🎏I'm so sorry...🎏
Taehyung's POV
"Come on Jin hyung! You used to be so much better at this!" I yelled, happily beating him in a fun game of Mario Kart. Jin growled. "It's not my fault that I have to raise six children in this house!" He yelled back.
I laughed, for the third time winning today. Jin whined. "Come on Tae!" "Yes hyung?" I asked teasingly. "Why are you so good at this game?" He whined. "I play it daily hyung. You should too!" I exclaimed.
Jin shook his head. "I can't. I have to cook, sleep, practice my vocal and dance, English lessons, probably help Namjoon if he breaks something. My days are busy Tae, you know that." He said softly. I sighed and nodded. "Seems like the only free time you have is when you're asleep."
Jin bit his lip nervously. "I sleep at day. For some odd reason I can't sleep at night." He said softly. I tilted my head. "Almost like a werewolf! You know? They secretly sneak out at night and come back super tired." I exclaimed. Jin rolled his eyes childishly and shook his head.
"Werewolves... Wolves in general, ugh... No thank you." He snarled coldly. I tilted my head. "Why? Not even a month ago you were drooling over them at the zoo!" Jin frowned. "That was then, okay? Times change, and so do we."
I shook my head. "Hyung, you're acting so weird! What did Namjoon break this time?" I asked. "He actually didn't break anything. I just can't look Jungkook in the eyes for a few months." He growled. "Why?" I asked curiously. "He... hurt me. In one way or another." Jin replied.
He sighed. "It's getting late Tae, you should go to sleep." "But it's only 8 PM!" I yelled. "Which is bedtime for small little troublemakers like you." Jin chuckled. I whined, clinging onto Jin's back as he brought me to bed.
"No! I don't wanna!" I whined, slamming my fists on his shoulders. "Jin!" Jin frowned. "That's hyung to you. You little rude vampire..." He growled. I pouted. "Little rude vampire? I know I'm bloody good at gaming, but really hyung? It's just getting dark!"
Jin widened his eyes in a rush, he threw me on the bed and closed the blinds. "S-sorry! It slipped out! You stay here, play with Jimin or something, I have to go... Like... Right now." He said, quickly running out of the dorm.
I watched him leave with confusion, seeing a small glimpse of red in his eyes. "Hey! Hey! Hyung! Where are you going?!" I yelled, quickly running after him. I saw Jin just running outside, turning his head to me. He widened his eyes and shook his head, quickly running left.
I quickly ran after him. He can't expect me to just stay inside and not question him, while I'm blowing with energy! Jin his pace began to slow down as stumbled along the wall. I caught up with him as he slumped down the wall.
His breathing was fast and unbalanced, his eyes shut tight and his lips pursed together. His skin seemed to be getting paler with every second as I kneeled down in front of him.
"Hyung? Are you okay? You're so white." I asked nervously. Jin shook his head, groaning and hissing. "Get out of my way." He hissed lowly. He didn't open his eyes, shaking in place. "But hyung, look at you-" "I'm fine." He spat. "Get. Out. Of. My. Way!" He hissed loudly, opening his mouth widely, baring sharp white fangs.
He finally opened his eyes, the scarlet red iris illuminating in the moonlight. I gulped. "H-hyung..." Jin his frown turned into a dark smirk, as he lunged at me, pushing me on my back and pinning me down.
"You think this is all a joke, don't you?" Jin asked amused, licking his fangs. "W-what?! No! I mean yes, because this is basically impossible, but to survive I'll say no!" I yelled. Jin hissed again. "How bad I want to drain you empty... Your blood smells so good Taehyung." He growled, leaning to the crook of my neck.
I gulped, his fangs tracing my skin. The feeling was sending goosebumps down my spine. This really is no joke. Jin chuckled amused. "Oh, dear Taehyung. You should have stayed in bed instead of facing me. Look at how tempting you are now." He said lowly.
Jin hissed lowly, looking up at the bright moon. I frowned slightly. "How tempting am I? I'm just one of the trillions of humans, why am I so tempting for you?" I asked. Jin tilted his head at me and chuckled.
"Maybe because you're right underneath me, because your heartbeat is so fast, because your blood is within fang reach and so deliciously tempting." Jin replied. "It all comes down because I'm so close to you. So, if I go away, you won't be bothered by me anymore." I said growling.
Jin hissed again. "It indeed comes down to that, but I'm thirsty, and hiding my fangs every day is so tiring. Now, it's time to finally set my fangs into what I've been anticipating for, and what I've deserved for years." He growled.
I frowned. "If you wanted this for years then maybe you should have taken that when you could!" I yelled. Jin widened his eyes in shock. "Where is this attitude coming from?!" He yelled. "From somewhere! I don't even know!" I snapped.
Jin his frown turned into a dark grin. "Ah... Maybe Jungkook knows." He said lowly. "So now Jungkook is a bloodsucker too? Why not drink from me while I'm still here?" I growled. Jin chuckled amused. "I would. But I'd rather learn as much as I can before I turn my first human." He said lowly.
Jin pulled me up with him, holding my collar and pulling me with him to the back of the building. Jungkook leaned against the wall, his arms crossed impatiently. That annoyed look on his face went to confusion as soon as he saw me.
"He smells human." He said bluntly. "Of course he is. I have a simple question." Jin replied rudely. Jungkook chuckled. "Ask ahead." "He seems to be having a sudden attitude in the place of fear." Jin said coldly, pulling me closer to him. I hmph-ed and crossed my arms.
Jungkook tilted his head. "Does our Taehyungie like Seokjinie?" He asked teasingly. I spat at him. "What is that kind of made-up story?" I growled. "A true story. Only humans who like vampires get to experience a night like them." Jungkook said coldly.
Jin tilted his head in confusion. "Humans who like vampires?" "If Taehyung likes you, he gets to experience what it is like to be a vampire or one night. He doesn't have fangs, red eyes or a pale skin, but he will have craving for blood, the attitude, and the mischief." Jungkook explained.
Jin nodded. "So, how will we feed him?" He asked. "I'm not a god damn pet! I can feed myself!" I spat. Jungkook chuckled. "We don't. He has to himself."
I growled. "Can you let me go now?" I asked rudely, pulling myself from Jin's grasp. "So, how long have you been in this mess, grandpa?" I asked coldly. Jungkook frowned angrily, baring his sharp fangs, lunging toward me and biting in my cheek.
I yelled in pain, pushing him away. I held my cheek, feeling blood seep from the clear cut and rip in my skin. "What the hell?!"
Jin hissed lowly. "He smells even better now that he's bleeding." He said amused. "Keep your fangs to yourself." I hissed. Jin chuckled. "Look at you. Acting all tough when one small bite turns you to a screaming little child." He growled.
I frowned. "I'm leaving. I'm telling everyone about this!" I yelled. I ran back to the side of the building when Jin captured me again. "You don't understand, do you? Being a vampire means to hunt. Thirst will boil inside you the moment that you see one of them." He growled.
I rolled my eyes. "You do you, and I'll do me." I spat, freeing myself from his grasp and moving towards the entrance. I walked inside, walking to the first dorm I saw. I smashed the door open, letting it echo through the building, scaring Hoseok and Namjoon awake.
"Tae?! It's like... 9 PM, why are you up so late? We have to get up at 6 tomorrow morning." Namjoon whined. "Jin hyung and Jungkook are vampires. Jungkook bit my cheek." I said lowly.
I gulped. I could see the veins in their necks so clearly that it was almost reachable. My mouth began to water at the sight, my throat beginning to hurt.
Namjoon and Hoseok looked at each other, before laughing. "What a dream!" Hoseok laughed. I growled, punching the wall with my fist, causing my knuckles to bruise. "Do you see this bitemark on my cheek?!" I yelled. Namjoon shook his head. "You look fine."
I got pulled out of the dorms again, this time by Jungkook. "You idiot." He spat coldly. "Sweet dreams hyungs!" He yelled, before basically throwing me outside.
I groaned and coughed, feeling the air pushed out of my lungs. I looked up at the two vampires. They looked tall from down here... They were the rulers, and I was a simple peasant to them. I hesitantly sat up to my knees.
"Why couldn't they see it?" I asked softly. "It's a wound made by a creature that no one knows of. The one who don't know, and who don't believe, can't see the wound." Jungkook explained. I frowned. "I feel so thirsty... So- I... I feel hostile. Like a predator wanting to catch a prey." I said softly.
Jin smirked darkly. "Welcome to the first step of being a vampire Taehyung." He said lowly. I looked up at him. "I don't like Jin hyung. Why am I feeling this way?" I asked coldly. "You won't admit it. Your body does. Now come on. I'm getting thirsty by watching your wound dripping down that rosy cheek of yours." Jungkook said coldly, pulling me up.
I frowned, looking at Jin, who shrugged. "Just tell me if you like me, babe." He whispered smirking. I stuck my tongue out at him, following Jungkook into the darker part of town.
It was quiet, except for our footsteps, almost no one was out at night. Jin had wrapped his arm around my waist to tease me, and somewhere inside my tumtum, a warm tingling feeling rushed over my body whenever he touched me. It was pleasant.
Jungkook chuckled. "Turn him while you're at it Jin. Suck him dry and give him your soul." He said teasingly. Jin hissed in response. "I will... eventually." He said softly. "You dare touch me with one fang and I will rip them out." I growled.
Jin chuckled. "Jeez. Now I'm scared." He said coldly. I frowned. "I want to go to bed. Just get me something to drink from." I said annoyed. Jin sighed. "Can't I bring him back? I'll hand him some blood too, him hunting with us is obviously not his favorite thing." He spat towards me.
Jungkook groaned and sighed. "Fine! Take him to the dorms and give him some blood, make sure he falls asleep." He hissed. Jin simply nodded, grabbing my hand and pulling me away.
It wasn't long before we got to the dorm in silence. Jin tucked me in like a mother, biting into his hand, specifically a vein. Blood oozed from his skin as he carefully opened my mouth, letting his blood drop onto my tongue.
The pain in my throat disappeared with every drop, my thirst quickly being relieved. It was surprisingly disgusting.
Jin left without a word, closing the door and turning off the lights. I laid there, my arms crossed over the blanket on my torso as the warm tingling in my tummy faded.
Was I in love with him?
... Am I in love with him?
I love his voice. The smooth high tone whenever he yells, laughs or even sleeps. His body is nice and strong. He looks cute, even with red eyes and fangs. My heart grabs a bazooka and decides to shoot it across the sky as loud as it is beating.
I miss him...
I miss his cuddles, his warmth, his voice, his jokes. I need him close to me. I want him with me...
I sighed, a few tears rolling down my face as memories popped up in my mind. I cried myself to sleep that night. With soft sobs, and tear-stained pillows and plushies, I went to sleep.
"Tae?"
I groaned.
"Taehyung?"
I groaned again, turning to the wall.
"Kim Taehyung! Get out of bed!"
I yelped, shooting up awake. I bonked my head against the wall, whining in pain and turned to the voice of Jin. Was it a dream? Did he hear me last night?
Jin his soft gaze hit my heart. "Hey, buddy... I'm sorry about yesterday..." He started, sitting down next to me. So it did happen...
"I had no control. I was thirsty, your scent just hit me and I-" He sighed
"-My heart can't take it Taehyung." He said quickly. Before I could respond, his lips were on mine.
The soft surface of his skin, was connected with my own, no trace of fake love, no trace of regret. I kissed back, unknowing of the voice that told me to. It felt too good not to.
Jin hesitantly pulled away. "Sorry... We have to get up. I just wanted to say that tonight, you shouldn't go with me. Not ever anymore. I'm a danger to you, and probably even worse now that I know how you smell." He said softly.
"Why?" I asked. "What makes that so bad?" Jin looked at me, a vague red outline around his brown iris. "I like it. I love your scent. It makes my mouth water and all I want to do is drink from you to claim you as mine." He said lowly.
I looked down at my lap. "I'm sorry. I shouldn't have come after you. I'll leave you alone today." I said softly. I got up, not giving Jin any time to answer, walking to the bathroom.
I got myself ready, my legs feeling like pudding when looking at Jungkook and Jin. Jungkook, because he bit me. I could still feel the sting, and Jin, because of that warm feeling.
I sat down, picking at my food. I ate nonetheless, but my mind was somewhere else. I didn't want to do anything. My mind was blank on thoughts, and even when Jin tried to confront me, I denied everything.
I left Jin alone that night. Like he told me to. I felt empty and hurt. I kept the blinds open, and whenever the moonlight shined upon me, I got hurt. My throat, my eyes. Tears and headaches from the pain.
The days went on and on. Until I got sick. Jin wouldn't leave me alone. My head hurt so much, my throat. I was constantly throwing up whenever I ate or drank, and my sight was blurry.
Jungkook was getting worried. It had been a week, and my condition still hasn't improved. He visited my dorm at night, frowning slightly. Jin never left. He looked so thirsty, so hostile and out of control. But he held it together just to stay.
"Jin. What blood did you feed him with last week?" Jungkook asked suddenly. "My own. Why?" Jin replied rudely. Jungkook smacked his head, hissing of anger. "You idiot! We went over this!" He yelled. "Never feed a human a vampire's blood! Especially bot when bitten!"
Jin hissed back. "How was I supposed to remember?!" I sobbed quietly, the yelling making my head pound of pain. Jin sighed and sat back down, rubbing my back. "I'm sorry..."
Jungkook frowned. "How much human food has he had?" He asked lowly. "Three meals a day, easy ones. Cereal, a biscuit, and bread with some greens." Jin answered. "How much did he vomit out?" Jungkook asked.
"Everything."
I looked away, turning back to the wall. "I don't feel good..." I sobbed. "My tummy hurts!" I cried. Jungkook frowned. "Give him blood." Jin looked at him with shock and anger. "What?!"
"You heard me! Give him blood!" He yelled. With a low hiss, Jin bit into his wrist. "Can I give him this?" I sniffed lightly. It... It smelled so good. I reached toward his wrist, licking the blood off him. Jin watched with wide eyes and shock as I licked the blood away.
A few minutes past, and instead of throwing up, I felt slightly better. I looked at the two vampires. "It tasted good." I said softly. Jungkook frowned. "You turned him Jin."
I almost choked on my own spit. "He what?!" I yelled. "He turned you. Usually, a bite contains a small amount of venom. The bite from your cheek, held just a small bit. The change of getting in your bloodstream is rare..." Jungkook said lowly.
"I bit your cheek, my venom spread in your blood, and Jin added his vampire DNA with it... You stayed out of the moonlight. That's why it takes so long and made you so sick." Jungkook explained. I groaned, holding my head. "What do we do to get it done?" Jin asked.
"Take him into the moonlight." Jungkook said shrugging. Jin simply nodded, taking me in his arms. I was so cold... I clamped myself to Jin's shirt, shivering and sobbing quietly. Jin looked so guilty...
Jin went to the side of the building once again, waiting for the moonlight to hit my skin. He hesitantly took a step towards it, letting me rest against the wall.
I yelled in pain, feeling my gums burn like fire, my teeth stretching painfully and my throat stinging like hell.
A loud hiss slipped past my lips as Jin tried to reach to me, but got stopped by Jungkook. I panted, looking at them. The pain was over. I felt... I don't know...
Alive.
"Hey! Get back inside! Your yelling is annoying enough at night." A husky voice groaned. I sniffed, smelling the delicious scent of blood. I snapped my head towards Namjoon, who messily rubbed his hair.
He widened his eyes, looking at us. He gulped. "This... is a joke?" I hissed loudly, lunging forward to him with adrenaline as I've never felt before. Caught off guard, I slammed Namjoon against the wall with an unknown force of strength.
Namjoon groaned in pain, reaching for his back, which had scratched along the brick wall, and bled. I licked my fangs hungrily, as Jungkook and Jin reached for me to stop, I sunk my fangs into his skin. Draining him, until his body fell, and his heartbeat stopped.
To Be Continued...
