To begin with, the "introduction" part was the length of a full chapter and described much of the things that should have been part of the prologue. The summary was short and vague, leaving the reader with only the first chapter to get an idea on what was going to happen. (Which should have been briefly explained in an introduction.)

Details ~ 4/5

The author did a good job with describing the sights and sounds of their world. However, some of the details were unnecessary, like describing the appearance of a bystander who a character had no interaction nor interest with.

Character Development ~ 3.5/5

The characters seemed distinct enough at first glance, but as the story moved on, the setting changes distracted a lot from what everyone was doing. Along with that, some characters just didn't have enough "screen time" to get a hold of their personalities.

Grammar ~ 2/5

The comma usage was excessive when they weren't needed, and misplaced when they were. It made the sentences more difficult to read, which took away from the storyline.

Plot ~ 4/5

Even though it took a while to pick up, the plot was evident. The author did well with creating different timelines with corresponding events that all matched up. However, not much happened in each chapter, as long as they were.

Notes: The chapters were incredibly longer than normal. I would suggest splitting each chapter at a cliffhanging or winding down scene.
