Hey, @raphoenix23 ! Let's start your review in a specific order...

Cover: Classic collage with a good set of pictures and a well placed title. The fonts could've been more artistic but this i pretty good, too. For this you get 0.8/1.

Title: Liquid Courage: The courage you get after drinking alcohol. Unless there's another meaning to it I'm not aware of, this part is quite enough. I don't understand the Brave part that follows. How Liquid Courage is relevant to the story and how things pan out post what is expected to be a drunk night is definitely a thought provoking question, so I'm inclined to give this book a go as a reader. For this you get 0.9/1.

Description: I like the semi-sarcastic introduction to Alexandria. The short but on point description gives a pretty good idea of the plot as well as the confusion about to brew in Alexandria's life. The vocabulary use could have been on a slightly higher side but the style of writing is enough to overshadow that. Does what a description should - pull crowds. For this you get 0.9/1.

Beginning: The beginning is a banger. Nothing extraordinary but causes curiosity from the first line itself. I sense Alexandria to be a strong character. The word flow and the sentence flow is good. The meaning and idea behind using BRAVE in the title now becomes clear as I read on. The language is a bit casual, but you don't go around sprouting complex words in daily life so this is decent. You have written the events very well, making them appear natural rather than planted. This also means that the plot you have is well paced. The plot at times looks a tad bit monotonous and lacks that rip-rollicking edge of the seat mysteries, but that is not at all mandatory for your genre. One thing I'd like you to work on is being descriptive. As you might know, the best books are ones that you can visualize like a movie. Your book leaves me with too much information to cook up in my head to be able to perfectly visualize it. You seem to pick up on it from the fourth chapter - like comparing silence to the hissing of machines. But then there's a bit of flak again. Also, I don't know how any of your characters look like. I don't know how their houses or their surroundings look like. With a book, you create an alter-reality. Therefore it is very important you plant everything very well in this new universe for people to be stuck in it forever and make it feel like an abyss. That is the beauty of books. And you can do it. So good luck. For this you get 1.85/2. Kudos!

Your total score is: 4.45/5.
