For me, this cover has some small areas of interest. The World/Moon in the background and fog lends itself towards mystique. What I think needs some attention is that we can barely see your name there. Next, I think that if I saw this cover on a shelf I would think it is some other genre than SciFi. Over all the art work good so cannot pull any on this. So, is there is room for improvement , it would be to maybe bring out the object in the background a touch more and let us see the Areas that are hinted at in Your Story!

Title:

This title goes well with the cover, but again does not lead me to think of any SciFi items. I am sure once the story gets into full swing that will become evident. What I do like, however, is the feeling of melancholy and isolation it brings. And when you couple that with your, cover it is very good.

Description:

Now we are getting somewhere! This is a very nice description. Short and simple and gets me involved and makes me want to find out more about Sierra and what is her life. However, once again, the Science Fiction portion is missing. Also, while grammatically perfect, your first sentence seems to be just too much. Most people would look at it and get all bent. Do not get me wrong, I love a perfect sentence, and it is one, but for a better flow maybe, break it into several? It's just a thought.

Beginning:

Over all I like the direction your story is going. And, you are laying some great groundwork. Your grammar, again, is spotty. Once you give it a good edit you will see the minor foibles. However, the flow and structure really needs a bit of work. Also, a very major issue is fact checking. The Cerebral Palsy, while very sad and a good idea for your tragic hero, needs to be diagnosed by MRI, EEG, or PET scan. I am not pointing this out to be mean. I am pointing this out, because it is such an integral portion of your hero that I want it to ring very true.
