Yoongi's POV
The neat yellow painted walls, antique and old furniture, the big windows and glass door that was always on lock. That trapped me. My hands pressed on the thick transparent sharp material, holding me from going to the outside.
A young dragon. That is why I was trapped in this house. Together with my twin brother, Jimin, we were just one step away from becoming what the organization wanted us to be.
I sighed hopelessly. Talon had its ways. Different classes like Basilisks, Vipers and Gila's. Either we would follow their orders and become the dragon that they wanted us to be, or we would stop. Leave the organization and be known as a criminal. A traitor to Talon. A rebel.
The thought spoke to me. And believe it or not, I was meeting one in just a few hours. The moonlight fell over the Crescent Beach, the East-Chinese-ocean flooding the shining sand like turquoise pearls. It was shiny.
I felt a hand on my shoulder, and I knew who it was nonetheless. "Hey, we have to go." Jimin said quietly, not wanting to wake our caregivers. I gave him a simple nod and stood up. "Off to see the creepy dragontrainer." I sighed, rolling my eyes.
The creepy dragontrainer was my trainer. I had never seen him in human form, just in his dragon form. He was cold, harsh and merciless. The last few days I came home drenched in sweat, stinging muscle pain, and not to forget, bleeding.
I bet today was no different. I climbed down to the basement, pulled away the painting and crawling through the disgusting dirt tunnel to the Talon organization. Jimin followed me.
We shared eye contact when we got out, said our goodbyes and good lucks, and split our ways. I wasn't looking forward to it one bit.
And just as I thought. I came home, again out of breath and in pain, and with the most horrific news, I ever had to experience. Jimin looked up at me when he heard me come in, his eyes widening at the suit in my arms.
We didn't share any words. We didn't need to. His gaze softened to a sympathetic one. "I'm so sorry..." He said, barely a whisper. I sighed. "Guess what. I've been trained by the best Viper in Talon." I spat lowly.
Jimin widened his eyes once again. "You... why did they want to make you a Viper of all things?! You can't kill!" "I know. And I'm not going to." I replied, throwing the suit on the couch. "I refuse."
"But... you can't!" Jimin protested. "And why not?!" I asked yelling. My dragon was full of rage, anger and sadness roamed through him. "You'll become a rebel if you do..." Jimin said softly.
I looked down at my feet, the red wound still dripping a bit of blood on my knee. "Maybe that life is not so bad." I said lowly. Jimin frowned. "Yoongi.. I won't allow you to leave Talon." He said threateningly. I growled. "I am in charge of my own decisions Jimin! I refuse to become a Viper! I refuse to kill innocent dragons and humans!" I yelled.
"Innocent?! They left Talon Yoongi, they are traitors!" "Maybe they wanted a free life!" I spat back angrily. "Maybe they wanted to transform and fly! It's been 20 years Jimin! 20 long years of training for a goal that I cannot fulfill! I will die either way so I'd rather be able to fly one last time before they send a Viper onto my path!" I yelled.
Jimin stared at me with wide eyes and a shocked face. I panted. My outburst was full of rage and anger. Jimin frowned. "Than go. I will not be there than anymore. If you want to leave Talon so bad, then go! Become my enemy Yoongi! And what about that human crush of yours éh?!" He yelled angrily. "He is a dragonkiller! You are more human than a dragon! Go, leave!"
Without hesitation, I grabbed the suit and stomped to my room. I quickly put it on, causing the sticky material on the inside to stick to my skin like I was wearing nothing at all. The suit was meant as protection, but when I would transform back to human, I would not be naked like I would be every time. This suit was basically a bit of armor.
I growled at Jimin one last time before I jumped through the window with all my force. Jimin his eyes followed me as I ran towards the hill where I promised to meet him. The rebel.
Tears threatened to roll down from my cheeks, but I held my ground. I panted when I finally saw the rebel lean over the fence of the hill that prevents anyone from falling. My mind went to where I was earlier today. Playing basketball on the beach with the crush that Jimin was talking about. Recently found out to be an undercover dragonkiller.
I sighed at the thought. Jungkook was doing his job. All of the things he did was fake acting. It hurt me. It was like a shot in the heart, that quickly faded.
My dragon was getting excited and happy at the feeling of him getting closer to me. But I contained the temptation to transform right here.
"Namjoon..." I called out quietly, my voice was husky from my yelling. Namjoon turned around to me and smiled. "So he came. Changed your mind Fury?" "Stop calling me that." I spat. "I'm coming with you..."
Namjoon his smile grew wider. "Perfect." He exclaimed happily. "What are we doing here?" I asked hesitantly. My eyes were watching the stars reflect on the water and Namjoon... His brown hair illuminated in the moonlight, and his eyes glimmered in the waves of the ocean.
"Two dragons on a hill, far from human society. What do you think we are going to do Fury?" He asked, smiling at me mischievously. My dragon was pushing, the excitement getting to him. The thought of being able to fly again was like a dream.
Namjoon grinned. "It seems that you like that idea. Come on." He nudged his head towards the ocean waves. I watched with silence and amazement as Namjoon jumped over the fence.
His body was dangerously close to the water, as he gave me a quick wink before transforming. His dark purple wings quickly catching his fall.
I was speechless. He was actually serious. The dark purple spikes on his back and his tail that faded to his black scales. The long and sharp nails that could claw through human skin. His gold amber colored eyes staring into mine.
He breathed out a cloud of smoke through his nostrils and he smiled. "Come on! This can be your only change Yoongi."
I smiled, my dragon bursting from my skin. I jumped down after him, my night blue wings carrying the wind. Namjoon smiled and began to swiftly fly forward, his body hovering over the water.
I followed him. How I've missed the wind that flew past my scales, that carried my body over the sky. My heartbeat was fast and dangerous. I officially broke the law, but I didn't care.
This was what it was like to be a rebel... No expectations, no class, no allies or responsibilities. But there was a bad thing. A lot of enemies.
I wonder what Jimin would tell Talon. Would he betray me? He wouldn't... right? We're brothers...
Namjoon roared loudly, smiling as he flexibly flew past the rocks. I had never felt this good in years! I felt so warm, so free. That was... until my eyes caught something that should not have been there. I stopped in my path, staring at the soldier on top of the hill. His dark brown eyes were sad.
Namjoon frowned when he caught the young man, flying straight up at him. I could see the burning heat through his nose. I widened my eyes quickly flying after him. Namjoon roared angrily, about to set fire to the human when I pushed him away.
"Stop!" I yelled. Namjoon looked at me in anger and shock. "What?! Why?! He is a St.- Bangtan soldier Yoongi!" He yelled. "But he is nothing like them!" I spat back. "He..." I sighed, not being able to find my words.
Namjoon growled threateningly. "And why is he different exactly? What makes this one dragonkiller so different from all the others that have tried to shoot us down?!" He asked rudely. Jungkook looked up at me, tears welling in his eyes. "The difference is that I know that the Order is wrong. Not all dragons are emotionless and cold killers." He said hesitantly.
Namjoon blew a cloud of smoke of anger. "What is your point?" He asked lowly. Jungkook widened his eyes in fear. Not looking at Namjoon, or me, but behind us.
Namjoon yelled in pain when he got pushed away. I widened my eyes in anger and fear, looking at the dark pink with red dragon that I knew way too well. "What are you doing here?!" I yelled.
"You broke loyalty to us Yoongi." The creepy dragontrainer said lowly. Namjoon groaned and got up, checking his wing for injuries. "Seokjin! Go away!" He roared angrily.
Seokjin, aka the creepy dragontrainer, roared at him with anger. "This is your choice Yoongi, come back to Talon before it's too late." "Never! I won't become a Viper!" I spat angrily. Seokjin frowned. "Than so it be it."
Namjoon protectively pushed me away, taking the strong hit that Seokjin threw at me. Namjoon growled in pain and attacked back, the hot Dragonicon fire missing Seokjin.
What else would we expect, the best Viper of Talon... came to kill us. Namjoon dived on top of Seokjin quickly, both of them scraping their claws and digging them through each other's scales.
I couldn't let this happen! Rage filled my body once again. I let out a threatening roar, pushing Seokjin off Namjoon, who quickly managed to find balance.
I kept my eyes on Seokjin. We were at a strong disadvantage... Not only was Seokjin bigger and stronger than us, but he was also a grown-up dragon. Seokjin was about to slash his claws into us when he arched his back in pain.
Blood slowly leaked from his back scales, and Jungkook stood there with a gun. With precise shots, Jungkook kept shooting the Viper. Namjoon looked up at him with disbelieve. Why would a St.-Bangtan fight for his enemies?
Seokjin roared in pain and anger. Turning around to Jungkook, who shot the dragon again. Instead of attacking, Seokjin retreated, using the last of his strength to fly away. "This is not the last that you heard of Talon Min Yoongi!" He yelled, before disappearing into the dark mist.
Namjoon panted and looked at his wing. Clawing wounds and blood covered his chest and his wings. I quickly helped him stand, leaning my body under his. "Namjoon! Are you okay?" I asked worriedly.
He nodded and smiled. "I won't go down easy Fury." He growled and looked up at Jungkook, who lowered his gun. I helped Namjoon up to him and transformed back to my human form, the Viper suit still on my body and currently the only thing covering me.
Jungkook sighed and looked at Namjoon, who growled threateningly. "I'm sorry..." He said lowly. "Is that all you have to say?!" Namjoon asked angrily. "You probably came here to kill us!"
Jungkook shook his head. "I stepped out of the Order. I betrayed them." He answered. Namjoon growled. "What do you want from us that caused you to watch us?" He asked lowly, groaning and trying to stand up.
Jungkook hesitantly looked up at him. "Before I found out that Yoongi was a dragon, I had the best time of my life. I felt like I was alive. And... when we kissed...-" "You kissed a human?!" Namjoon roared angrily.
"So what?!" I yelled back. "Can't I love someone?!" "NO! Can't you feel it Yoongi? That pull?" He asked lowly.
I looked down. My dragon was begging me to be closer to him, to stay with him and nozzle our noses together... Jungkook frowned. "I guess it is clear that you want me to leave." "Jungkook-" "Yoongi, it's fine. You're a dragon, and I'm clearly not the right person for you." He gave me a weak smile. "I'll see you sometime..."
Before I could say something to him he was already walking away. Tears welled up in my eyes, while my dragon was relieved. What was this confusion...?
Namjoon carefully laid his head on my shoulder. "Don't be too down. Humans come and go. They don't live as long as us." "But you are a rebel Namjoon." I spat lowly. "What do you know about human feelings?"
"Nothing. And I want to keep it that way." He growled lowly and transformed back to his human form, his cheek filled with scars and his chest. His back was bleeding.
It made my heart ache to see him that way. He pulled me into a careful hug. "Just stay with me Yoongi. The Vipers are hunting us, we can't stay here." He said lowly.
My dragon was jumping with excitement, feeling his body warmth against mine. It hurt me... I was leaving my brother, my crush, all because I left Talon.
Namjoon pushed my chin up gently. He smiled before placing his lips on mine. My dragon was jumping, telling me to kiss back, but the human part of me refused.
I hesitantly kissed back. I was a dragon... I had to learn to accept that. How painful it was...

"Do you know why you are here Jimin?" I nodded. "I do, sir." The dragon turned around to me, the gold scales shining in the lamp's light.
"You are aware of Yoongi's communication with the rebel, and of his betrayal." I nodded again. "I am." "Than it is up to you to find Yoongi and to bring him back, and to kill the rebel." I straightened my back, looking up in the black eyes of the dragon. "I won't disappoint you, sir."
The End...?
Is just the beginning?
Again, sorry... exams 'n stuff.
