"May I come in?" Sarang inquired politely as she knocked on the door. Once she got the positive response, she made her way inside.

"Oh! I'm glad you're here!" Yoongi exclaimed with a smile. He extended his hand, signalling Sarang to take a seat across from him.

"Why did you call me?" Sarang queried as she made her way and sat on the chair. As soon as he was questioned, Yoongi's face became serious.

"The results are here and we have good news. We can start with the photo shoot of our night cream." Yoongi opened a drawer on his left and pulled out a black file before closing it again. He passed it to Sarang and informed, "I need you to pass this on to Jungkook. I would have come myself. But last time he had asked me to start proceeding with the marketing of our new product. I need to set a meeting with my team and decide on some important things so I can brief Jungkook about everything."

Yoongi continued to stare at Sarang, who was oddly silent. She would have responded right away. However, it appeared like her mind was wandering and the girl was present just physically.

"What happened?" He asked cautiously, earning a shake of the head from the assistant.

"Boss isn't here today. What's going on? It's usually just one day when he remains unavailable for the whole day. And he had informed us back in the past about 1st September. However, I still can't reach him and I'm not even sure why he isn't here today." Sarang began breathing calmly once she ended her monologue and glanced at Yoongi with hopeful eyes as if she expected some answers.

The girl was aware that Yoongi and Jungkook didn't just have a professional relationship. They were somehow related. Though none of them ever revealed how they were related, Yoongi just mentioned once to Sarang that he was related to Jungkook and he really respected him and cared for him dearly.

Yoongi might be five years older than Jungkook. He still respected Jungkook's hard work.

Jungkook took up the company just three years back. Until then, his father was the CEO of the company. Sarang got this job just two months before the elder Jeon retired. Since Jungkook's father was worried for his son, he had personally asked his assistant- Yoongi, to train Sarang.

That was how Sarang was trained to assist Jungkook and since then there was no going back. Though her patience was tested multiple times, she handled everything well with time and with Yoongi's guidance.

Later on, Yoongi was made Marketing head. Jungkook's father didn't want Yoongi's talent to go to waste. Hence, he gave Yoongi one of the important roles in the company.

Initially, Sarang thought that Yoongi was a strict man. But with time, she was proved wrong. He began treating Sarang as his sister and he began behaving nicely with her. And since then, Sarang's journey in "Areum Cosmetics Company" made Yoongi's life better.

Yoongi wouldn't ever deny the fact but he was lucky to have a friend like Sarang, who took the place of a sister in his heart. That void in his heart was filled by Sarang, and he would proudly show off this lovely bond to the world. They might not be related by blood, but their love was no less.

"Oppa?" Sarang called the elder lovingly, pulling him out of his thoughts.

After a little pause and an intense staring contest between the two, Yoongi finally responded.

"Oh, sorry! That's strange. I don't know why he took one more off. It seems like I'll have to ask Mr. Jeon or Taehyung. It could be possible that he is unwell." Yoongi responded to Sarang with a calm face. However, his eyebrows furrowed as he began pondering why the CEO decided to take another leave without informing anyone at the office.

"I don't know how to respond to the calls," Sarang expressed with a sigh and it made Yoongi more worried.

Jungkook would get in touch with Yoongi atleast on 1st September, not as the latter's supervisor but as a family. This time he didn't even call or inform about anything. It was surely strange.

Sarang raised to her feet and held the file in her hand. "Okay then! I'll place this file in his office." She sighed and waved at Yoongi with a pout. "See ya soon!" She exclaimed cutely and turned her heels.

"Sarang!" Yoongi was quick to speak.

"Huh?" Sarang faced Yoongi again with a confused face. "What happened?"

"Give me the file. I'll visit his place and pass this file to him personally." Yoongi spoke with an unreadable face.

Sarang placed the file on the desk with a shrug. "Okay! If you say so. Please knock some senses in that cold man's brain that he should inform at least one of us. He is putting us in a tough situation." Her nose scrunched up and her brows furrowed at her words.

Yoongi chuckled at Sarang's irritated face. She looked like the red angry bird and her face was really funny to watch. He began over-analysing the situation of the young CEO a few minutes back, but Sarang successfully diverted his mind and put a smile on his face. "I will convey your regards." He stated with a wink.

Sarang's face flushed instantly as the lines on her forehead disappeared. Yoongi was aware of her little crush on their boss and he made sure to tease her all the time. It appeared like he shipped Jungkook and Sarang since the time the man took up the position of CEO.

"Whatever! I don't care... Bye!" Sarang exclaimed swiftly and rushed out of Yoongi's office, leaving him with his loud laughter.
