1. I am not satisfied with you "Accepted" response on my entry form. May I PM you and double check. 

No, if you are not satisfied there are two other places to check. "Accepted Entries" chapter and our Participants reading list. We also add the book in an excel spread sheet which is utilised by all the judges. 

There you go, you have triple-checked.

2. Why is my book not accepted? 

There could be two reasons: 1) We haven't gotten around to look at your entry form. If so, give us some time -like a few days actually. 2) You are rejected. 

3. Why is my book rejected? 

Again, two reason: 1) You filled the form incorrectly and in the wrong spot. 2) You failed to follow one of the 10 required rules. Check the "Rejected Entries" chapter for more details. 

4. Once entered, could I be disqualified? 

Yes. If you are rude or bribing the judge, you will be automatically disqualified. If you fail to follow one of the 10 required rules during the awards running months, you will be automatically disqualified. 

We believe it's obvious by now. Rules are important and if you fail, you are out. 

5. Will I be notified if disqualified? 

Yes and No. It honestly depends on what grounds you are disqualified. If you haven't done anything wrong but we had to disqualify your entry, we will PM you and give you the explanation. If you have clearly done something wrong, than you obviously know it without us having to let you know. 

6. How will be I know I am disqualified if I do not receive a PM? 

Wait until after the judging is over. We will publish all the judge's notes and reviews. If your review is missing, there you go. Take the subtle hint and leave it at that. Don't come fighting with us. 

7. When will the prizes be announced? 

Again, check the "Important Notice" chapter to stay up to date with what is coming and when. 

8. I want to use the participant sticker but don't know how to. Can you help me? 

Yes. Just shoot us a PM with img.url of your book cover and we will respond back with the sticker on your cover.
