The day started like any ordinary day but for Percy and Annabeth it was one more day spent together. So naturally Percy took her down to the bottom of the lake in a bubble. Annabeth read a book while Percy had a "serious" conversation with a sunfish about their favorite types of sushi. meanwhile as Annabeth read she decided to start a conversation with Percy.
"So, you have already yelled to the camp and shouted to the city that you love me" she stated. Percy looked up at her and said,
"Yes I have because it's true I love you as if we have loved each other for forever." Annabeth had almost been brought to tears as he said that. Almost. Still, she had one more test.
"Than why don't you scream it to the world." she says, thinking she has won. But Percy leans over and whispers in her ear,
"I love Annabeth Chase." she tries to hide her confusion failing miserably, eventually asking,
"Why did you say it to me?"
He gives her his lopsided grin saying, "You are my world."
