Cody's POV
"I saw him." I whispered over to Patrick since it was only us two at the lunch table, for now.

"Saw who?" Patrick asked rolling his eyes before eating some of his potatoes.

"Don't act dumb." I said huffing and he raised an eyebrow chewing then swallowed.

"So I'm suppose to know what male your talking about when their is more males on the world than I can count my body parts?" he asked and I shivered at that thought feeling like I was going to gag.

"Don't say that." I said shaking my head as he smirked. "I saw Logan." I finally said.

"So?" he blinked

"Soooo, I haven't seen him for a very long time." I glared.

"And? This is high school. Your not gonna see or notice every face of a student that goes here." he said making me roll my eyes then began to tell him what happened.

"What are you two talking about?" I jumped at the voice and turned to see none other then Logan's twin, Lance.

"Hey Lancey boy." I said grinning and patted a seat next to me.

"Don't ever call me that again." Lance made a disgusted face and I huffed as he walked to the another side of the table sitting across from me. "So once again, what are you two talking about? I'd love to know." he said resting his chin on his hands smirking.

"Why? Besides you wouldn't sit next to-"

"Cody saw Logan, his little crush." Patrick said and I choked on air making them both glance at me.

"Cru-Crush?" I coughed. "More like brother!" I said slapping Patrick on the back earning a glare from him.

"Yeah yeah, so what about my brother?" Lance asked narrowing his eyes at me.

"I just...saw him." I shrugged.

"And didn't say anything to him." Patrick snorted making it my turn to glare at him.

"You two fight like a married couple." Lance rolled his eyes and I gagged.

"Why do you people keep shipping me to guys?" I huffed.

"What's wrong with being gay?" I heard a voice say once again making me jump.

I turned to see Darby and Howie standing next to me. Howie was the first to sit down, a seat away from me while Darby took the seat next to
me.

"Uh um, I never said there was?" I said shrugging as Darby rolled his eyes at me. "Anyways;" I said clearing my throat to try to shake off the awkwardness. "Who has plans this week?"

"Besides school and church on Sunday, nothing." Patrick said glancing at me as Meg soon sat at the table.

I sent her a suggestive look and glanced at Patrick then back at her wiggling my eyebrows smirking. Her cheeks went pink and Patrick glanced at her making her shove food in her face. I shook my head smiling and rolled my eyes.

"How about you coming over to see Logan." Lance spoke up as I was about to eat and began to choke on my tater tots spitting it out eventually.

"Ew." Darby said scooting away then pushing Howie over to the next, I shot him a glare.

"Can't do that." I said now looking at Lance.

"Sounds like won't do that, not can't." Pieper said taking the seat Darby once sat at.

"Pieper's right." Darby said while eating his cheese burger and I made a face.

"Dude." I said and he started eating with his mouth open earning a karate chop to the head by Piper, who clearly was annoyed.

"So anyways, just go over to see Logan. If things backfire say you came over to play video games with Lance, simple." Piper said before eating.

"Aww...do I have to hold your hand the whole way?" Lance asked in a baby voice before smirking and I glared.

"No, actually I'll be doing that since I'll be going." Patrick said and everyone glanced at him.

"You will?" I asked quickly turning in his direction.

"Yeah, just so it won't be too obvious on the real reason why your there." Patrick said and I hugged him.

"Your a life saver bro." I said patting his back.

"Hands off." Patrick said taking my arms from around him and I pouted as our friends laughed.

School had ended and our normal group to walk home after school together was of course Howie, Meg, Patrick and I. But today their was no Meg, she had to do something in the gym is all I remember. So it was just Howie, Patrick and I. Today was different though and not because Meg wasn't here, but because I was going to head to Lance's place to see Logan- secretly see him but he won't know that. Howie wouldn't be joining us though, he has a project to help his little sister with.

"So how is this all going to go?" Howie asked as we walked and I shrugged glancing at Patrick who rolled his eyes.

"Simple, if Logan opens the door we greet him and say we came over to play video games with his brother. Make eye contact and then go upstairs to Lance's room. Then we play video games and maybe Cody can sneak to where Logan is a couple of times and try to talk to him." Patrick said and Howie nodded.

"Sounds like a good plan." I said grinning and Patrick rolled his eyes at me once again.

"That's because I thought of it." Patrick said and it was my turn to roll my eyes.

"Well good luck with that you two, see ya." Howie said waving at us then left to the direction to his house as we kept going straight before making a left.

We soon walked up to probably the biggest house on this book at least. It stood tall in the middle of two other houses. I gulped staring up at it as Patrick was already walking up the stairs. I quickly followed, soon Patrick and I were side by side standing in front of the door. I took a deep breath letting it out before ringing the doorbell. Patrick decided to knock a few times and the door soon opened to show Lance with no shirt on and a towel laying over his shoulders.

"Really dude." I said as he smirked drying his hair.

"Sorry just took a shower." Lance said and Patrick rolled his eyes about to walk in which I followed but Lance stopped us. "Logan isn't here, he left somewhere earlier."

My shoulders dropped and I sighed. Well Patrick and I had walked the whole way here for nothing. Patrick though on the other hand had shrugged and pushed his arm out the way. I blinked at him as he walked in and so did Lance. Lance soon turned to me.

"Wait, so you guys really did come to play video games with me?" Lance asked his eyes slightly wide. I glanced around before deciding to go along with it and nodded. "Oh." is all he said and I nodded again before walking in.

I followed Patrick up the stairs to Lance's room. When Lance finally joined us we all decided to play Mario on the Wii U. It got competitive with Patrick liking to throw me down where their was no ground or where their was lava. And Lance liking to jump on the flag pole before everyone.

"Loser gets snacks!" Lance yelled and I shot him a glare as he pushed me off the edge.

"Guess we know who's getting snacks." Patrick said smirking and I shot him a glare also as I stood up from the bed.

"Get me a cola and craaaackers!" Lance sung making me roll my eyes as I headed to the door.

"Don't forget the peanut butter and bread. And I want a spirte." Patrick said pausing the game as he threw Lance into the lava, making Lance grumble.

"Yeah yeah." I said waving my hand leaving the room.

I headed down the steps and made a left to the kitchen. I heard rustling in the kitchen and assumed Lance's mom was in there or maybe his dad. I walked in and my eyes slowly widen. Logan turned around and his brown eyes were soon as wide as mine. The refrigerator door closed gently as we stood there staring at each other. The carton of milk he had in his hand dropped onto the floor and milk spilled out.
