Description: I love how the description goes from simple to really mysterious. The vocabulary and the grammar are perfect. Even though the main character has been mentioned as a classic mean girl of her school, we know that this book will take a much different turn than expected. As a reader, this description would definitely make us want to read the book.

Beginning: The quote at the starting definitely catches one's attention as a reader. The fact that the main character doesn't act herself in front of others definitely makes us feel sorry for her. She has quite an interesting personality too. The book starts with a mystery that many of us are unable to solve. This book definitely started out with a bang.

Plot: This book is wild from the start to the end. Every character represents their sin in a perfect way. When I started reading the book I liked all the characters but by the end, there was something about them that I despised. The villain of the story, Mara, was definitely one of the few characters who fascinated me. She was the perfect embodiment of a villain who's backstory and intentions would always leave one curious. Even though I knew what the ending would be, I was still shocked when I read about what happened to the victim. The murderer was very unexpected, showing us that the ones we trust the most could backstab us to get what they want the most. Every character turned out to be broken in some way or the other. I had mixed feelings about every character and was confused about whether too like them or not. As much as I loved the story, I felt that the sentences could have been shortened. The writing style was beautiful and I liked the flow of words but long sentences were a little unnecessary. They confuse you as a reader causing you to either skip or reread the sentence which is quite unpleasant.
