Y/n's POV

'How many years has it been?'

I ponder this in my head for a long time. Year after year I'm in this ally either eating trash or nothing at all. I'm close to 19 now but I don't even care about that. I've almost forgotten when my birthday is. I tried to think back to when it is and scrunched my eyebrows in thought.

"Oh...that's right..it's today"a tiny smile came onto my face at my raspy voice.

"Are you alright?"I turned my head to see a handsome young man bending down beside me.

I couldn't keep my eyes open so slowly I fell asleep. The last thing I saw were beautiful red orbs shining in concern.

Time skip~

I awoke from my deep slumber and felt instead of dirty newspaper and rocks, a soft pillow. I examined where I was and realised I was in a small house. The same man appeared and smiled at me kindly. He brought a tray full of delicious food and water to me.

"Here eat up, I'm not the best cook but.."he stared in shock as u stuffed my mouth and gulped all the water down.

"Holy crap..."

I let out a breath after eating everything and smiled at him. He gave a wavering smile in return still in shock. He toke the tray and placed it in the sink before washing it.

"Excuse me"he hummed and turned to me while drying his hands.

"Why...did you save me?"he put the towel back and rolled his eyes.

"That's simple..."

He walked towards me and reached out. He caressed my cheek and leaned forward. My heart pounded rapidly and my cheeks grew hot.

"What kind of man would leave such a beautiful young woman out in a dark ally?"he purred dramatically.

"R-Right..wait! Beautiful?!!"my cheeks turned even hotter as I stood.

"I'm g-going to take a-a shower!"I stated before stomping off to wherever the bathroom was.

"It seems I've saved a clueless one at that"he sighed.

"I CAN HEAR YOU DUMB ASS!!"I yell from the bathroom.

A small giggle escaped my lips and for the first time I actually enjoyed my birthday.
