Manik's room
It was six in the morning when Manik woke up due to his alarm. He groaned and turn to other side, turning off the alarm. Again after five minutes, his phone alarm rang but again he turned it off. This continues till 6:30, when he finally decided to wake up. Like any other college student, he also put five six alarm in every five minutes because they don't trust the sleepy them, which include me also.

( also note this is my personal alarm settting 😁😅)

Manik stretched his arms and yawned sitting on bed. He moved towards washroom and freshen up and directly move downstairs. Reaching living hall, a delicious aroma surround him. He immediately went to kitchen and open the lid of the container which was placed on the counter. His eyes twinkle seeing bhaaji. His admiring food session was over when he heard door knob clicking. His eyes move towards the main door and saw Nandani entering inside with a pav bread packet in her hand which she kept on sofa and opened her jacket and switch on the ac. But what caught Manik's attention was her outfit. She was wearing a workout bralette top and grey leggings.

Nandani noticed him and smiled. She put her jacket on sofa and move towards him and placed pav packet on kitchen counter.

Na: good morning

But Manik was too lost to reply her. He was just looking at her. She was sweating maybe because of the workout. Her eyes were shining with happiness not like yesterday which were spitting fire. He noticed that she look short than yesterday as she was wearing heels and today she is in sports shoes. Nandani noted that he hasn't replied her. She looked at him and saw him lost. Looking around, she finally conclude that his eyes are on her. Immediately a smirk adored her face.

Na: take a picture, it will last longer ( smriking)

Ma: I..( clearing his throat) I wasn't staring you, I was just thinking something.

Na: sureee( smriking) btw good morning

Ma: good morning

Manik said with making any eye contact with her and immediately ran upstairs to his room. Nandani laughed seeing his behaviour and she too move to her room after pouring warm milk in a glass and taking a spoon. She entered inside the room and saw groot sitting in front of the her laptop and waving his tiny hands. She raised her eyebrows and move towards the screen and saw her brother on video call.

Na: bhai ( squealed in happiness)

Abhi: where were you ? I missed you

Na: I went to workout and I missed you too. ( turning towards groot) did you call him chotu?

Gr: I'm groot ( angry)

Na: sorry ( smiling sheepishly) i won't call you chotu

Groot smiled and again turn to screen. Abhimanyu smiled seeing this.

Abhi: main FaceTime kra tha. I'm missing you both but I was not able to understand what groot is saying . ( sheepishly smiling)

Groot pouted listening to him and turn to Nandani who was giggling.

Gr: I'm groot ( pouting)

Abhi: now what he said

Na: ( turning to Abhimanyu) he said he too missed you

Abhi: really ( groot nodded) I missed you too. See I'm having your favourite m&ms

Abhimanyu showed him the M&Ms packet making groot make a crying face. He ate showing groot the chocolate. Nandani glared him.

Na: bhai ab yeh doodh nhi piyega ( glaring him)

Abhi: acha sorry ( laughing )

Na: go hell with your sorry

Abhi: aree kaise, that place is book for you. Will heaven work ?( laughing)

Na: kya h bhaiii( irritated)

Abhi : acha baba sorry. Groot you will have milk right? ( groot nodded in no pointed at M&Ms packet which was in Abhimanyu's hand) abeyy ha bol de mere bhai marvayega Kya ( groot again nodded in no) acha chal main tujhe bhout saare M&Ms lakar dunga

Groot immediately nodded looking at Nandani who was giggling seeing them. Abhimanyu sighed in relief.

Ab: chal bye, meri flight h 1 ghante main

Na: thik h bhai. Bye, have a safe journey.

Ab: ( smiled) take care aur mujhe yaad karte rehna

Nandani giggles and cut the call. She closed the laptop and put a pillow on it. Groot climb the pillow and sat on it, moving his legs to and fro. Nandani feed him milk with the help of spoon as groot was not even equal to her palm, and so the glass was big for him. That's why Nandani feed him with a small spoon. After getting done, she keep the glass on the side table and wiped groot's mouth. She then went to get ready while groot opened her laptop and watched movie. Though groot was small and not even equal to a palm but he was very strong and can stretch his arms.

Nandani quickly took bath and got ready in a black and red dress with black net stocking. She wore her pencil heel boots and quickly keep her books and necessary things in her black leather backpack.

After keeping all the used clothes in laundry bag which was in bathroom, she turn to groot who was busy watching movies.

Na: groot ( groot looked at her) you wanna stay home or come with me to college? ( groot pointed towards laptop) okay, if you wanna stay home then be careful and don't get out of room and your chocolates are in that drawer ( pointing at side table ) okay ( groot nodded)

Nandani quickly placed a soft kiss on his head and move out. Groot waved his hand saying bye and again got engrossed in his movie. She move downstairs, and directly went to kitchen as she was damn hungry. Quickly heating up the pav, she ate pav Bhajji and left for college. She heated up the extra pav for Manik too. He came down after ten minutes, and ate his breakfast happily enjoying the taste. He roamed his eyes around the house to see Nandani, but didn't found her. He also finally decided to leave and take house keys which was kept in shoe cabinet drawer and saw one missing which indicate Nandani has left.

Looking the door, he moved towards garage and drive towards the college. Today, there was something different about him. A grin was adoring his face. He was confused. A girl messed up with fab 5 yesterday, challenged them and by night she was living with him as his roommate. In morning, he was smitten by her totally, only he knew how he controlled himself for not pulling her towards him. He is muddled between his feeling. He don't know what he feel for her but one thing is sure definitely not hate. No matter how much deny, he has to agree with Mukti. Nandani has a very positive and pleasant aura which make his all senses calm and him smile. She has the power to mess with his mind and heart. He just now don't have any idea, what should he do? One side his mind was saying that she is there next target but heart was telling him the opposite and something he didn't want to believe.

The most confused we ever get is when we try to convince our head of something that heart know is a lie. And that's what Manik is doing. He is trying to believe that it's nothing, just a infatuation. But his heart knows that that girl has a long way in his life, he knows that this heart has got a owner.

In canteen
Mukti was sitting between alya and cabir, who were drawing on her cast. Dhruv was sitting in front of them giggling seeing Mukti's annoyed face. He was holding cabir's camera, recording there moment. Then only Manik reached them and sat beside cabir.

Cab: Manik milkshake le aa

Ma: naukar hu Kya Tera

Cab: ( turning to manik) baby now you will say like this

Ma: dekh ab jydaa ho rha h

Cab: baby Abhi toh maine apna pyar dikhaya hi nhi h

Dhr: cabir tu isse wajah se single h ( laughing)

Cab: dhruv don't hurt my feeling. ( serious face) I love manik

Ma: abeyyy koi isse yaha se nikalo ( standing up and sitting beside Dhruv)

Cab: main uss din ka intezar kar rha hu kab tumhe mere pyar ki kadar hogi ( dramatically)

Muk: cabir jakar mar ja. Marne ke baad logo ko unki kadar ho jati h

Dhr: nice idea Mukti.

Al:..nd cabir if you need our help then please do tell.

Ma: yeahhh..poori help krege Teri

Cab: Abeyy lagta h tum log pagal hogye ho. Chalo chalo class ka time ho gya h

Cabir immediately stood up and went leaving other laughing. They too followed him.
