So Hideous

"Come on Martha, stop hiding indoors and try to get out atleast play with me and the others!" Lunn tells her sympathetically.

"Ok here, Lunn says as she bends under the bed to remove a small dark brown chess board from one of the small keep-boxes that she had given Martha for her birthay. Lets play chess" Martha doesn't say a word or even burge to do what is asked of her because today, like yesterday and the days before, is one of those hard wierd days for her.

Though she loves Lunn dearly, She actually pretends she hasnt heard a thing, continues to adjust her headsets and sinks in to the music throbbing through her ears. Lunn hesitantly gets up to leave hoping that atleast she would stop her today and ask her to stay so they can play but instead she gets the same everyday reaction from Martha. Completely ignored.

After she leaves, Martha pulls out her purple coloured diary and scribbles some thing down, closes it and slips it under her almost fading green pillow, the only possession she was able to save from the fire and hugs it tightly.  She sits there all alone in her small bed just enough to fit her skeptical tiny flame. After a while, she decides she wants to take a nap so she takes her headsets off and lays down.

Ever since that night she was saved from the fire which claimed both her parents and little sister on her account, she has chosen to live an isolated life though its been almost 3years now. To her defence, she says she feels so awful she can never forgive herself for that night though kno one really knows what really happened, not even the psychiatric they hired her to see whom she stopped seeing longtym ago claiming it wasnt of any help.

Lunn, was the only person she trusted even though the incident had badly stirred things up between them but stil she always talked her when she was in the right moods and Lunn too knew when not to prude.

Ok. Have been a member of wattpad since 2013 but never got any courage to write up somthing of my own.
