.

Namjoon smirked darkly. He should have invited Seokjin sooner. Older vampires had more influence on humans. They had a terror-aura. Something that makes them seem like monsters. Worse than they already are. It will give the human body the need to run, but also want to stay not to be frozen or killed.

"I don't forgive." Namjoon snarled. "For now I'll let it slide because you're listening so well to your master, my pet." Jimin looked up at him. "Thank you..." He breathed out. "Thank you."

Seokjin pat his head. "Such a good boy. Now, that wasn't so hard now, was it?" He hissed. "Seokjin hyung, give him a break. He still gets his reward." Namjoon smirked. "Would you be a dear and tell the cook to make... What do you like? A small meal."

Jimin was shocked. "Are you asking me what I want to eat?!" "Don't make me say it again." Namjoon hissed. Jimin gulped. "Kimchi stew, please... master..." Namjoon's gaze sharpened towards Seokjin. The elder didn't need to ask what it was he wanted and nodded, walking towards the castle's kitchen.

Jimin's chest rose up and down. Did he actually just bow down for someone he refused for a year? In just one glance of his stepbrother?!

"Jimin. When was the last time someone showed you affection?" Namjoon asked. Jimin looked up at him. "I don't know the word affection." Namjoon blinked. "You're human." "Yes." "And you don't know what affection is?" Jimin shook his head. "No."

"Call me master when you answer me." Namjoon snarled. Jimin gulped. "Yes, master." "Let me tell you what affection is in this world. Not a pretty sight." Namjoon growled, grinning darkly at Seokjin, who came back inside with a bowl of what Jimin could identify as kimchi stew. He could already lick his lips.

"Has he been a good boy?" Seokjin asked lowly. "He hasn't disobeyed me." Namjoon said. "Give him it. After he finishes it I will take him with me. He's going to be watched." Jimin widened his eyes. "Why?!" Namjoon hissed lowly. Jimin apologized quickly. "Because I want you to know who you belong to. Who owns you. You are my servant, and you need to keep mind of what you are to me and the rest of this world." Namjoon growled.

Jimin just nodded, licking his lips when Seokjin handed him the hot bowl. "Do you see how desperate he is for it. Humans can't go long without food here. If he does something wrong, starve him. He'll obey you later. Hydrate him once a day. A glass of water of about half a liter will do and a bath. Humans get smelly."

Namjoon nodded. "I will. I'll send Taehyung when something is wrong with him." Seokjin nodded. "It was nice talking to you again." "Likewise." Namjoon growled. Seokjin chuckled at how greedily Jimin was eating, leaving the throne room and eventually the castle.

Silence and Jimin's greedy slurping of drinking the last drops were all that filled the room. Something about the human fascinated Namjoon.

"It's almost morning. You'll sleep in my room." Namjoon said lowly. Jimin looked up at him and nodded. If it meant he would have another reward he would do it. "Good boy." Namjoon grinned, flashing his sharp fangs at him and pet his head as if he were a dog.

Jimin licked his lips, his eyes following Namjoon's movement as he stood up. "You may stand. Follow me." Jimin quickly got his knees off the hard marble floor, immediately whining and walking after Namjoon of the sudden movement after kneeling down for so long.

The king was heartless, and he was a monster, but he wasn't a slayer. The room he brought Jimin to was big. At least twice as big as the room he had gotten before he slept in the dungeon.

The room was covered in beautiful velvet red wallpaper with the intimate of black and gold details, smooth, detailed black wood covering half of the walls. There were bookshelves, made of the finest and smoothest of wood, books so old they could have been written by the actual Devil himself.

Jimin was standing with his bare feet - his dirty, bare feet - on the softest carpet. It tickled under his skin, a comfortable feeling.

The bed in the middle at the end of the room was big enough for at least three people. It was perfectly made, nothing seemed off. Except for the fortress of pillows and plushies.

The desk wasn't that much different. It looked expensive and carved from the smoothest marble stone. Black with white swirls.

The closet was, not to Jimin's surprise, black. A smooth ebony wood that made his fingers tingle when he caressed it.

Namjoon sighed and sat down on the bed. On the bedside table stood a photo frame. It was bloodied. The photo in it was ripped. Jimin could see a younger Namjoon, a young Seokjin, and another boy. That boy didn't exist anymore. It was clear for Jimin. The part where the face should have been was ripped out.

"For now you'll sleep here until I've had someone make you your own room. Don't expect it to be something luxurious." Namjoon spat. "But... where do I sleep?" Jimin asked softly. "The floor seems like an appropriate place for a dog." Namjoon frowned.

It was almost as if being in this room had changed his whole rewarding-attitude. It wasn't exactly a lie.

When Namjoon came into his room, the photo is the first thing he looks at. It brings anger in his veins to run. It made him angry. And anger means danger.

Jimin sat on the floor, the carpet almost hugging his body. Suddenly the floor didn't seem so bad anymore. Jimin let himself fall with a purr onto the carpet. Namjoon threw him an extra blanket and one of his many plushies. Hissing and grumbling to himself as he changed into his own silky soft pajamas.

"Goodmorning master..." Jimin said softly, dragging the blanket over his body and hugging the plushy in his arms. "Thank you..."

Namjoon looked at Jimin for a moment before covering his own body in the blankets. "Goodmorning. Don't let me catch you sneaking around." He snarled.

Jimin's eyes went wide. He said goodmorning... He actually did... With a smile as wide as he fell asleep.

Namjoon watched the human fall asleep, his eyes on the picture. He quietly opened his drawer, picking the missing piece of the photo.

He sat up and looked at Jimin's face, then at the photo. With a light hiss he laid back down and turned around. "You've grown... and you've fallen..."

The face on the photo was familiar. Too familiar. The short but sharp fangs that were revealed by his toothy smile, his eyes that disappeared with his wide smile. His pitch-black hair fell over his forehead and the long cross silver earring in his left ear glimmered in the moonlight on the picture.

Namjoon had to be honest. He missed how ruthless the vampire boy was. How he always relied on his fangs and Namjoon. The young vampire there, slept in his room. Humanized...

It pained him. A long time ago, the human boy didn't have a heart either. He didn't know what it was and he didn't want to know. But then... this human came.

This beautiful human boy... The vampire didn't want to share him with anyone. He ended up turning the boy, and as revenge for how heartless the vampire had treated him, he killed him.

But in their realm no one truly dies.

The vampire's black heart was gaining color, gaining blood. It started pumping. His pale skin started to become a bit more tan, his black hair becoming blonde. His red eyes became a chocolate brown, and his memory was erased.

His fangs were nowhere to be noticed. They had disappeared. Turned into normal human teeth. His lust for blood and death now left him shivering in fear.

Namjoon had to lie. But after he told the lie, he realized what he had to do. He had to tame his best friend, who had grown to hate him.

If he could, Namjoon would do everything to get rid of the human who dared to kill him. If only he knew how to turn a human.

Jimin never told his secret...

He's tried biting him to bring him back. He's seen Jimin do it. He was there when the human boy crumbled to the ground, turning in front of their eyes.

What did Namjoon do wrong? What did he miss?

The sun slowly went down, and this time Jimin woke up somewhere else than the floor. Strong arms were wrapped around his waist, a cold body pressed against him.

"W-what?"

"Shut up." Namjoon's dark voice growled. "I needed something warm." Jimin scoffed, almost immediately regretting it. Namjoon growled lowly and rested his head in the crook of his neck, ignoring the rude action. "Jimin... Could you imagine yourself ever being like me?"

Jimin gulped. "No." Namjoon frowned. "Would you say differently if I said that I love you?" "No- wait, what?" Jimin widened his eyes. "I don't actually love you." Namjoon snarled. "I need you to remember something very important. It must be somewhere in that stupid human brain of yours. How did you turn your human servant?"

Jimin shook his head. "I never had a human servant! I am human!" "You're not, Jimin!" Namjoon hissed angrily. "Remember! Fucking remember!" He snarled, pinning the human boy down underneath him.

Jimin trembled, his heart pounding when Namjoon sunk his fangs into his neck once again. A painful scream erupted from his throat, tears welling up in his eyes as Namjoon sucked the blood from his veins in slow even tugs at his skin.

"What did I forget... Tell me Jimin..." Namjoon mumbled. "It's only been a year, tell me. What did you do to turn your human servant? Why can't you remember our time together?" Jimin's lips quivered. "I... master... I can't... I'm human, I've always been human..."

"Stop talking nonsense!" Namjoon hissed. "You're a heartless vampire, Jimin! You always have been! All you cared about was blood, your fangs, me. We were the duo other kings feared, Jimin. Don't tell me you forgot everything!"

"Have you tried infecting him?" A voice called. Namjoon looked back at his servant. "What do you mean?" "Vampires take DNA from humans. What about giving him yours?" Taehyung asked from outside the room.

Namjoon frowned. "Do you think it'll work?" "Only one way to find out." Taehyung laughed, his laugh fading down the hall. Jimin widened his eyes. "What DNA?!" He yelled. "We're changing the roles, little pet. Let's turn you back. Drink my blood."

Jimin shook his head quickly. "Master-" "It's Namjoon. The Jimin I know would ignore the honorifics. He would scold me and bite me just because he felt like it. So let's get him back." He smirked and bit into his wrist, ripping his skin apart ever so slightly, enjoying the burning pain.

Jimin turned his head away, the scent of Namjoon's blood almost making him vomit. "N-no!" Namjoon didn't give him a choice, pushing his mouth open and placing his wrist against it so his blood was forced in Jimin's mouth.

Jimin tried to push him away, swallowing his saliva, accidentally brushing his tongue against Namjoon's wound. He gasped, a rush of unknown pain washing over his body. It was worse than being bitten.

Namjoon smirked darkly. "Suck it. Like you used to. Mercilessly." He hissed. Jimin's lips felt dry. He wanted to lick his lips, but instead he licked the wound again, and this time it seemed... better. Maybe even tasty...

He licked it again and again, greedily grabbing onto Namjoon's arm to bite onto his skin. Namjoon smirked, Jimin's innocent eyes slowly turning darker. Whiter. Jimin looked up at him, his iris slowly filling up with a blood-red.

Jimin's heard felt fuzzy and dizzy. With a final lick at Namjoon's wound and a dark smirk, before passing out, his body falling in Namjoon's arms.

Namjoon widened his eyes, laying his hand on Jimin's heart, scoffing and smiling, laughing in some sort of happy victory when his heart pumped slower and slower, until his heartbeat had fully died down after half an hour.

Without hesitation Namjoon pulled Jimin's shirt over his head, taking it off. A wide dark smirk spread across his lips. Deep black began to run through his veins, from his not-beating heart until it blended in with his whitening skin. Just like his own.

His teeth began to stretch out, cutting and sharpening. Reshaping into their white, dangerous shining fangs.

Jimin's mind was messed with. His senses sharpened, his memories returned, and his lust for human blood returned, stronger than he had ever felt it.

Namjoon laid Jimin's unconscious body in his bed, tucking him in. He wasn't going to stay and watch his best friend turn. He was a king. He had better things to do.

He grabbed his crown from his bedside table, put on his clothes and left his room, closing the door with a secure click. "Did it work?" Taehyung asked curiously.

Namjoon smirked at him. "You're a genius, Taehyung. Absolutely genius." The king growled. Taehyung smirked widely. "Anything for my king."

Namjoon returned to his throne, continuing to do his job. Watching his land in blood and danger. There were enough humans to feed from. And those who were to be bitten by the king and his servants and friends, should be considered a lucky.

A loud crash caught his attention. Glass breaking and things being thrown around. It made Namjoon frown in anger. Loud laughter echoed through the castle. Loud, dangerous, high laughter. One all too familiar to Namjoon.

The doors slammed open before Namjoon could, revealing the shorter man he had put to bed with a wide toothy grin.

"Kim Namjoon, or should I say King Namjoon?" Jimin laughed. "You've grown old." Namjoon should have scolded him, but he couldn't help the fangs he saw. It worked. It really worked...

"Park Jimin. You foolish vampire..." "Did you miss me?" Jimin giggled, licking his fangs. Namjoon growled at him, his body towering over the younger. He suddenly wrapped his arms around the younger's waist and lifted him in the air, pushing their bodies together.

Jimin widened his eyes. The king... Merciless and dangerous. A monster without a heart, hugged him...

Jimin hissed lowly and scraped his fangs across Namjoon's throat. "Stop fooling me! You never hug someone! The last time you did was when you strangled you last wife!"

Namjoon hissed at him. "You let yourself get killed by your own human. You don't know what I tried to find out to get you back here, taking back to me like the little bitch you are!" He snarled.

Jimin smirked. "The king cares about a mere vampire. How sweet." Namjoon gritted his teeth, hissing at him. "I don't have a heart, but one thing is certain, Jimin." He growled. Jimin tilted his head. "I'm listening." "You can make me annoyed like no one ever has and not have me rip your skin off your flesh." Namjoon growled.

Jimin hissed. "So?" "I have a request." Namjoon purred. "Why don't you take the throne beside me?" Jimin licked his bottom lip. "Are you asking me to marry you?" "Of course not." Namjoon snarled. "I'd much rather rule with my terror-duo friend. They'll fear us with more than their kingdom can offer."

Jimin smirked. Getting a whole kingdom to rule and more kingdoms to fear him sounded beautiful to him. "What is the catch?" "There is none." Namjoon chuckled. "Just you and me, ruling this land, killing what we can. Like old times, but more powerful."

Jimin licked his lips. "Just us ruling?" "Just us." Namjoon nodded. "You'll get whatever you want." "You seem very desperate for me as your fellow king." Jimin smirked. "If you want it that bad then who am I to refuse?"

Namjoon smirked darkly. "Have you missed blood a lot?" "Why?" Jimin snarled playfully. "You've been human for a year, Jimin." Namjoon hissed. "Really?" Jimin teased. "Well then, share your blood.."

A few months had passed, and Jimin had adapted to his vampire life again. Completely living with Namjoon's command, and yet living on his own commands, having the complete kingdom for his own and Namjoon to have.

Jimin smirked, taking the crown from Namjoon's head and placing it on his own, sitting on the throne's armrest with his legs crossed. "How I've missed the vampire life. So much better."

Namjoon scoffed. "I tamed you, when you were human." "So?" "Get off my throne." Jimin rolled his eyes and stuck out his tongue. "And if I don't." Namjoon thought for a bit before smirking. "I'll kiss you."

Jimin blinked and burst into laughter. "Right?! Because the king of darkness would lower his evilness to such a level for his friend to get off his thro-"

His words were cut off by Namjoon's plump lips on his, causing Jimin's eyes to widen and his body to freeze. Namjoon smirked at Jimin's reaction when they parted. "Get off. I'll do it again."

Jimin quickly got off his throne, wiping his lips. What the hell was that?!

That night, when Jimin and Namjoon laid in bed, Namjoon faced the younger. He stroked his hair from his eyes, grinning slightly. More so ever, a smile. A genuine smile.

Jimin was nervous. Vampires only smiled when they felt good. Trusted with each other. Not once in his life had Jimin seen Namjoon smile as softly as he had now.

Namjoon grabbed the nape of Jimin's neck gently and placed their lips together again. The kiss wasn't rough or forced like before. It was soft and gentle, as if Namjoon actually felt something. Everyone knew the king couldn't love anymore... Let go that it would be Jimin he would love.

His words were proved wrong when Namjoon leaned to his ear and bit into his finger. "I love you, Jiminie..."

Jimin looked at him. You're insane. He wanted to snap. I can't love you back. But what came from his lips was more than words. He pushed their lips together again. And Jimin realized that being human must have done something to him.

When he was with Namjoon, he didn't have the kill-joy to rip him to shreds. He wanted to protect him. Perhaps... Was this the unfamiliar love that vampires spoke of?

If so, then so be it.

"Become my king. My true king." Namjoon mumbled, letting the blood on his finger drip onto a ruby, turning it red. A small jewel fitted inside a ring with the finest and most precise details in pure black silver.

Jimin looked up at him. He didn't reply. He just nodded, pushing his body into Namjoon's chest. "I will, hyung."

[|\THE END/|]

Deep-Sea-Sirens:

Sirens who live in the darkest, deepest parts of the ocean. They're cannibals and stronger than the normal Siren. They're evil and only have a heart for those who know how to respect them.

Taming them is one hell of a job, but when you do, they'll be loyal to the one who tamed them and obey their command in return for their voice.

Namjoon, as a king, frightened them to the point of submission, and thus got to keep his voice.

Hyom:

Hyoms are elves with no powers. They're evil and born in an egg, made to serve the first person they see. They're loyal and have sharp claws that only come out to protect their master.

Having one is a lot of work. The eggs are in the deepest caves, under the deepest seas, up on the highest trees, inside the hottest volcano. The color of the egg decides what Hyom it is.

Hyoms who see no human or other creatures, stay lone strays and will become hostile and predators, going as far as to even refuse their own nature of becoming a servant.

Namjoon got Taehyung when he was little. Ever since he laid eyes on the slimy egg baby, he always made fun of him. But Taehyung didn't mind. He liked how dark he was.

Taehyung is a Volcano Hyom. How he got taken from his nest is unknown.
