So many people
Have always had everything simple
Studying
Good health
Found a spouse in their 20s
Happily married with kids

While others can barely keep
Their heads above water
Fighting for easy
An easy that never came

When unique and different
Meant alien
When looking alike, the same, identical
Was beautiful
When being a boobless stick figure
Was sexy
But curves, full figured, very tall or short
Was mocked

Diets are the it thing
Each promises the same
Lose weight, look good
But do you really need to?

What about being healthy
Happy in your own skin?
No cream or dietician for that

Some of us are always
Fighting for something
We don't have it easy
But we don't give up either
Because life is worth fighting for

We're unique, different, curvy, thin,
Tall, short, medium
Some have boobs
Others don't
Nothing wrong with a few extra pounds

What is wrong is someone else
Making us feel inferior
But that's their own insecurities
Transferring to us

Raise your heads up high
Fight for yourself
Easy or not
We're pretty
We're beautiful
