With each hour that I was helping David to stop Dylan from killing humans, I was also lying to my friends Annie and Mandy about what was happening.
Every night I had to sneak out just to help David.
Dylan was starting to get wary of me.
" Where are you going?" Dylan says.
" I am going on a walk." I say.
" This late at night?" He says.

" Yes. Because I couldn't sleep." I say a bit nervous.
" You honestly think I would fall for that." He says.
" Yes I do." I say stepping back a little.
" Dawn. Where have you been really going to?" He says.
" Like I said, on a walk." I say.
He grinned.

" What are you smiling about?" I say.
" Dawn. I already know your little secret." He says.
" Shit. He found out." I thought.
" Just to make things clear. I will be taking you prisoner." He says.
" What? No way are you taking me prisoner." I say.
" Dawn. Please tell me why would you side with the enemy?" He says taking a step forward.
" No. Dylan. You're the one who's the enemy." I say.

" You really think that David and you can stop me? With just the two of you?" He says grinning.
" Yes. I know we can." I say.
" Well so be it. See if you can stop me by the lake next to the castle in three days." He says.
" What are you planning to do by the lake?" I say.
" You'll see soon enough." He says before disappearing into the shadows of the castle's hallways.
I shook my head and continued towards the meeting place.
But on the way there, I heard a noise  from behind me.
I jumped and turned around quickly.

"Relax. We're to help you." Lucy says.
I grinned when I saw Mandy, Annie and Lucy standing there.
" It's so great to see you guys are safe." I say before we went into a group hug.

Once we let go of each other, Mandy says " So what now?"
" Yeah what now" Annie says.
" Well now we try to stop Dylan together with David." I say grinning for the second to last time in my life.
