The cover was simple yet elegant. Title has been used for other books. It did go a bit slow, but it drew me in. Your grammar and spelling was bad, I'm not going to sugarcoat it, and I'm easily distracted by bad spelling, so I was annoyed a bit. I loved the style, however scene transitions were a bit shaky. I was confused about the setting, it seems like either a paranormal version of the real world or an extremely racist version of the real world. It was a bit cliche. The characters were done well. Overall, I would say this is a good book, with more room for improvement. My advice to the writer would be to edit for grammar, or get someone else to do it for you, and make things a little clearer.
