Cover: speaking frankly this cover is good and attractive but it don't suit the story. Seeing this cover the first perception I got is that this book is of some writing contest not a story of a couple.I think you can add more in it making it apt cover.

Sentence formation:I felt that you have tried to make sentence complex and professional but many a time this has lead to wrongly formed sentence. While reading this book I felt wrong use of word at place of other.
For example in a sentence you have used call him, but I think ask him would have been more suitable instead.
I think you should reread your book by your own and you will also find some wrongly formed sentence working on which you can really give this a book a professional touch.
