"I can't breathe"

George pleaded multiple times but his oppressor didn't hear.
But then afterwards, many people, hundreds, thousands of them, came forward and made their voices heard. It might arguably be the biggest movement witnessed in our lifetime.

May George Floyd and other victims rest in peace.

Now, I must raise a voice on my nation, my people.

You may already know from this book that military coup occurred in Myanmar on Feb 1st. Military cops have beaten and detained peaceful protestors. They have kidnapped CDM doctors and teachers at night. They have violated women and children. They have taken the lives of many innocent people by using their weapons.

Now, they are doing, in my opinion, the ugliest action they have ever done.

We have heard of polices (not all polices here ofc, not generalising) beating protestors and corrupted government violated people's rights.

But, Myanmar military chiefs, they have used COVID as a weapon against their own people! Oxygen factories are forced to stop by the chiefs while COVID is really serious at the moment. Everybody is in need of oxygen, even those military supporters. (They obviously don't even care for their supporters) 

Many have died due to lack of oxygen.
They shouldn't have died.
They would have lived if they just got oxygen.

Many people, my people, died because they couldn't breathe and it is also choking me, inside.

We can't breathe...

Violating the peaceful protestors is one thing

but this is beyond evil and wicked towards patients who need medical supplements.

They are choking us to death. We can't breathe. They won't listen to our cries.

So, please, join us and make our voices heard. We can't pressure them alone but with your help and many other help from different countries, we will.

I have already lost my neighbours and friends because of lack of oxygen.
And as I was writing this on Wattpad, I can hear the ambulance sirens regularly.

I don't want to lose anyone more.
