Shannon's time on the countryside had been relaxing her country neighbors were weird but fun, she had been surprised to learn that Harry Potter had also gone to a boarding school of sorts, a reformatory according to what the Dursleys were saying her parents kept saying that it was a white lie for saying they abandoned him in an orphanage. Shannon found this hard to believe, as much as they despised the kid they took him in anyway why send him away now? it made more sense if he had escaped. But something didn't add up to Shannon as she entered the halls of Stonewall High.

It didn't take long for Shannon to find her friends, Maddie was already looking for her classroom while Alfred was running thinking he was late. 

"So I heard the Dursleys sent Harry away so he is not going to school with us" Maddie said.

"But why would they send him away now why not before, and is the correction school rumor true?" Shannon said expressing her concerns.

"I don't know but they surely took him out of town very early in the morning, they were headed for London" Alfie said.

"London what kind of corrective school is there in London? something isn't right here" Shannon said.

"Ask him when he comes back for the holidays, if he comes back, my cousin's friend got sent to one of those schools and it wasn't pretty" Alfie said.

"Oh come on it's just a school people won't be out right try to murder him, and he lived in a house with Dudley Dursley if someone can survive that they can survive anything" Maddie said. 

"So, what classes do you have today, I have history, science, math and litterature" Shannon said.

"I have Gym class and art but I have litterature towards the end of the day" Maddie said.

"So I'll head to history class then" Shannon said.

She arrived to the classroom early waiting for the lesson the teacher got into the classroom  the teacher wrote his name on the board as well as some strange symbols.

"This are runes used by the Celts, Vikings and Druids cultures that came from what we know today as Norway to the british islands, often confused with one another they were quite different" The teacher began.

"Oh they were the ones with big horned helmets and giant swords?" one kid asked.

"Were they the ones who made magic wands and spells with those symbols" another kid asked.

"They couldn't actually do magic, don't be silly, but they did have a special conection and respect for nature, and they did practice special dances and rituals"The teacher replied

Just like her dad always finding the practical and logical truth Diana thought through out the rest of the lesson, but unlike her father he didn't make the real story particularly interesting either. She remembered the mythical creatures she saw on the walls of the Scammander home during the summer, far more exciting, and the stories Rolf and Gryphus would tell about them, if only her teachers were like that.

As the school year went by Shannon enjoyed her science classes and field trips the most, going outside was wonderful. She enjoys litterature as well. 

She was surprised when Harry didn't go back to Privet Drive on christmas, the only weird thing that happened was an owl pestering the house, probably looking for food, the thought of the Dursley's just abandoning the kid started to become more apparent, however surprise came in June when the Dursleys came with Harry on their car.

"So the mystery boy has come back huh?" Alfie said.

"I say he looks rather happy don't you think? are correctional schools better than life with the Dursleys?" Maddie asked.

"I am not sure, I mean a dorm room there has to be more spaceful than a cupboard but ..." Alfie began.

"His lenses" Shannon began.

" what about his lenses? Alfie asked.

"They're fixed" Shannon remarked.

"and?" Alfie asked again.

"how would he get them fixed in correctional if anything they would be even more broken" Shannon said.

"So you don't think he went to a correctional" Maddie said.

"No, I am not sure where he went, but clearly not a place full of delinquents" Shannon said.
