First off, may I just say I LOVE the cover and title. Your summary is one of the best in writing I've seen, but the brackets around it are a bit odd and it has some grammatical issues. I found it a bit slow and off-organized. After two story chapters in, I found a page calling itself the prologue. Then it jumped to nine months later! I was a bit drawn in but the story moves kind of slow. Grammar was well done. I like your writing style. Scene transitions were a bit confusing at times but overall good. The story is creative, somewhat similar to other stories I've read. It doesn't seem to be cliched. I can see how it could be relatable to someone with anxiety. It is somewhat unique. I was confused with the characters. There seems to be a lot of extended family, friends, etc. The author makes it clear, multiple times, that the characters are confusing. Main characters have depth. Your main characters are good, but you need to kill your darlings. You have way too many extra characters. If you would just fix the off-organization and kill your darlings, this would be a good story.
