Ok this happened on June. But I was going to school and I forgot about it, until now. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯

I herd laughing from my TV(it was turned off, btw) when I was  looking outside the window, so it could stop raining hard (also, so I could get to school) . Then I heard it.

It sounded like it was glitching ( ´~｀)
