I don't hate art, I am just troubled again...

I was learning how to use an app to create art, so I used a base (credit goes to its right owner) to trace out the body, then work on the rest to create my character.  I am ashamed of the art piece now...

I shared this art in different places and sometimes forgot to give credit for the base.  One of those unfortunate places started hating on me for tracing and stealing...

Sure stealing is wrong, but permission to trace does not make one a thief!!  I was already going through a rough time, but they didn't care!  Bases are made to help beginner artists, like me, learn how to create art of their own.  This is the first time I worked on art of myself, and this is how I get treated?!
NO!!!!

Nobody deserves my art anymore.  I am going to delete my art book, so nobody will look at it again.
