Randhir was waiting for a cab ,he came out to buy some baby essentials

Just then Sanyukta's car halted in front of him

"Hey !" She said rolling the car's window down 

"Oh hi" he said

"Going home?" She asked

"Yes " he replied

"Get in I will drop you "She said nervously

"No it's ok ,I am waiting for my cab " he said

"Please" she chipped with hope

"Ok " he said and got into the car and sat beside her in the back seat

"How is your leg?" She asked

"I am ok now ,I can walk with the help of crutches" he said

She looked at his shopping bag "shopping ?" She asked

"To get some baby essentials " he said

"Oh " she said

"How is Sanra ?" She asked

"She is fine "he said

Then they spent few minutes in silence , Randhir was looking through the window and Sanyukta was looking at him ,she gripped his palm with trembling hands and he looked at her

She took his hand in her's and rested it on her lap and caressed it gently,he looked into her moist eyes

"All these shouldn't have happened,I am really sorry " she said

"It's ok ,we must move on from it " he said with an assuring smile

"Randhir ,Can we ever get back together? Only I know how much I miss you and Sanra" She said

"Whenever you feel like seeing Sanra ,you can always visit my home" he said

"And you ?" She asked and he kept mum , turning the opposite side

"My mom was trying to make me understand that I should get back to you but I denied it , because I was ashamed ,I wasn't ready to show my face to you .."

"Sanyukta " he interrupted her "You don't need to feel ashamed of anything ,you weren't aware of the truth at that time ,so it's not your fault" he said

"Then why didn't you even tried to call me all these days?" She asked

"When ever I try to talk to you ,you just end up saying sorry ,you would start apologising for all these things ,I don't want you to feel guilty any more" he said

"Can we just forget everything and just get back together again?"she asked with a hope

"Sanyukta ,I know you are asking me this because you are feeling guilty ,I don't want you to get married to me due to sympathy" he said

"It's not sympathy Randhir" she said

" if it's not sympathy then what is it?is it love ?" He asked and she became silent

"Sanyukta ,you never loved me ,you only loved R.J and whenever you call me by my name ,all these things play in my mind and it disturbs me ,I really love you but I don't think we are meant to be " He said

"Randhir please " she pleaded ,her eyes were watering

"I am sorry" he said looking away

Just then the car halted in front of his house .

He turned to her and wiped her tears.
"Take care " he said caressing her cheeks

"And never ever cry "he said before getting down from the car

He got off the car and smiled at the driver "good to see you Jones" he said to the driver

"Good to see you too Sir " he said bowing down

He went inside his room and saw baby Sanra in cradle making weird sounds , waving her arms and legs

"My baby" he said taking her in his arms rocking her a bit and hugged her

He came to the drawing room , carrying the baby and saw his mother sitting on the sofa with a tired face

"Are you okay Mumma ?" He asked

"I have to go to our Shop now but my back is paining ,I am not able to move" she said

"Where's papa?" He asked

"He is not well,he is resting in his room ,our shop is closed from yesterday so I thought to open the shop and address the customers for today " she said

"It's ok ,I will go to the shop ,you please take some rest " he said

"No it's ok beta,if you stay in the shop who will look after Sanra ?" She said

"I will take her with me "he said"you please take some rest" he said

After few minutes he left for their provisional store carrying Sanra

He sat on the chair ,soon some customers started visiting ,then he remembered that day when he said to his dad that he would never ever run a provisional store and smiled sadly ,may be this is what I deserve he thought

Later that night he reached home ,he was tired and Sanra was already asleep ,he made her sleep in her cradle and he dozed off to sleep

He woke up at the middle of the night to go to the washroom ,then he went near the cradle ,just to check upon her and was shocked to see her mouth foaming ,he took her in his arms patted her

"Sanra " he called

She wasn't responding ,he got scared and started Crying , His parents were not well and Niha is also not at home he called up  Shanaya and  they reached the hospital as soon as they could .

Just then Sanyukta reached there along with Karan and Maria

Sanyukta went and held  Randhir's​ hand

"What happened to her Randhir?" She asked Huffing,She was still in her night wear ,she ran​ to the hospital as soon as she came to know about Sanra's illness

"Her mouth was foaming ,she wasn't responding ,I am scared " he said with moist eyes , Sanyukta was  crying silently

"She will​ be fine " Shanaya said hugging Randhir, while the doctor was examining the baby

"She is fine , nothing to worry , actually it might be due to over feeding of formula milk, that's why her mouth was foaming ,There is nothing serious ,it's not such harmful but I suggest you to not to feed her more formula milk ,prefer mother's milk instead" he said

"Thank​ you doctor" Randhir Said and Sanyukta thought that it's all because of her

"She will be fine in few hours" He said assuring Randhir "you can take her home" he said

They came out of the hospital and got into Shanaya's car , Randhir was holding the baby close to his heart

"Can I hold the baby once " Sanyukta asked ,who was standing outside their car

"Yes ,sure " Randhir said giving her Sanra

She held her close to her heart and caressed her small head , sanyukta's eyes were watering ,she felt she is the worst mother

"Sanyukta if you want ,you can take her with you " Randhir said genuinely

Sanyukta felt that it's wrong to separate Sanra from Randhir

Then she gave back Sanra to Randhir "no " she said nodding negatively

"I don't deserve her" she said
