Madison's(Grace, aka me) POV

It's been three weeks since the party. I've revealed my true name. I'm at my house, in MyStreet. Jake doesn't call. No word from him. I miss him, as a friend. I'm reading a book. Then, Zane knocks on my door. "Hey! It's me, Zane! Cadenza told me to come up here! Can you let me in?" He asks. I place my book down and walk over to the door. Right before I place my hand on the door knob, I see something. My heart pounds. I shiver. It was her...the ghost. "AHHHHH!" I scream out of instinct. "MADISON?!?" Zane yells and barges in. I see it again and this time I jump. Cadenza walks to my door. "Madison, for the tenth time, there is no ghost." She says. Just then, I see something stride across the room. I feel my heart pounding out of my chest and i shiver. I look over at Cadenza. Her face is pale. "NEVERMIND!" She says. I look at Zane. "Oh great! Hey! HEY!" Zane yells, staring directly at nothing. Then I see the swinging motion of a head turning, facing Zane. "Can you leave them alone?" He asks. "Zane! You think I haven't tried that?!?" I ask. "Huh? How long has the ghost been in the house?" He asks. "Well, I've been living here for two years, and there has NEVER been a ghost. Then, my fourth year living here, Madison moved in. That was two weeks ago. And ever since then...I've heard her talking about a ghost." Cadenza says. "It wasn't here before?" Zane asks. "DO YOU THINK GHOSTS HAUNT A HOUSE?!?" I ask him. "Kinda..." He says. "Ghosts find people with a bright aura and follow them, hoping the person will help, because the ghosts are too scared to move on and die. I guess I have that aura. These ghosts have probably been following me since I was born, or since I was two. They've followed me to school, yes, there's two. They've followed me on vacation, basically anywhere." I say. They look at me in shock. "So...they have been following you?" Cadenza asks. "They're completely harmless. Just creepy." I say. "Yeah..." Zane says. "Cadenza, do you want me to move? I mean, they won't ever come and bother you or follow you, but I understand completely." I say. "If they're harmless, then you can stay." She says. "Thank you!" I say. Cadenza nods and heads back downstairs. Zane walks in and shuts the door. "Zane...how come your not scared?" I ask him. "Because I'm not alone." He says and kisses me. I kiss back. He pulls away. We sit and talk for a while.
