" Dawn. I think you should know something about your mom." Dylan says.
" What is it?" Dawn says.
" Your mom kept a journal here in the castle. My dad had found it in her bedroom when she disappeared. He kept it in his desk. I found it one day when I was 9. I didn't know who she was at the time. My dad didn't tell me who she was until now." Dylan says.

Dylan walks over to the desk and pulls out a journal. The journal was worn out after years of being used. The journal had a band around it so it couldn't bend the pages.
Dylan hands her the journal.

" I think you should have it. I mean after all, it was your mom's journal." He says.
" I can't believe I get to find out what happened to my mom." Dawn says.
Dawn smiles.

Dawn sits down at the desk and opens the journal.
Dylan sits down next to her. Annie and Mandy walk in. " What's going on?" Mandy says.
Dylan turns around and says " we're reading Dawn's mom journal."
Annie and Mandy sit down next to Dawn.
In the journal, one of the entries says:
May 22nd, 1999

Dear journal,
I met a man today in the woods. He was tall and had jet black hair. He had amazing brown eyes. He wore a blue jacket with black jeans and shoes. I had sat down by one the old trees and was crying. He had asked me what was wrong and I told him everything. He wiped my tears away as if they were nothing. Then he smiled at me. I knew right then that he was an angel and the man I fell in love with.
