Trailer Plot: In an alternative timeline, in the Smg4 Universe, everything went so very wrong. On Anime Island, a very deadly and hopelessly battle took place and our main protagonist, Hiroshi Sans Tatsunori, was failing horrible. No matter what he did, he couldn't defeat this new enemy that was way beyond his level. To make matters worst, everyone, Hiroshi's friends and master, all died and Hiroshi couldn't do a thing to save them, but Hiroshi continued to fight to avenge them, but it was all in vain at the end. With one final attack from Hiroshi, his opponent along with others fired their beams at Hiroshi, ending his life as he failed to win. Before his death, Hiroshi prayed for the next fighter who would take his place and be the hope of this world, before passing onto the afterlife. Unfortunately, Hiroshi never went to the afterlife, only to a new universe. Before his body perished, it disappeared in a flash and the next thing Hiroshi knew, he suddenly woke up in some sort of forest and a castle in view, which looked so familiar to Hiroshi, only to faint because of his injuries.

Sometime later, Hiroshi woken up from his coma in a hospital, only to later realize that he is....in the Mushroom Kingdom? However, it wasn't possible to suddenly ended up here because everything felt so different and not to mention, that he remembers dying in the hands of Francis's rogue creations. He finally knew that he was in a very different universe and knows that he'll never return and remembers his failure from protecting his loved ones, putting him in deep depression....but kept a smile, trying to be strong. Hiroshi even met the new versions of Mario and Luigi, even the others who seems very normal. Joining the Mario Brothers on their journey, Hiroshi is definitely gonna make a name for himself and gaining a harem of girls that falls madly in love with him. Can Hiroshi move on from his past failure or forever fall into darkness? Only time can tell.
