David's P.O.V.

I was in my carriage dreading my first day of school at Mystor. I knew all Royals were welcome but I was different. I'm human but I have strange magical powers. I made a small magical light in my hand. I made it vanish as the carriage pulled up to the school. I was afraid. "Hey David. Don't worry you're gonna do great," The coachman said. "Thank you," I said. I gathered my luggage and exited the carriage. 

I walked into the school still a little stressed. I saw many Princes and Princesses chatting around campus. They all looked so normal though some of them were centaurs,elves,fairies,etc. I felt so out of place. "Hello," Someone said. I jumped. "Hi," The person said they looked like someone familiar. "How are you?" The person asked. "Fine? Do I know you?" I asked. "Yeah. 'Prince' of the East," The person said. "Wait. Sam? Why do you look like a girl?" I said. "Well I feel more like a girl than a boy and I go by Sarah now," Sam or I guess Sarah said. "Are your parents okay with this?" I asked. "Not in the slightest. They sent me here to be a better prince. But they don't know I sighed up for classes mainly tipped towards princesses," Sarah said. I chuckled and said "You are sneaky good miss,". "I know," Sarah said. "Are you taking magic classes?" Sarah asked. "W-well. Um," I said struggling with the words. "I'll take that as a yes," Sarah said. I sighed.
