Book: The Permutation by SaintCole

Let's start off with the Cover and Title, its a full 5 overall for me because the title give you a sense of mystery and excitement, and the cover is well made. The description was nice and brief.

The pace of the book isn't too fast, but even after 5 chapters I was still pretty confused. But at the end of the chapter kept me wanting more and more from it, which is good as I can tell why people always await another update. The editing is good, but in the first chapter......there was a mixup with the fonts. Now don't get me wrong, if you know you made a mistake, that's great. But, don't leave it, especially for competitions like these. At least make the effort to change your mistake and change the fonts for the character names instead of confusing your readers!

Grammar was not a large issue in this story. In fact, I have to commend the writer as he/she's knowledge of words and vocabulary is profound! Very well written indeed. There were a couple of issues with the quoting of the dialogue, but it a wasn't constant mistake. As I said, the first chapter of the story character changes were very confusing, and I am still not very happy that they didn't change it. But the chapters are definitely interesting, and goes on for a perfect amount of time as well.

It is a fresh, new idea. I don't usually read books like this so I don't know how common this type of story is, but for what its worth I love where the story is taken place. The imagery in here is amazing, and it is a unique idea based on my knowledge. The characters and their roles in the story is again well written, and makes the story even more interesting to read. The story can be easily related to as some of the characters, actually most I dare say, all go through hardships. Bullying, loss and even loneliness; every human being who has been through at least 7 years of school life has all experienced one of these things.

The characters are my favorites, I have fell in love with all of them. They all have their reasons to live the way they do, and its no surprise that they all live through the same hardships. Sad, but that what makes your readers attached to them. And the characters you hate, you hate. It all fits in.
