Chapter 18
Andrea was in some sort of old fifties diner. The coloring wasn't normal, though. Instead of bright, popping colors, there were more dark, depressing colors. Dark red, black, gray, etcetera. She was on one of the stools, looking around. She rubbed her hand across the surface of the bar, it's cold to the touch surface sending shivers through her body.
She heard footsteps behind her, and swiveled the chair to face whoever it was. A man stood there. He was wearing a black trench coat, gray dress pants, and black Stacy Adams. She frowned, and then moved her eyes up to his face. A black fedora was on his head, and fits of dirty blonde hair poked out from it. The fedora cast shadows over his face, hiding any facial features. He tipped his hat at her, giving her the chance to notice the white gloves on his hands.
Andrea smiled at him, and then looked down at her own outfit. A black dress that barely touched her knees, with fish net leggings covering her pale skin. Ankle high black boots were on her feet, and stout black gloves that hardly went past her wrists were on her hands. A long pearl necklace was over her neck, and her hair was done up, hidden under the hat she had on her. The same fish net cloth covered the top half of her face, and large pearls rested on her ears. It was an odd outfit, one fit more for the early 1920s, not the fifties.
The man took a seat next to her. From the parts of his chiseled jaw line and dimples from his mouth that she could see, he had o be close in age to her. He grabbed one of the small menus and started flipping through it. As he did so, a soft jazz tune started to sound through the diner. People started to flood in, all hazy. She ignored them and turned back to the bar, grabbing her menu.
A waiter walked over, asking her what drink she wanted, and as she was about to reply, the boy jutted in. "We will have two of your famous wine glasses, yes?" he asked, looking to her for confirmation. Andrea simply nodded, so the waiter said thank you and scurried off to go get their order.
The boy smiled at her. "Hello, what is your name?"
"Andrea, what about yours?"
"Andrea, what a lovely name. I always though Andrea belonged to the best of ladies."
"You never-"
"I hope you excuse me from interrupting your order, I just noticed you had no money on you-that I could see- so I figured I might as well help you out."
"It is quite alright. It is not my favorite drink, but I still enjoy it."
Andrea couldn't help but notice she had never tasted it before, but she knew she had. She frowned and scanned around the room again, the soft jazz getting louder as the conversation between her and the man now nonexistent. She sighed and then turned to look at the boy again. She could make out his mouth, and couldn't help but see how soft his lips looked. They were the perfect shape, and were turned up into a smile. She smiled herself, wishing to meet his eyes, but they still didn't exist.
The waiter dropped off the drinks. The boy scooped his up and took a drink, finishing off half of it. Andrea took a delicate taste, but she didn't taste anything. She sighed and placed the drink down before turning back to the boy, who now had a nose. It was perfectly straight and aligned on his face. It glistened in the light, his perfect tan seeming to shine. It didn't have a hook, and his nostrils weren't turned upwards. She looked away when his gaze seemed to lock onto hers.
A chuckle sounded out from him, but she said nothing. "Andrea?"
Andrea looked at him, noticing the piercing gray eyes that now looked back at her. They were warm, yet a dreadful feeling twisted and writhed in her stomach. His eyes examined her, and she suddenly felt very self conscious. He placed a hand on her shoulder, and leaned in towards her. "Yes?" she answered, keeping close eye on his lips.
"Andrea, I love you."
His voice wasn't his own. It sounded far away, but she couldn't identify the person who said it. "At least tell me your name first." she murmured, feeling drawn towards his lips.
"Andrea, you know my name." The same voice said, a slight chuckle in it. "It is me, Mitchel."
Andrea said nothing as the man's lips met hers. She closed her eyes, drowning in him. "Mitchel?" she asked, pulling away for a breath of air.
The man didn't reply. He just kissed her cheek and eventually found his way back to her lips. She smiled into them as everything started to fade.

Andrea sat at the breakfast table, thinking back to her dream. She didn't know why she had felt compelled to kiss the guy once he said his name was Mitchel, but she did admit it was a good kiss. She closed her eyes and thought about the guys face.
Suddenly, someone threw their arms around her neck. "Don't fall asleep, Drea!" came Timothy's goofy voice.
"Leave the poor girl be." Garroth said.
Andrea smiled. "You two..."
Troy and Leyna came upstairs. "You...you...Arrgh!" Leyna said, her face red with anger.
Troy burst into laughter. "Love the new color."
It was then that Andrea noticed how Leyna's hair was platinum. She held back a giggle, not wanting to feel the werewolf beta's fury.
Leyna growled at him before shifting into her wolf. She jumped at him, clawing at him. A few scratches appeared on his face, and when she noticed them, she stopped. She turned back into her human form, her eyes wide before socking him in the gut. He grunted in pain as she stood up. Andrea turned away, not wanting to stare at her nude body. When her footsteps retreated downstairs, Troy stood up, his face red.
Timothy chuckled. "Think she enjoyed the ride?"
Garroth laughed. "She was straddling him, wasn't she?"
Troy's face turned even more red before he noticed her. "Nice bed hair."
She growled at him, causing him to jump back. "What is with all the ladies today?"
And with that, Troy hurried outside before Andrea could toss food at him.

Hey! I know, I know...why was this chapter updated? I thought it was already posted? Where was yesterday's chapter?
Sorry, I had finals yesterday, and I need to rewrite every chapter after this one because I didn't like where it had gone, so yeah. Those will all be updated everyday as treat, some even multiple times a day, depends on how fast I type them.
So yes, if you had been here when the first version of the chapter came out, no, they are not in a romantic relationship as of now. (Maybe later, yes :))
Any ways, hope you enjoy the new version of this chapter! I think it is much better, and I hope you do to!
Goodbye, my friends!
-Paige
