We've all seen people who go to art galleries and spend hours there, looking at each painting. Maybe stopping at one painting and just looking at it, but what are they doing, really? Of course they wouldn't go up to Mona Lisa and stare at her because shes beautiful, because shes actually not. But than what are they looking at? Those people aren't only looking at the way the painting looks, their looking at its deeper meaning. Asking questions about the meaning behind the painting, what the author was thinking when painting, or even if each brush stroke had a reason or was plainly by accident. 

By why was this example brought up? The reason is simple. In this world, many of us are only focused on form. How pretty someone is, the curves they have, their clothing, but how many times have we tried to look deeper than their physical feature to the whats on the inside? It's the same thing when discussing a mountain or ocean. Some people might look at the mountains and oceans and just look at it once and say 'oh its just a mountain or ocean' but other people will look at the mountain and look at its deeper meaning and look at the ocean and look past its physical feature. 

Humans seem to have become people who forget about meaning and only look at form nowadays. An example of this  is a that you have to go somewhere. You have to be there on time so start driving towards the location when you see a beautiful street sign. You stop your car and look at this beautiful, shining and covered with gold. You spend hours looking at this street sign, meanwhile the place you had to be is written on the street sign. This is a reality of what we have become and it's something we must pay more attention to.
