Laurance's POV.
I was sitting on the couch talking to my best friend Garroth when I heard Y/N call me from the Kitchen.

"LAURANCE! COME MAKE COOKIES WITH ME AND KAWAII~CHAN!" She yelled

"COMING!" I yelled back to her

I got up and told Garroth I would be right back and headed for the kitchen. When I got there Kawaii~Chan was standing there placing some cookie dough on a pan and Y/N placing one in the oven.

She looked up to see I was standing at the kitchen doorframe and said to me;

"Hey Laurance! C'mon! Help me make some cookies."

"Ok" I said and walked over to her. When I looked at the oven I noticed the temperature was abnormally high. I picked up the opened package of cookies and looked at the temperature it was supposed to be set at. The package read "350 degrees". My eyes widened at that and looked at the temperature on the stove again.

It read "430 degrees"

Oh my gosh.. I said in my head. I quickly ran to the stove to turn the temperature down but it was too late. And the unexpected happened

The stove went up in flames

I quickly grabbed the convenient fire extinguisher from the wall and started putting the fire out while Y/N and Kawaii~Chan were screaming their heads off running around like crazy people. The flames went out and I sighed in relief. The girls did as well. At that moment everyone from the living room ran in and started bombarding us with questions. I summed it all up and answered their questions in a simple six words.

"The stove went up in flames."

They all had mixed expressions of confusion, horror, shocked, etc. I told them that it was alright and that I put the fire out. They all sighed in relief just as I did and walked back to where they were before.

I turned around to see Y/N walking up to me and she looked a bit sad.

"Hey Y/N whats wrong?" I asked concern obvious in my tone

"It's my fault there was a fire.." she replied

"No it was an accident" I said while while caressing her cheek

"Really?"

"Yes" I don't know what came over me but i had the sudden urge to kiss her, so I did. Oh man the guys are gonna kill me if they find out. Oh well.

Y/N blushed furiously but finally gave in and then released. She was blushing madly while I was smirking.

"I-I gotta go.." she stuttered "I-I'll t-talk to you later." She ran through the kitchen and out the door. I'm starting to think if that was the best decision. All of a sudden, Garroth comes walking in the kitchen and waves to me.

"Hey Laurance, what was that about?" He asked questioningly

"Oh i-it was nothing Y/N just put the temperature too high and it went from there."

"Oh, then why did she just sprint out of the house?"

"U-um she said she had to go and that she would talk to us later, Yeah! So uh lets go back to watching some TV huh?" I asked trying desperately to change the subject

Garroth narrowed his eyes at me as if he knew that wasn't the answer, i bit my lip and looked frantically around the room. Then he shrugged and said

"Yeah ok lets go"

Wow that was nerve wracking.. I sighed in relief and followed him out of the kitchen.
