These are the apps I use

Okay so the first thing that I did for this cover was search up a background of a beach!

Like this one doesn't matter which one so just pick one you like

The second thing I do is search for a render I like to use deviant art for my renders!
I used this one as my render

The next thing that I do is go to my image sizing app and resize my background to be the proper wattpad size (when wattpad isn't being rude)
Like this make sure 512 x 800

Then we are ready to move onto the next step which is going into pics art and creating the cover

So first things first open pics art

Then once it's loaded click on the pink plus sign on the bottom of the screen

Once you do that you'll click edit and select your beach background that you resized using an image sizing app
The edit button is also pink

Then once you've don't those things the next step is to add your render by clicking on add photo in the bottom black bar which will be used a lot throughout this

Once you've done that and have selected the render from your camera roll you'll want to make the render bigger by zooming it in I guess I don't really know what to call it but make it cover up the majority of the beach background but don't zoom it in so much the render is getting parts cut off

It should look something like this

Once that step is done you're ready to begin decorating it with flowers and other tropical type things I'll show you how to do that next

You see that button called stickers click on that and search hibiscus and also search tropical and you'll get so many options

These are some of the ones you can use but to be honest it doesn't really matter so just pick some you like so that the cover is more you :)

The last one on the second row I places on the top and I can't remember where I put the other ones so just have fun with it and get creative!

Try not to cover up the render too much though!

Once you've got the cover looking how you want it to click on the arrow pointing to the right in the top right hand side it's white with a black arrow ⬇️

It will then take you to something that looks like this

Click save and it should save to your camera roll then we are ready to move onto putting the title!

For this you want to open phonto but before we even get into that you'll need to go to a website called dafont.com and once you're there save a cursive calligraphy font called sweet pea
This site has a search option so you can search it to make it easier to find then you'll want to click on it and download it using phonto

Once you do that you're ready to put the title on

Open phonto
Once it's opened it should look something like this

Click on the camera button and something like this should come up

Click on photo albums and select the cover we saved from pics art once you so that tap on the cover somewhere and something like this should come up

Tap on text and add what you want the title to be in this case it was summer Love once you do that you'll want to make you you're still on this thing so just click on the title you just made and it should come back and once you do click font and select sweet pea then make the title bigger by using the size option and I like to place my titles towards the bottom!

Then you have comepleted the cover! Make sure to have it by tapping in the bottom right hand corner in the box with the arrow sticking up and save your work!

If you want to filter it use Pixlr they have so many different options and you can control how much of the filter you want to show through.

I have never done a tutorial before so if anyone has any tips or something I should change please feel free to let me know and also I hope this has helped
